Tingkat literasi masyarakat memiliki hubungan yang vertikal terhadap kualitas suatu bangsa. Tingginya minat membaca seseorang berpengaruh terhadap wawasan, mental dan perilaku seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil pengukuran Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat di Sumatera Utara Tahun 2021, mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kendala dan hambatan yang dihadapi, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategi yang dapat dilakukan perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan indeks pembangunan literasi masyarakat di Sumatera Utara. Urgensi penelitian ini antara lain sebagai upaya untuk memenuhi ketersediaan data yang akurat dan holistik untuk semua jenis perpustakaan baik aspek koleksi, tenaga pelayanan, pemustaka, anggota perpustakaan dan keberadaan anggaran sebagai dasar formulasi kebijakan serta pengembangan dan pembinaan perpustakaan di Sumatera Utara. Metode penelitian dalam kajian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menemukan Indeks Pembangunan Literasi masyarakat di Sumatera Utara pada angka 12,40 masuk dalam kategori cukup. Sementara ada enam aspek yang ditemukan sebagai hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapi perpustakaan di Sumatera Utara dalam meningkatkan angka Indeks Pembangunan Literasi Masyarakat, yakni aspek kelembagaan, aspek pendanaan, aspek sumber daya manusia, aspek sarana/prasarana, aspek bahan koleksi, dan aspek minat baca. Quality is a guarantee for the existence of a business, even quality is the main requirement in long-term strategic planning. The reason is, quality or quality is the value that consumers need, and in return, consumers will always buy the product or service being sold. In principle, this research focuses on the study of product quality which has implications for loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening. The scientific method used in describing, interpreting, and drawing conclusions is based on quantitative. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression statistics, which in its operation uses data from the distribution of questionnaires. Sampling was done at simple random to 97 consumers of PT. Kobe Main Cuisine. The results of the study explain that the quality of a product affects consumers' emotions, which then results in feelings of pleasure or satisfaction, from these positive feelings, an experience is built that directs consumers to always make repeated purchases. In the insurance business the most important thing is consumer trust, and to build it is to provide satisfaction. Thus, various efforts have been made to satisfy consumers, including by providing excellent service and maintaining the credibility of the company. This study attempts to analyze consumer satisfaction in the insurance sector, with company image and service as influencing variables. In studying scientifically, a quantitative method with a probability analysis technique is determined, namely multiple linear regression. The object of this research is PT Airline Reasuransi Indonesia, and the respondents are customers, as many as 118 people. Data were obtained through the distribution of questionnaires which were conducted randomly. Teacher performance is a parameter for school success, and one of the instruments attached is discipline. Logically, disciplined behavior indicates measurable action on a task. Where teachers make rules as work standards, so that everything has a clear basis, strength, and purpose. In the end, discipline can direct teachers to be able to carry out their duties properly and correctly, and be oriented to satisfying results. This study aims to describe and analyze performance improvement based on discipline aspects. The research principle used is quantitative with associative methods. The analysis technique of the research results uses linear regression statistics with the stages of testing including; validity, reliability, classical assumptions, and hypothesis testing. The object of the research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 29 Sawangan, Depok, and the sample of the research was 50 teachers. Research data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the study explain, if the performance will increase significantly, if the teacher's discipline behavior increases. Taxes are the main source of income and are the driving force for development, so the central and local governments need to take real action in increasing public awareness in paying taxes. This research actually wants to see and analyze how the determining factors in creating awareness of paying taxes, including the motivation to pay taxes, tax services organized by the government, sanctions and the ability to pay taxes. In the proof, this research uses quantitative method with path regression analysis. The research was conducted at Jakarta tax office with a total of 100 respondents. Respondents in this study were Jakartans who were registered as taxpayers in South Jakarta. In taking the sample, a simple random technique was used, namely taxpayers who were willing to fill out a questionnaire. In the results of the study, it can be seen that, either in partial or joint models, there is a strong relationship between motivation, sanctions, economic/financial conditions of taxpayers, tax services and awareness of paying taxes. The more open the global economy, the increasing use of airlines, at the same time tightening competition, both domestic and international flights. Therefore, this study seeks to see and analyze the airline's marketing strategy from the perspective of flight service quality and price penetration. To test the research data, used quantitative methods with regression analysis techniques. This is to see the possible cause and effect of a variable, so that the effectiveness of the implemented strategy is known. The object of this research is Citilink airline users, using accidental sampling technique. The results showed that statistically there was a causal relationship that was linear. Where there is an increase in the use of airlines when there is an increase in service and price promotions. It is undeniable that the performance of lecturers is one of the main indicators in the implementation of quality higher education. The reason is that the performance of lecturers is directly related to teaching, research, and service. Interestingly, the performance of lecturers in the field of research has a great contribution to the development of science, so that it can be directly felt by students in educational activities and the community in service activities. This research wants to see how lecturer performance can increase positively and significantly based on compensation and self-motivation factors. The research method used is quantitative with multiple regression analysis. The object of research is a university in Central Sulawesi, with lecturers as the unit of analysis. Research data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires, with a simple random technique. The results showed that the increase in lecturer performance was positively proportional to the increase in self-motivation and compensation.
