The article discusses the concept of criterion assessment, provides a refined definition of this concept from the standpoint of the competence approach in education. The structural components of the criterion assessment are identified and described, including the concepts of an educational result, an in-dicator and the level of its achievement, an evaluation tool. The article describes the technology of constructing the evaluation object, presented in the form of an educational result obtained by correlating the formulation of competence from the Federal State Educational Standard and labor functions from the Professional Standard of the teacher. It is shown that the formation of an educational result makes it possible to identify indicators of its achieve-ment as criteria for evaluation, which can be different degrees of performance of a specific type of activity or individual actions of the student. The article presents examples of their construction. The mechanism of criteria-based assessment of the competencies of future teachers at the university is described.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the problem of financial literacy of young people based on the results of a sociological survey, in which 158 students of Omsk universities of various areas of training took part. The relevance of teaching financial literacy in a modern university according to a 5-point system was rated by about 80% of respondents at least 4 points. Thus, the results of the study allow us to conclude that it is necessary to introduce special courses on financial literacy in the system of training highly qualified personnel or to include relevant sections in the study of disciplines of economic-mathematical and information-technological cycles.

At present, a significant increase in the number of publications devoted to distance learning can be recorded, which indicates the relevance of this topic. The relevance of the topic of distance learning has increased in the context of the epidemiological threat caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The article discusses the concept of "culture of distance learning", notes that it is only discussed and formed in the practice of modern education. The article highlights four levels of distance learning culture. The purpose of the article is to study the technological level as a special level of distance learning culture. Its definition is given and essential characteristics and constituent elements are analyzed. The stages of provision with computer equipment for distance learning in educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia are identified and analyzed. The article considers the formation of technological skills and abilities in the context of the availability of technological skills and abilities for high-quality work with technical means and technological skills and abilities to ensure the conduct of training sessions remotely. The authors believe that the technological level of distance learning culture sets a special standard for teacher-training relations in the conditions of distance learning.

The use of new forms and methods of interaction between a teacher and a future officer in the modern educational process is due to their availability, quality and effectiveness. One of the main directions of the cadet’s educational activity is scientific work, which is based on the results of research conducted under the guidance of a teacher. The presented analysis of the guiding documents defining the criteria for the appointment of the teaching staff made it possible to establish the requirements for candidates and the specifics of their selection, in connection with which a problem was identified in the organization of scientific work for a novice teacher. Empirical data obtained during the monitoring of the scientific work of the faculty of the Perm Military Institute of Rosgvardiya for 2021 allowed us to determine its key indicators, which reflect all types of scientific work and have a point equivalent, depending on the level, type and personal contribution of the participant of scientific work.

The purpose of the study was to identify the relevance of project activities in the system of continuous education of teachers in the field of physical culture and sports. The study was conducted on the basis of the Institute of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism of PetrSU during the implementation of the project "Academic Sports" - the winner of the "Sports Landing" contest of the "Power of Sports" charity program of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation. The project was aimed at comprehensive professional development, expansion of competencies in the field of physical and adaptive physical culture and sports, exchange of professional experience, formation of partnerships, strengthening of interaction between educational and physical culture and sports organizations and associations of Karelia. The key element of the project was the rapid implementation of the acquired practices in educational, physical culture, sports and social activities and the transfer of the acquired experience to the professional community of the region. Quantitative and qualitative results of the study carried out within the framework of the project allow us to state the expediency and relevance of the project activity in the implementation of continuous professional education of teachers in the field of physical culture and sports.

The article deals with the results of a theoretical research "Studying the opinion of parents about the need for psychological and pedagogical assistance in an educational organization". The survey revealed that the largest percentage of respondents are interested in cooperation with educational organizations to maintain the psychological health of their child. Parents are also very concerned about the difficulties they face in the process of raising their child. This practice is an example of the organization of changes in the content and technology of individualization and practice-oriented pedagogical training and ensures the implementation of a new professional standard, new federal state educational standards of general and preschool education. The article examines the problem of introducing the project method into the educational practice of higher education. It considers the possibilities of the project method for the formation of practice-oriented educational results during the subject mathematical training of students of University of Economics. The article presents an example of project assignment for the formation of an optimal deposit portfolio, included in the bachelor's thesis, master's thesis in the direction of «Economics». The implementation of project assignment requires graduates to have a sufficient high level of mathematical competence as practice-oriented result of mathematical training. A comparative analysis of the results of pedagogical experiment was carried out to study the influence of experimental learning (case-tasks, project-type tasks) during the mathematical training on the level of formation of components of mathematical competence. The Pearson criterion and G-criterion of signs were used to confirm statistical reliability of experimental results. The results demonstrate the effectiveness of project-based learning for the development of practice-oriented educational results that ensure the formation of experience of professional decision-making.

Many high school students will have to participate in import substitution processes in their future professional activities. Import substitution is the creation of goods and services that are in demand by citizens and society, competitive with foreign analogues or superior in quality. Only marketable products that meet the needs of citizens and society for sustainable development and self-realization are in demand. Innovative products are focused on meeting the needs of citizens and society. The creation of innovative goods and services is a controlled process, reproduced according to a specific algorithm, presented in the form of a logistic curve. The Federal State Educational Standard of Secondary General Education provides for the formation of high school students' motivation and ability to innovate, as well as the ability to carry out individual innovative projects using education informatization technologies, taking into account the identified needs of citizens and society. This contributes to the formation of the orientation of high school students towards practical patriotic self-realization in the processes of import substitution in their future professional activities.
