The article examines the literary and artistic direction "poetism", a concept that is insufficiently interpreted and highlighted in Ukrainian literary studies; there is a lack of special studies of this phenomenon in European art of the 20th century in domestic Slavic studies. "Poetism" is the most vivid manifestation of avant-gardeism on the Slavic soil, which, according to many researchers, became a kind of "forerunner" of modern postmodern art. The peculiarities of the literary avant-garde on the Czech territory are determined, its origins and manifestations are clarified. The socio-political and historical background of the emergence of the Czech artistic avant-garde, manifestations of poeticism in literary creativity, in particular in Czech poetry, are studied. An overview of the theoretical foundations of poetics, program manifestos and documents was made, the program, socio-political and literary activities of the artistic group " Devětsil" were considered. Artists did not dream of enriching museums with a few perfect works, they wanted to shape life itself. Art had to descend from the heights to people, to everyday life, as a normal necessity of life. Awareness of the change of eras, the primacy of life over art are the most important features of the Czech post-war avant-garde. It is in lyricism that one feels the changeable worldview, through which representatives of the avant-garde sought to enrich both literature and culture in general. All these changes took place before the eyes of the contemporaries of the era in science, philosophy, and culture: the world, previously complete and unchanged, turned into an open stream in which everything runs and rages. Lyrization in art was marked by the awareness of the turning of the epochs and fully reconciled man with natural happiness. Lyrism filled Czech art with a fabulous atmosphere of playfulness, humor, comic and absurdity of the world. He did not create a new world, because more significant changes were needed for that, he recreated the features of a new direction.

The use in clinical and pharmaceutical practice of biological preparations obtained from natural raw materials, in particular from mushrooms, is of urgent importance. Currently, the cultivation technologies of medicinal mushrooms are widely used, the mycelium of which contains a significant amount of cytokinins – stimulators of proliferation and differentiation of various types of plant cells, which also exhibit an immunomodulatory and oncostatic effects in the organism of animals and humans. Therefore, the aim of this work was to determine the cytotoxic/cytostatic effect of cultivated mushrooms Flammulina velutipes, Cyclocybe aegerita and Hericium erinaceus. Purification of cytokinins was carried out in stages, using methods of centrifugation, fractionation with n-butanol, ion exchange chromatography on Dowex 50Wx8 columns and thin-layer chromatography on Silicagel 60 F254. Identification and quantification of cytokinins was performed by by liquid chromatography in the reverse phase of MS (Agilent 1200 LC, USA) on an Agilent Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column. Cytotoxic/cytostatic screening was performed on HeLa cells derived from human cervical cancer tumors using the MTT assay and routine counting of the ratio of live to dead cells. The results of the research showed that the highest content of cytokinins per 1 g of dry weight was characteristic of cultivated mushrooms of the species H. erinaceus. Also, H. erinaceus has the highest toxicity against human cervical cancer cells of the HeLa line, while the mushrooms F. velutipes and C. aegerita showed a cytostatic (antiproliferative) effect.

The article is devoted to the analysis of career transitions to the first place of work among Ukrainian IT project managers. Background. Software development is an increasingly important branch of the Ukrainian economy, especially in the period of rebalancing caused by the war and the flow of human talent from traditional economy sectors to new creative industries. Career transition to the project manager position is one of the easiest ways to attract personnel from other sectors of the economy to the IT industry. In this regard, it seems important to determine which socio-psychological factors contribute to the career transition of project managers in IT to the first place of work and to provide recommendations regarding measures to increase the number of IT specialists in Ukraine. Methods. A career and organizational psychology literature review was carried out on career transitions, career stages, and career choice. Analysis and synthesis were used to identify the methodological foundations of this psychological phenomenon. An online survey was conducted and an analysis of the sources of transitions to the first place of work in IT by project managers was presented. The method of transition to the first place of work is analyzed. Results. The concept of career transitions and related terms are revealed. The hypothesis about the predominance of the desired psychological portrait over the necessary knowledge when hiring project managers without experience in IT for the first place of work was confirmed. Based on the results of the research analysis, it is shown that the majority of transitions (53 %) to the position of the project manager are now taking place from within the IT industry due to self-study (79 %). Conclusion. The main factors that will contribute to a greater number of career transitions to the first position of non-IT project managers are determined to decrease the contrast between the position of an IT project manager and the position of a project manager from other areas of business. And also the minimization of negative surprises that can lead to the dismissal of such sweaters during the first employment. The expediency of introducing a greater number of activities to gain experience in project management, leadership, working communication, and creating and managing projects in university programs is indicated. Recommendations are provided for the following researchers and practitioners of project management who will work with the topic of career transitions to the first place of work of IT project managers in Ukraine.

B a c k g r o u n d . Hardiness is an important psychological characteristic of a personality that helps to overcome difficulties and solve stressful life situations. Despite certain differences between the concepts of hardiness and coping strategies, studies (Olefir, 2011; Predko & Bondar, 2022; Soderstrom, Dolbier, Leiferman, & Steinhardt, 2000) demonstrate the relationship between coping strategies and personality hardiness. On the one hand, hardiness is determined by a person's ability to engage in constructive coping strategies aimed at overcoming life difficulties, and on the other hand, it is its effective expression. P u r p o s e : to build a prognostic model that will allow to determine the level of hardiness depending on the chosen coping strategies. M e t h o d s . "Test of hardiness", adaptation of D. A. Leontiev and O. I. Rasskazova; measure "Coping Strategy Indicator" by J. Amirkhan, adapted by V. M. Yaltonsky; "Ways of Coping Questionnaire" by R. Lazarus; questionnaire "Proactive Coping Inventory" by L. Aspinwall, E. Greenglass, R. Schwarzer, S. Taubert, adapted by O. Starchenkov. Regression analysis was performed to create a prognostic model. R e s u l t s . A prognostic model was developed that allows for identifying the level of hardiness depending on the dominant coping strategies. Using regression analysis, it was proved that three predictors have the greatest influence, namely problem avoidance, proactive coping, and planful problem-solving. C o n c l u s i o n . It was found that the choice of coping strategies determines the overall level of a person's hardiness and his or her ability to effectively withstand any situation. The study has shown that the proactivity of an individual, emotional self-regulation, and the ability to calculate the time perspective are the main factors in the successful overcoming of difficulties. At the same time, attempts to avoid negative experiences and denial of the problem impede the manifestation of hardiness.. However, further research is needed to develop the model in greater detail.
Aspinwall, E. Greenglass, R. Schwarzer, S. Taubert,改编自O. Starchenkov。

Authors analyze the principles of the formation of content of historical education for the specialty 032 History and Archeology students at the bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The deployment of invasion in Ukraine became a reason for the aggravation of the problem of protecting one’s own historical and cultural heritage, national culture and historical memory. It was determined that competency-based approach to modern higher education involves the preparation of students for independent professional activity, including independent scientific and research studies. One of the aspects of the professional competence of a historian is the preservation of the historical memory of the Ukrainian people, which performs a number of functions: information, identification, value orientation, world outlook. The formation of students’ historical memory occurs during the study of a number of mandatory and optional educational components by including significant topics in the thematic plan, which may have signs of the so-called „hidden curriculum”. The authors emphasize the study of the fate and activities of outstanding personalities, in particular, the pedagogical system of the Kharkiv region in the first half of the 20-th century, ethnographic and local history material, historical narratives, meanings and symbols.

The war has changed the environment of the service and combat activities of the officers in the National Guard of Ukraine. Today, military units perform functions of the National Guard of Ukraine that are atypical for peacetime, including participation in the implementation of the legal regime of martial law and involvement in territorial defense tasks. The new conditions of this environment include: an increase in the average age of subordinate personnel, which often exceeds the age of graduates from higher military educational institutions; the necessity to make quick decisions in conditions of uncertainty; increased responsibility for the lives and health of subordinate personnel, and more. This study was conducted to test the hypothesis of the impact of new conditions in the service and combat environment on the satisfaction of graduates from higher military educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine with the general competencies they have acquired. The object of the research is the results of the service and combat activities of units in the National Guard of Ukraine, which depend on the competencies of their leaders. The following research methods were used to test the hypothesis: survey, analysis, and synthesis. The survey of graduates from higher military educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine was conducted remotely using questionnaires created in Google Forms in April-May 2023. According to the survey results, it was found that less than one-third of the graduates are satisfied with their acquired Soft Skills, which significantly differs from similar surveys conducted during their assessment in the higher military educational institution. The analyzed survey results confirmed the hypothesis, and its synthesis resulted in the formulation of proposals for further research dedicated to determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general competencies of future officers in the National Guard of Ukraine in the process of professional training.

The authors of the article analyzed the guiding documents of the security forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine regarding the conduct of professional and psychological selection of candidates for military service to protect the territorial integrity and independence of Ukraine. The concept of professional and psychological selection and its components are defined. The problems of the peculiarities of professional and psychological selection in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (National Guard of Ukraine, National Police of Ukraine, State Border Service of Ukraine, and State Service for Emergency Situations), Security Service of Ukraine, and Armed Forces of Ukraine are considered. An analytical review of the features of the professional and psychological selection of Ukrainian citizens to the security forces of the security and defense sector of Ukraine made it possible to draw the following conclusions. Professional and psychological selection in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has both its general common features and a sufficient number of differences, borrowing at least some of them will make it possible to improve the quality of professional and psychological selection of candidates for service in these and other security forces. A feature of professional and psychological selection for the Security Service of Ukraine is the availability of methods aimed at diagnosing interpersonal relationships (the method for determining social intelligence, in other words, determining the ability to predict the consequences of the behavior of others, is worth paying attention to). Professional and psychological selection in the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs improvement, which is a difficult task, taking into account a large number of military accounting specialties, as well as large losses in units that need not only quick but also high-quality replenishment (taking into account the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.

Professional and psychological selection in the Armed Forces of Ukraine needs improvement, which is a difficult task, taking into account a large number of military accounting specialties, as well as large losses in units that need not only quick but also high-quality replenishment (taking into account the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine.","PeriodicalId":33822,"journal":{"name":"Visnik Kiivs''kij nacional''nij universitet imeni Tarasa Sevcenka Istoria","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87576754","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Ancient Greek subjects preserve their relevance in our times through their timeless, profound and comprehensive consideration of the human soul and interpersonal relations, which remain unchanged throughout the centuries in accordance with human nature. Euripides’ tragedy Iphigenia in Aulis has not been exploited often by later writers and film makers who have focused mainly on the murder of the King of Mycenae, Agamemnon, and the destiny of the dynasty of the Atreidae in accordance with Aeschylus’ trilogy. Nevertheless, one of the main reasons for the murder of Agamemnon by his wife Clytemnestra is his sacrifice of their daughter Iphigenia, the story of which is told by Euripides in his tragedies Iphigenia in Aulis and Iphigenia in Tauris. In Yorgos Lanthimos’ film The Killing of a Sacred Deer (2017) the main character Steven, just like Agamemnon, is informed of the will of the gods who demand sacrifice to be given. The carefully considered reasons which led Agamemnon and Steven to face an inevitable choice highlight their common character features, with hubris the decisive one among them. Comparison of the texts under analysis shows that acceptance of the inevitability of the situation by the families of the main characters develops through the classical stages from denial to understanding that nothing else depends on them. And while in Euripides’ tragedy the plot device of a “deus ex machina” is exploited, as the gods are satisfied with the acceptance of the inevitability of sacrifice, in the film one of the members of the family actually dies in order for order to be restored, because a murder presupposes atonement through the blood of another. This reception of Euripides’ tragedy is of particular interest because Yorgos Lanthimos is Greek by origin who at a certain moment of his career decided to move away from his native Greek space and start creating films for a more general Western audience. This paper analyses how, in this post-modernist multimodal film text expressive means from Ancient Greek theatre are combined with elements of modern cinema.

The paper is dedicated to issues on determination of citizens' personal data, and classification of its in current doctrine of Administrative Law. There is stressed, the search of the model of legal mechanism of relationships of personal data protection regulation has place in the domestic legal science. This model should agree with international legal standards and guarantee an effective protection of human and citizen rights and freedoms. There is outlined, the administrative and legal provisions of relationship on personal data circulating and processing provides an effect on relationship of legal means with administrative and legal features. An analysis of doctrinal definitions demonstrates a versatility of the definition of personal data. The social and legal nature is reflected in it. There is identified, personal data is any information in objective form which provides possibility to determine its information source, and related to a subject of data. The subject of personal data is an identified or such who can be identified natural person (citizen), in relation to whose public authorities and other authorized subjects are endowed with subjective obligation of providing appropriative level of organizational and legal safety and protection. There is emphasized, citizen personal data have such signs as: informational content i.e., on the point of view of majority scientists, personal data are information or set of information (including any information) about a person; identifying feature; fixed form and reflection in specific source (data carriers); inexhaustibility; acquire the legal regime of personal data when personal data processing starts i.e., any action or set of such actions as collection, registration, accumulation, saving, adaptation, changing, renovation, use and spread (distribution, implementation, transfer), depersonalization, utilization, including use of information (automatized) systems. Taking into account the analysis of legal nature of personal data on the point of view of the Administrative Law, doctrinal approaches, and international and legal regulation, we can suggest to separate personal data into the following groups, using criteria of their content and level of established "availability". These groups are: general (or publicly available), special, and biometrical. At the same time, biometrical personal data include genetical data about a person, and data related to the health or medical data of citizens.

The article discusses the importance of promoting learner autonomy and life-long learning in the modern education system. In Ukraine, there is a significant challenge in implementing learner autonomy at all levels of education, as students are required to comprehend the relevance, application, and potential outcomes of knowledge rather than just acquiring it. Monitoring tools are becoming essential in assessing educational outcomes and adapting to current educational requirements. Constructing a factor-criterion model of pre-service English teachers, the article identifies factors affecting learner autonomy, such as assessing the initial level of knowledge, skills, and abilities of students and evaluating their readiness to take responsibility for their learning. The article explains that students at the zero level of learner autonomy lack a sufficient understanding of the concept and have little ability to plan their educational activities. Students at the first level have a general understanding of the concept and apply it to some extent when planning, organizing, and controlling their own learning. Students at the second level have a deep understanding of the concept, consistently apply the principles of learner autonomy, and possess strong skills in goal-setting, planning, self-control, and self-assessment. They are also able to allocate their resources efficiently, exhibit high levels of sociability and academic success, and actively take responsibility for their own training. The article concludes that promoting learner autonomy and providing adequate monitoring tools can help students develop not only subject knowledge but also professional skills relevant to their future careers.
