An Approach for Determination of the Structural Reliability of Information and Control Systems 信息与控制系统结构可靠性的一种确定方法

The contemporary systems for monitoring and management of remote technical objects in transport and energy sectors are very complex systems whose purpose is centralized data acquisition of dispersed geographical sites, information processing and generation of managerial impacts. The main criteria for the efficiency while synthesizing systems for monitoring and control on complex technical objects are the system's performance, its reliability and cost. This article proposes an approach that can be used in the stage of synthesis of the structure of such systems. Special attention is paid to the realization when selecting technical and control devices, which satisfy any technical requirements according to necessary high reliability. The main indices of reliability assessment are systematized, which allows a quick and accurate determination of the structure of complex technical systems in their design.

Information processes and systems have become the priority carriers of information influence in every business structure. It is the information systems that interact with the business models of the business organization and its environment determine the effectiveness of the final result of their activity. This includes both the effectiveness of their internal interactions and that of their external relationships, such as logistics information systems. It is in them that the necessity of information interaction of all participants in the supply chain in real time with the optimal costs. The solution to this problem began in a relatively new sector of scientific knowledge - information logistics. Life cycle is the main essence that characterizes innovation and includes the period from their emergence to their end. The end is not a complete depletion of the life-span of innovation, but an innovative aging resulting from new innovative solutions created with better techno-economic indicators and higher efficiency. They in turn lead to decision-making about terminating the life of the innovation. This report looks at the life cycle of innovation and lifecycle of an innovative product. The lifecycle viewed in this way should distinguish between the life cycle of innovation and the life cycle of a product. In one product we can have several innovative solutions.
