From the perspective of preserving traditional forms of teaching and using innovations in the educational process, the educational tracks of students of the digital generation should be determined taking into account their cognitive, communicative and personal characteristics. The use of an interactive approach meets the above requirements. It is one of the innovative approaches to learning and is considered the best educational practice. The article examines the role of an interactive approach to teaching students of the digital generation, highlights their key features that teachers should take into account in the educational process, identifies the priorities in teaching students of the digital generation, taking into account their characteristics. It was concluded that the use of an interactive approach to teaching students of the digital generation enables to maximize the positive effects of their features, increases the effectiveness of training due to the opportunities provided to students in their interaction with each other and with the teacher in the learning environment.

In the order №952 from 09.11.2022 of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation it is written about obligatory presence of control-transfer materials for chess players in curricula. In this article the author proposes to use digital control-transfer standards, which will allow evaluating university students at any of the four stages of chess training (elementary, special, improvement, higher mastery). The digital control system will not only evaluate the level of knowledge, skills and abilities at all stages of training, but will also analyse problematic topics and suggest improvements in them.

One of the most important parameters of a student’s progress is the correct selection of control tasks when conducting an intermediate cut of knowledge. This paper proposes the optimal compilation of test tasks, taking into account their complexity, duration of execution, the number of questions in the task, the number of topics covered and the actions required to complete the task. Since each student is individual, the question arises of the correctness of providing the same control task to students with different mental and psycho-emotional characteristics. Therefore, the optimal compilation of tasks for a particular student is quite relevant. This study will improve the student’s progress and success in general, and will also remove a number of responsibilities from the teacher related to the generation of topics and tasks when compiling the test. The paper proposes to develop a hybrid system of multi-criteria optimization with two fully connected neural networks, which allows determining the most suitable model for compiling a task of control work based on a number of features of a particular student.

The article discusses the main scientometric indicators of the professional activity of a modern scientific and pedagogical worker. The historical roots of scientometry as an independent scientific discipline and its extrapolation into the field of professional activity of a scientific and pedagogical worker are revealed. The author analyzes the tools for monitoring the achievements of scientific activity of a lecturer at the university. The article also describes the key scientometric indicators used in world practice to assess the effectiveness of scientific and pedagogical worker’s scientific activity. The possible perspective guidelines for obtaining subjective conclusions about the scientific activity of a scientific and pedagogical worker in general in the conditions of digital service and the development of social networks are outlined. The research materials deepen the understanding of scientific and pedagogical worker’s research activities monitoring in the context of globalization, which expands the methodology of pedagogy.

The article touches upon the problems of formulating competencies in relation to creative areas of training students of higher educational institutions in educational standards. The author comes to the conclusion that the lack of clarity in the application of the competency-based approach makes the effectiveness of the entire educational process and the formation of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of students' professionalism dependent on the teaching staff of a theater university.

The issue of effective testing of the quality of students’ knowledge is relevant and significant in the field of education. It is necessary to improve the practice of assessing students’ knowledge in order to achieve maximum quality and efficiency. However, the educational process should be not only effective but also maximally adapted to each student. The paper presents a system for optimizing the quality control of students’ knowledge, depending on their personal characteristics. This task will be solved on the basis of intelligent methods of modeling, optimization and decision making. As one of the ways to test the quality of knowledge, a control work was chosen, performed both individually and in small groups. This article is devoted to the issue of the optimal distribution of students for work in groups or individually. The developed adaptive system performs optimization based on several optimality criteria and taking into account the normalized personal characteristics of students. As an optimization method, a genetic algorithm was chosen, the chromosomes of which are encoded in accordance with the personal characteristics of students. The best options for combining the personal qualities of students when divided into groups are determined. Pareto-optimal sets for a multi-criteria objective function are obtained taking into account the criteria importance coefficients. The developed system will allow not only to reduce the teacher’s time spent on the process of dividing into groups, but also to make this process the most effective for students by taking into account their personal qualities.

In the article, the authors consider the vectors of professional training of bachelors of socio-cultural activities, focused on solving the problems of consolidating the state and civil society. Socio-cultural design is the most effective technology to solve this problem. It is noted that the curricula of universities that train bachelors of social and cultural activities include disciplines whose main educational goal is to attract student youth to socially significant activities aimed at improving living conditions, developing social activity of various population groups, as well as mastering and the preservation of national cultural values and traditions. In the process of formation of knowledge about the history and culture of Russia and the native land among bachelors of socio-cultural activities, as well as practical participation in the development and implementation of relevant socio-cultural projects, the territory is branded. The brand of the region is defined as a territorial identity, systematically expressed in bright and attractive ideas, symbols, values, images, well-known brands of the territories of Kuzbass are also presented, which influence the quality of life and regional identity of the population of the region.

This paper deals with the problem associated with the definition of the principles for the development of educational materials designed for learning in an electronic educational environment. The result of a critical analysis of the basic concepts is presented. The dominant of independent work and independence of the student as a specific feature of learning in the electronic educational environment is considered. The essence and purpose of educational materials for the organization of cognitive activity of students in the conditions of an electronic educational environment are disclosed. Particular attention is paid to the construction of a system of principles underlying the development of educational materials designed to train students in an electronic information and educational environment.
