Aiming at the discordance between human behavior and community environment existing in the urban community construction under the current paradigm of computational psychology, and the disorderly development of the community under the functional analysis method, this paper analyzes the ecological connotation of the affordance theory, and puts forward the development modes of sustainable urban community construction based on affordance theory by using the research method of ecology. These modes are constructing the ecological communities with embodiment fitness, constructing urban community environment with the integral open interactivity, and constructing a self-organizing urban community. It concludes that the affordance theory can provide the realization path and ecological method for sustainable community construction. The innovation of this paper is to introduce the ecological connotation of affordance theory into sustainable urban community construction, and propose ecological development ideas and methodological mechanisms. Vocal music education in the Chinese educational system has for a long time placed much importance on following the model of “Western Bel Canto”, but this may be about to change. Nowadays, with the rapid development of China's economic globalization and the integration of multiple cultures, the social background is changing dramatically, which brings great opportunity but also many challenges to vocal music education and teaching. This paper addresses a systematic discussion on the status and trend of vocal music education in the current social background of modern China, and gives rational thinking on how the new background reshapes the ideas and notions of vocal music education. Keywords—vocal music education; social background; multicultural integration; Chinese educational system; Bel Canto I. THE PRESENT STATUS OF VOCAL MUSIC EDUCATION FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF TRADITIONAL CULTURE AND MULTICULTURAL INTEGRATION IN CHINA The Chinese culture is one of the world’s oldest cultures, originating thousands of years ago. The area in which the culture is dominant covers a large geographical region in East Asia with customs and traditions varying greatly between provinces, cities, and even towns as well. With China being one of the earliest ancient civilizations, Chinese culture is extremely diverse and varying, and it has a profound effect in the philosophy, virtue, etiquette and traditions of Asia to date [1]. China has a long history, and the masses of working people created a splendid culture of our country. Working people in different historical background created excellent national culture, which has diverse faces and rich content, including not only literature and art, but also philosophy and religion. The national culture needs to be inherited and developed from generation to generation [2]. In modern China, however, the digitalization and multiplicity of cultural manifestations have been changed dramatically with the continuous development of social economy. With the social change and development, cultural diversity has been blended in people’s life, which can be considered as the multicultural integration of other nations and countries under the premise of inheriting our own traditional culture during the process of practice and social developing, and then creates a humorous cultural atmosphere, contending on the basis of our own culture supplemented by the other cultures [3]. Therefore, the importance to the penetration of these multicultural elements into our education should be highlighted and, in the new era, educational workers should also undertake an important responsibility of inheriting and developing our national culture. In recent years, music education and teaching have taken more and more attention in society. Music education is an important carrier of diverse cultural elements, and bears the mission of national cultural development. Multicultural integration leads to the diversified development of music. This paper probes into the formation mechanism of euphemism in Japanese referring to metonymy cognitive model. And the result shows that metonymy is an important way to generate Japanese euphemism. In the process of euphemism replacing taboos, the correlation between the source domain (euphemism) and the target domain (taboo) is the key factor. People apply this correlation to language expression; replacing direct, vulgar claims with indirect, implicit expressions. There are many researches from the traditional semantics and pragmatics. However, this paper makes a further analysis of Japanese euphemism from the perspective of metonymy cognition. Keywords—Japanese; Euphemism; taboo words; metonymy

The rural revitalization strategy was initiated in the Report of the 19th CPC National Congress, accompanied by a series of policies, encouraging college students to return to home to start a business. The highly educated college students are the main force for the rural revitalization, but there are many problems ahead of them while launching business in hometown. In the light of the current status, this paper, combining the actual conditions of college students returning home business, analyzes obstacles for these students with the social network theory, and puts forward suggestions to envisage the importance of the social network for college students entrepreneurship in hometown, and to change the traditional concept of rural students’ parents etc., in order to reduce the resistance of college students returning home business, improve the their enthusiasm and business benefits. Keywords—rural areas; college students; returning home to start a business; social network I. RESEARCH BACKGROUND In the report of the 19th CPC national congress, General Secretary Xi Jinping has put forward the strategy of rural vitalization, which provides strategic guidance for China’s rural development in the new era. The vigorous development of the rural economy has created a good entrepreneurial environment, activated the rural innovation, and provided more opportunities for rural college students to return home to start their own businesses. Local governments have issued various policies to encourage college students to return home to start businesses, which has created a good social environment for them. Recent years have witnessed the great importance attached by China to rural e-commerce. The central “No.1 document” of six consecutive years has clarified to develop ecommerce in rural areas. At present, college students start their own businesses through e-commerce to inject vitality into rural development, which is of great significance for solving the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farmers as well as promoting the rural revitalization. II. LITERATURE REVIEW The academic community has made a research on college students’ returning home to start a business and gained some achievements. As for the returning motivation, some scholars believe that the current new countryside construction meets the development of times and offers great opportunities for college students’ entrepreneurship and employment. [1] What’s more, under the “internet +” background, the promotion of ecommerce has generated opportunities and room for students who return home to start a business. [2] At the same time, family spirit support, favorable hometown loan and tax preference are also the main factors affecting young college students to return home to start their own businesses.[3] As for the problems faced by college students who return to their hometowns to start businesses, some scholars believe that college students who are the second generation of farmers face challenges in

In recent years, higher engineering education has widely implemented engineering accreditation. In the accreditation of higher education engineering in China, experiment teaching is an important basis for certified experts to consider whether students can meet the requirements of graduation. Signals and Systems is an important professional basic course in science and engineering universities. This course has the characteristics of abstract concept, strong theoretical and practicality. After learning, students generally reflect that it is boring and difficult to understand, and they cannot translate the theoretical knowledge learned in the classroom into practical application. Combined with the requirements of engineering applied talents training under the background of engineering education accreditation, this paper puts forward experiment teaching strategy change as well as evaluation system and other reforms, takes ability and practical training as the core, focuses on improving students’ initiative and learning interests and emphasizes on the cultivation of practical ability and innovation ability so that students can consolidate their theoretical knowledge through experiments and solve the practical problems of engineering, thus achieving the related indexes in educational engineering accreditation. the present study aimed to build a theoretical model for the causal relationship between the variables of the study and verifying the validity of the proposed model by examining the direct and indirect impact of transformational leadership (TLS) on individual creativity and whether, integrating of structural and psychological empowerment acts as a mediating strength this relationship. Consequently, to investigate these relationships, a survey was conducted of 429 faculty members from Higher Institutes of Technology in western Libya. The researcher used four measures to measure the variables of the study: TLS, structural empowerment, psychological empowerment, and individual creativity. Accordingly, the results of mediating and path analysis indicated that both structural empowerment and psychological empowerment separately, each playing a partial mediation role in the relationship between TLS and individual creativity. Moreover, the main hypothesis of the model has been tested, whether the integration of structural and psychological empowerment plays the mediating role and promoting the relationship of TLS to individual creativity. The results proved that TLS was strongly associated with individual creativity. In addition, the results also showed that the integrated approach of empowerment mediated and strengthened this relationship further than in the case of mediation via both of structural empowerment or psychological empowerment. In conclusion, this study represented an attempt to investigate TLS and its impact on individual creativity in the higher education institutions in a non-Western country. Also, this study sought to broaden the general understanding of the TLS concept and how its relevance with many other variables, as the individual's creative performance and integrated approach of empowerment.
