Effective Contract As a Means of Monitoring of the Professional Achievements of a Scientific and Pedagogical Worker 有效合同作为科学教育工作者专业成果的一种监控手段

Based on the analysis and generalization of research, the experience of implementing effective contracts in the activities of universities, the article provides a rationale for an effective contract as a means of monitoring the professional achievements of a scientific and pedagogical worker in the context of a comprehensive assessment of the effectiveness of the university. The purpose of the article is to reveal the historical roots of the implementation of an effective contract in the practice of higher educational institutions, to describe its functional purpose, main characteristics and implementation experience. The authors reveal the reasons for the transition of universities to a criterion assessment of the effectiveness of the professional activities of scientific and pedagogical workers, the concept and principles of the development and implementation of an effective contract are given, variations in the criteria and indicators of teachers' performance reflected in an effective contract, as well as mechanisms for their provision and accounting are presented. The study allows you to develop an understanding of an effective contract as a method of objective complex assessment of the results of scientific and pedagogical work and an innovative mechanism of educational management. The research materials deepen the understanding of monitoring the professional activity of a scientific and pedagogical worker in the context of globalization, which complements the existing scientific understanding of the determinants of systemic changes in the professional activity of a higher school teacher and theoretical ideas in the field of educational qualimetry.

Didactic Complexity of Various Topics School Physics Course and Its Evaluation 学校物理多主题课程的教学复杂性及其评价

The article discusses the actual problem of assessing the didactic complexity of sufficiently large educational texts on the example of topics and sections of a school physics course. To determine the complexity of the text, the expert must: 1) divide the text into fragments of 3–4 pages; 2) for each fragment, write out 10 key terms in a file, knowledge of which is necessary for understanding the text; 2) collect key concepts in one file Slovar.txt and evaluate the complexity of each term; 3) using a special program Slozhnost.pas, accessing the file Slovar.txt, analyze files with keywords and calculate their average information capacity; 4) for each topic, estimate the proportion of mathematical and other formulas relative to the total volume; 5) write out the key terms present in mathematical formulas from each topic in a special file and evaluate their complexity; 7) using the Slozhnost.pas program, determine the total amount of information in the key terms included in the formulas, as well as the information folding coefficient; 8) find the average number of words in sentences, the average word length, and calculate the structural complexity of the text; 9) calculate differential and integral didactic complexity for each topic. The results of the analysis are presented in a table and histograms characterizing the didactic complexity of various sections and topics of the school physics course.

Computer Technologies Accompanying Learning and Knowledge Control of Students: Design and Results of Application 计算机辅助学习与学生知识控制:设计与应用效果

Objects of research in the sphere of didactics and private techniques can be both the learning process and its result. In the national pedagogical literature, issues such as the principles of organization, the functions and stages of exercising control, pedagogical requirements to it, methods of control, etc. However, despite the studies carried out, the problem of control in training and evaluation of its results is still far from its solution. On the basis of theoretical analysis of modern trends in the development of teaching practice in the national higher school shows one of the ways to improve the process of pedagogical control through the use of computer technology. On the basis of didactic design and test methods in the article the model representation of students' knowledge control in support of computer technology: information-subject and operating, and the results of a pedagogical experiment with master's students are presented.

Formation and Diagnostics of Reading Literacy in the Russian Language Lesson 俄语课堂阅读素养的形成与诊断

The article presents and comments on a set of tasks for the formation of reading literacy of students in the Russian language lesson. Answers and criteria for evaluating tasks are given. The results of practical application and diagnostics of the results of completing tasks for the formation of reading literacy, identified by the author in the course of participant observation, are presented and summarized.

Monitoring the readiness of leaders and teachers of educational organizations for inclusive education 监测教育机构的领导和教师对全纳教育的准备情况

The article highlights the issues of determining and developing special conditions in educational institutions of different levels of education for children with disabilities. The results of studying the state of readiness of leaders and teachers of educational organizations for inclusive education are presented. Based on the results of the monitoring, conclusions were drawn and key problems of staffing of educational organizations were identified, personnel shortages of each educational organization were identified and directions for the development of management and pedagogical teams on the organization and implementation of inclusive education were described.

The study of writer`s journalistic speeches allows you to give an idea of his satirical prose of the 1920s and develop of students` creative thinking skills. The system of tasks for the student audience is based on ideas competence-based, systematic, active, personality-oriented and contextual approaches in the training of future specialists.
