Penelitian bertujuan ingin mengetahui apakah kepribadian, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK N 1 Demak tahun 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI kompetensi keahlian akuntansi SMK N 1 Demak tahun 2018 yang berjumlah 110 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket/kuesioner dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kepribadian, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan. Kepribadian secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan, pendidikan kewirausahaan secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan, dan lingkungan keluarga secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kepribadian, pendidikan kewirausahaan, dan lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Saran penelitian ini adalah agar guru meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan kewirausahaan yang diterima oleh siswa serta keluarga berperan dalam memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan berwirausaha. This research aims to test whether there is influence between personality, entrepreneurship education, and family environment to entrepreneurial interest are the students of class XI of accountary in SMK N 1 Demak at 2018. This type of research is quantitative research. Population and sample of this research are the student student of class XI of accountary in SMK N 1 Demak at 2018 which the number is to 110 student. The technique of collecting data is using quesioner. Data analysis technique usd is descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is to indicate thar personality, entrepreneurship education, and family environment simultaneously giving a significant influence to the entrepreneurship interest. Partially, personality has a significant effect on the entrepreneurship interest. Entrepreneurship education is partially significant towards the interest in entrepreneurship. Family environment significantly affects entrepreneurship interest. Conclusion of this research is that personality, entrepreneurship education, and family environment have a significant effect on entrepreneurship interest either simultaneously or partially. The suggestion of this research is that the teacher to improve the quality of entrepreneurship education received by the student as well as the family environment in giving knowledge and entrepreneurship skill.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan terhadap sikap berwirausaha, sikap berwirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha, kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan terhadap intensi berwirausaha, serta peran sikap berwirausaha dalam memediasi kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XII program keahlian Akuntansi SMK Islam Al-Hikmah Mayong Jepara yang berjumlah 131 siswa. Semua populasi dalam penelitian ini digunakan sebagai sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistiik deskriptif dan analisis structural equation modeling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan berpengaruh terhadap sikap berwirausaha. Sikap berwirausaha berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Dan secara tidak langsung kecerdasan dalam menghadapi rintangan berpengaruh terhadap intensi berwirausaha melalui sikap berwirausaha. Saran yang diberikan berkaitan dengan hasil penelitian ini yaitu siswa diharapkan dapat mempersiapkan dirinya dengan baik jika siswa memiliki intensi untuk berwirausaha dengan mengikuti pelatihan soft skill dan mengikuti kegiatan kewirausahaan seperti pelatiahan wirausaha, lomba kewirausahaan, dan kegiatan penunjang lainya. The purposes of this study were to analyze the effect of adversity quotient on entrepreneurial attitude, entrepreneurial attitude on entrepreneurial intention, adversity quotient on entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial attitude in mediating adversity quotient effect on entrepreneurial intention. The population of this study was 12th graders of Accounting program SMK Islam Al-Hikmah Mayong Jepara of 131 students. All populations in this study were used as the sample. The technique of data collection in this study used questionnaire. Techniques of data analysis used descriptive statistic analysis and structural equation modeling analysis. The results showed that adversity quotient affects on entrepreneurial attitude. Entrepreneurial attitude affects on entrepreneurial intention. Adversity quotient directly affects on entrepreneurial intention. Indirectly adversity quotient affects entrepreneurial intention through entrepreneurial attitude.suggestions given related to the results were: studens are supposed to prepare themselves well if they have entrepreneurial intention by following soft skill training and by following entrepreneurship events such as entrepreneurship training, entrepreneurship competition, and other supporting events that enable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara computer self-efficacy dan penggunaan internet terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran MYOB, dengan minat belajar sebagai variabel intervening.Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi SMK Negeri 1 Salatiga yang berjumlah 93 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis jalur dan sobel test. Besarnya pengaruh variabel computer self-efficacy, penggunaan internet dan minat belajar terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran MYOB sebesar 46,8%, 22,7%, dan 30,3%.Besarnya pengaruh computer self-efficacydan penggunaan internet terhadap minat belajar sebesar 29,3% dan 63,8%. Besarnya pengaruh computer self-efficacy melalui minat belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran MYOB sebesar 8,8%. Besarnya pengaruh penggunaan internet melalui minat belajar sebagai variabel intervening terhadap prestasi belajar mata peelajaran MYOB sebesar 19,3%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah computer self-efficacy, penggunaan internet dan minat belajar berpengaruh secara positif terhadap prestasi belajar mata pelajaran MYOB baik langsung maupun tidak langsung. The methods used in data analysis were descriptive statistical analysis, path analysis, and sobel test. The effect of the computer self-efficacy, the internet use, and learning interest toward students’ learning achievements was 46,8%, 22,7, and 30,3%. The effect of computer self-efficacy and the internet use toward the interest, respectively was 29,3% and 63,8%. The effect of computer self-efficacy toward students’ learning achievements through the interest was 8,8%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran student engagement dalam meningkatkan pemahaman konsep akuntansi siswa di SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI paket keahlian akuntansi yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, pearson correlation, canonical correlation, analisis regresi uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor student engagement berkorelasi signifikan dengan faktor pemahaman konsep akuntansi. Hasil analisis canonical correlation menunjukkan bahwa kovariat pemahaman konsep berkorelasi signifikan dengan canonical variablesHasil regresi uji parsialmenunjukkan AC berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan EXPL. ACL berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan INF. SSI berpengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors serta EEE dan SLE tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa AC, ACL, SSI, EEE dan SLE secara berturut-turut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dependent factors.Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sekolah perlu meningkatkan tantangan akademik yang dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dengan mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung siswa untuk dapat mencapai pemahaman konsep akuntansi. This study aims to determine the role of student engagement to improve the understanding of accounting concepts in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The subject of this study is the students of XI class which has accounting expertise competence 100 students. The method of data collection using documentation and questionnaire. The data analys method used were descriptive statistic, pearson correlations, canonical correlations, partial and simultan test regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the factor of student engagement have a significant correlation with factor of understanding of accounting concept. The result of canonical correlations analysis show that covariate of understanding of accounting concept have a significant correlation with canonical variables.The result of partial test regression show that AC correlates with all dependent factors except EXPL. ACL correlates with all dependent factors except INF. SSI affects all dependent factors and the other hand EEE and SLE have no influence with all dependent factors. simultan test results show that AC, ACL, SSI, EEE and SLE has significantly influence dependent factors continously. Suggestions from this study, the school need to improve the academic challenge that stimulate student activeness with developing extracurricular activities and create a learning environment that supports students to beable to achieve understanding of accounting concepts.

Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI paket keahlian akuntansi yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif, pearson correlation, canonical correlation, analisis regresi uji parsial dan simultan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor student engagement berkorelasi signifikan dengan faktor pemahaman konsep akuntansi. Hasil analisis canonical correlation menunjukkan bahwa kovariat pemahaman konsep berkorelasi signifikan dengan canonical variablesHasil regresi uji parsialmenunjukkan AC berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan EXPL. ACL berkorelasi dengan seluruh dependent factors kecuali dengan INF. SSI berpengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors serta EEE dan SLE tidak memiliki pengaruh dengan seluruh dependent factors. Hasil uji simultan menunjukkan bahwa AC, ACL, SSI, EEE dan SLE secara berturut-turut berpengaruh signifikan terhadap dependent factors.Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah sekolah perlu meningkatkan tantangan akademik yang dapat merangsang keaktifan siswa dengan mengembangkan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler serta menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung siswa untuk dapat mencapai pemahaman konsep akuntansi. \u0000 \u0000This study aims to determine the role of student engagement to improve the understanding of accounting concepts in SMK Negeri 2 Pekalongan. The subject of this study is the students of XI class which has accounting expertise competence 100 students. The method of data collection using documentation and questionnaire. The data analys method used were descriptive statistic, pearson correlations, canonical correlations, partial and simultan test regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the factor of student engagement have a significant correlation with factor of understanding of accounting concept. The result of canonical correlations analysis show that covariate of understanding of accounting concept have a significant correlation with canonical variables.The result of partial test regression show that AC correlates with all dependent factors except EXPL. ACL correlates with all dependent factors except INF. SSI affects all dependent factors and the other hand EEE and SLE have no influence with all dependent factors. simultan test results show that AC, ACL, SSI, EEE and SLE has significantly influence dependent factors continously. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar secara langsung dan secara tidak langsung yang dimediasi oleh motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 206 siswa. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif persentase, asumsi klasik, regresi berganda, analisis jalur, dan uji sobel dengan bantuan program SPSS For Windows Release 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar, gaya belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar, kesiapan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keaktifan belajar. Motivasi belajar sebagai varibael intervening mampu memediasi secara sempurna pengaruh gaya belajar dan kesiapan belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu ada pengaruh gaya belajar, kesiapan belajar melalui motivasi belajar terhadap keaktifan belajar siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018 This study aimed to know the effect of learning style, learning readiness, and learning motivation on learning liveliness directly mediated by learning motivation. The population of this study was 427 students with 206 students as the sample. The method of data collection used questionnaires and documentation. The techniques of data analysis used percentage descriptive analysis, classical assumption, multiple regressions, path analysis, and sobel test. The result showed that learning style positively and insignificantly affected learning liveliness. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning motivation positively and significantly affected learning liveliness. Learning style positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning readiness positively and significantly affected learning motivation. Learning motivation as the intervening readiness on learning liveness. The conclusion was there was an effect of learning style, learning readiness through learning motivation on learning liveliness of student grade X SMK Negeri 2 Temanggung Academic Year 2017/2018.
