Secondary School in Russia: the Collective Portrait and Prospects 俄罗斯中学:集体肖像与展望

The article presents the detailed analysis of a secondary school in the Russian Federation. The following blocks have been studied: ‘Strategy for education’, ‘Learners’, ‘Process of education’, ‘Teachers’, ‘Education environment’, ‘Management’, ‘Financial means and Information support’, each of which includes from 5 to 20 indicators. Each indicator was examined separately on the basis of the latest statistical data, political, social, psychological and pedagogical researches and received an assumed index from 1 to 9. It laid the foundation for the design of the secondary education establishment (SEE) model, the major purpose of which is the introduction of the cohesive and detailed portrait of the SEE in order to enhance its development, equity and quality of education. In conclusion, each block of indicators has got the outcome that together permit not only boosting the quality of education, but also upgrading the school design along with raising its social status. Moreover, some scientific deficiencies have been detected that may serve a road map for new research in pedagogy and linked disciplines.

Formation of the Ability to Solve Physical Tasks in 7th -11th Grades: Studying the Process Dynamics 7 -11年级学生物理任务解决能力的形成:过程动力学研究

The article is devoted to the problem of the formation of students' ability to solve physical tasks as an important component of the development of physical thinking. The process of teaching physics is considered from the point of view of mastering various methods of solving tasks by pupil. The method is understood as an approach for solving physical problems in which phenomena related to the same topic are analyzed (for example, tasks on geometric optics). Any such method consists of sub-methods consisting in the application of a specific formula or some other sequence of intellectual actions (for example, the Lenz rule). The concept of a generalized one-formular (two- and three-formular) physical task is introduced as a theoretical problem, for the solution of which it is necessary to use one (two or three) physical formulas. A content analysis of standard school textbooks and task books was carried out, formulas were written out, the number of one-form, two- and three-form tasks were determined, which, in principle, a student can solve (understand) after studying each paragraph. As a result, the dependence graph of the number of tasks understood by the student on time is obtained.

The article provides a rationale for the synthesis of axiological and system-activity approaches for the formation of a value attitude to the Russian (native) language in accordance with the requirements of the updated Federal State Educational Standards LLC. An attempt is made to prove that through the teacher's understanding of the possibilities of integrating the axiological and system-activity approaches in educational and cognitive activity, a system of positive value orientations is formed and the expansion of the experience of activity on its basis as an important complex personal result of the student.

Development and Application of a Workbook and a Reader on the Discipline «History of Russia» As Educational Means for Organizing Student’s Independent Work 作为组织学生独立作业的教育手段的“俄罗斯史”学科练习册和读本的开发和应用

The authors proceed from the fact that the implementation of the competency-based approach is a condition for the effective training of bachelors of an economic university. The purpose of the study was to theoretically substantiate and design a workbook and anthology as didactic tools for organizing student's independent work. The methodological basis of the study was the competence-based approach, and the theoretical basis is the concept of mental activity, which was formed in domestic science. The article analyzes the author's educational publications – a workbook and an anthology intended for practical exercises and independent work of students in the direction of bachelor's degree 09.03.03 «Applied Informatics» (all profiles) in the discipline «History of Russia». In this study, theoretical methods (analysis, comparison, concretization, generalization, modeling), empirical methods (pedagogical experiment, analysis of activity products) were used.

Formation of Students’ Creativity by Means of Electronic Environment Moodle 利用电子环境模型对学生创造力的培养

The authors investigate the problem of the formation of creativity of students of economic university. The importance of solving this problem in the context of improvement of the quality of training of graduates of higher education from the standpoint of professional orientation of training is emphasized. The article highlights the role of e-learning environment Moodle (modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment) as a means of formation of the creativity of future bachelors of economics. The possibilities of electronic environment Moodle are demonstrated for creating of training courses, filling them in the form of electronic resources (lectures, practical tasks, questionnaires, tests, forums, etc.), providing interactive interaction of subjects of the educational process. In the course of the study, a table of indicators of the level of formation of the creative-activity component of students’ mathematical competence was built to identify creativity. Based on the results of the pedagogical experiment, the assessment of the formation of the creative-activity component of mathematical competence of future bachelors was carried out. The article presents the results of generalized indicators of the dynamics of the formation of the creative activity component at the subject, interdisciplinary and professional stages of multilevel mathematical training in economic university.

Structure and Content of Monitoring of Professional Trajectories of Graduates of Pedagogical Classes 师范类毕业生职业轨迹监测的结构与内容

The article is devoted to the problems of studying the professional trajectories of graduates of pedagogical classes. The need for research in the monitoring mode is determined by the importance of identifying internal and external factors that influence the choice of pedagogical classes by graduates of professions and vocational education at different levels, as well as conditions that determine the productivity of their development of the main professional educational program. The results of the first stage of the study described in the article allowed us to conclude that despite the motivation of students of pedagogical classes, a wide range of pedagogical technologies used, a significant part of graduates make a choice not in favor of the pedagogical profession. This circumstance determines the need for a prolonged assessment of the productivity of pedagogical classes in the aspect of analyzing the content of the educational process. The conducted research allows us to identify ways to improve the effectiveness of the system of pre-professional training of a future teacher.

About the problems of mathematical training of future economists 关于未来经济学家的数学训练问题

This article is written on the basis of the analysis of scientific and methodological literature over the past two years and the personal experience of the authors of conducting mathematical disciplines with cadets and full-time students using distance learning technologies. The purpose of this article was to substantiate the relevance and significance of using a set of individual homework assignments containing applied tasks of an economic orientation for generalizing the material and acquiring the skill of synthetic activity. The study was conducted for four semesters in the classroom in the disciplines of the mathematical cycle with students of economic specialties. As a result of the work carried out, the authors were able to identify and analyze the most typical problems associated with the mathematical training of future economists. One of the ways to solve them is to use workbooks with tasks of economic content, the peculiarity of which lies in the structure of construction: around the central core (which is chosen as one of the basic economic concepts), several tasks are formed that reinforce various topics of the discipline being studied.

The study was conducted for four semesters in the classroom in the disciplines of the mathematical cycle with students of economic specialties. As a result of the work carried out, the authors were able to identify and analyze the most typical problems associated with the mathematical training of future economists. Cadet Education in Russia 俄罗斯的军校教育

The article contains a complete classification of cadet educational establishments in the Russian Federation of which the cadet secondary school is singled out and being examined thoroughly. During the examination the distinguishing features and benefits of studying at cadet secondary schools in comparison with cadet military corps on the one hand and secondary schools on the other hand are accentuated. The features and benefits lay the basis for high social demand and prospects of such schools. After that, by means of juxtapositional analysis the so called cadet component, indices of effectiveness of the educational process, regulatory and legal framework, facilities and equipment of randomly selected cadet secondary schools are being highlighted and described. In the conclusion the author suggests an updated and more precise definition of a cadet secondary school, emphasises the necessity of modernisation of its legal framework, and indicates a roadmap to further development of the cadet secondary education in Russia.

The article presents the results of the research on an independent assessment of the quality of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities by organizations engaged in educational activities in basic general education programs, educational programs of secondary vocational education, basic vocational training programs, additional general education programs, which was carried out in 2020-2021. The collection and synthesis of data as part of an independent assessment was carried out by order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation on the basis of indicators approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of Russia dated March 13, 2019 No. 114, and in accordance with the Unified Procedure for Calculating Indicators approved by Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated May 31, 2018 No. 344n. The article compares the integral values of the quality criteria of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities for 2020 and 2021, changes in the values of the criteria for assessing the quality of the conditions for the implementation of educational activities are noted.
