The paper is dedicated to the different managerial ways to come up with a good idea in the creative project team. Different approaches from practice are explored with their straights and weaknesses. Several innovative ideas to support the process of creativity are also presented. The author claims that the basic elements for project success are good climate and well-motivate team that could produce good creative idea. Therefore to create the creative internal environment where the team is feeling comfortable and confident could be considered as an important prerequisite to achieve good competitive advantage.

The contemporary technological development has created conditions where innovation aging is already of major importance over physical. That is why a particularly important point in this direction is to properly calculate the degree of influence of innovation aging on products and processes in order to determine its impact on the technical and economic results of the industrial activity. In addition, the impact of innovation is globalizing, resulting in innovative aging equipment and lagging behind today's technologies that are being put into operation on a global scale. The further use of innovative outdated technology and technological processes leads to certain losses, the amount of which will depend on the extent of this lag. This article proposes an approach to identifying innovative aging of industrial products through modernization as an alternative solution to reduce the harmful effects of its impact.

The significance of the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for obtaining organizational sustainability is highly emphasized in the contemporary business practices. The socially responsible activities are being implemented in the organizational strategies in order to evaluate the impact on the environment, the society, the employees, the vendors and the customers. In the context of the human resources management, the organizations aim to realize how the corporate social responsibility concerns the functions, the roles and the activities related to the human resources, like: recruitment and access to employment, training and career development, as well as well-being and motivation at the work place.

The present paper explores the results achieved by Bulgaria authorities and business in the field of creative industries implementing different European initiatives and programmes. On global scale creative industries are perspective subject due to its powerful potential and impact that could have on the other sectors of economy. However the importance of creative business which leading characteristic is connected not only with the financial aspects, but also with the creative possibilities, has to be in the center of the small national economy such the Bulgarian is.

Bulgaria is considerably lagging behind the general trends in the EU for the introduction of a digital society and it is therefore necessary to adopt specific measures and to focus efforts on overcoming the lagging behind. Creating the right conditions for the introduction of Industry 4.0 will support, on the one hand, the competitiveness of production and attracting investment in the economy and, on the other, will help to increase efficiency in optimal resource use. The aim of the study is to reveal the possibilities for digital transformation of the Bulgarian business and to give recommendations for process transformation, using adequate strategic tools. The results of the study show that investment and innovation in IT are a key factor in boosting productivity in the EU and it is expected that three quarters of the value of the digital economy will come from traditional sectors (industry), so it is crucial to support its digital transformation.

In this work is presented a method for the third-order tensor representation through Reduced Inverse Difference Pyramid. In each of the pyramid levels is used the 3D Walsh-Hadamard transform and as a result is achieved high concentration of the tensor energy in a minimum number of spectrum coefficients, most of which - in the first decomposition level. The tensor is thus transformed into multi-layer spectrum tensor of same size. The corresponding decomposition pyramid is not "overcomplete", and is called „reduced". The representation has minimum computational complexity because the only operation needed for the execution, is „addition". The evaluation of the pyramid properties opens new abilities for its application in various areas, aimed at the information redundancy reduction in multidimensional signals and data.

The article presents a change in the business model and business practices after the 2008 global economic crisis. The retrospective of the emergence of Industry 4.0 concept as a new (fourth) industrial revolution is analyzed. Three main trends of industrial development are examined: 1) "Digitalization" of production processes; 2) use of new materials; 3) intelligent environments. The list of the latest technology Industry 4.0 is presented. The trends of the production base transformation on the period of Industry 4.0 development are described. Classification of segments of Industry 4.0 business model in Ukraine is carried out. The development of the Ukrainian industry since 1990 has been described in five stages: intermediary, service, industrial, research and innovative. On the foresight basis, possible clusters of Ukrainian industrial production development for the period of Industry 4.0 are offered.

As a result of the dynamic changes in business, some of the management approaches used in the recent past are no longer working effectively. Because of this modern managers face the need to continually develop their skills. An important rule for the manager these days is, "If you do not progress permanently, you will always be lagging behind." The manager's activity is stressful, with a high level of responsibility, intense interpersonal relationships, and requires effective volitional regulation of emotions. Therefore, when describing the important professional qualities of managers, many authors describe properties including emotional components. Elements of emotional intelligence are: motivation, self-awareness, social skills and empathy. Managers who can not control their feelings and emotions create an atmosphere of mistrust and frustration. In such an environment, problems, internal disagreements and conflicts are highlighted, and productivity is low. With the help of a coach, the manager is able to develop highly these "soft" skills within himself and achieve better performance of the work performance of his subordinates.
