The COVID-19 pandemic provides valuable lessons for the world of education, especially Indonesia's readiness for the learning process. Adjustment of the learning process that was previously in the form of face-to-face to internet-based learning. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using video-based learning media in improving high school students' learning outcomes of Economics. The research method used is a descriptive research method with a survey approach. We collect data in this study, namely observation, interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed by calculating the percentage of sample answers and tested using various theories. The sample in this study was determined according to the research needs of 119 respondents. This study shows the average respondent's answer is 4, 04 or categorized agree. Thus, based on the analysis conducted, video-based learning media improved student economic learning outcomes in high school during the COVID-19 pandemic. Video-based learning media is a practical learning resource during the covid-19 pandemic that makes it easy for students to understand economic learning materials. during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This research also contributes to similar research in the context of developing online learning media during the pandemic and digital era.

The Effect of Entrepreneurship Education, Personality, and the Role of Parents Through Self Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship 创业教育、个性及父母自我效能感对创业兴趣的影响

This study aimed to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education, personality, and the role of parents through self efficacy towards the interest in entrepreneurship. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMK PGRI Blora 2017/2018 academic year totaling 127 students. This study used a saturated sample technique using the population as a study sample. Methods of collecting data used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results showed that (1) Entrepreneurship education, personality, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, but not with the role of parents who did not positively and significantly affect the interest in entrepreneurship (2) Entrepreneurship education, personality, and parental roles had a positive and significant effect on self efficacy (3) Self efficacy positively and significantly mediated entrepreneurship education, personality, and the role of parents in the interest in entrepreneurship.
本研究旨在探讨创业教育、人格及父母角色透过自我效能感对创业兴趣的影响。本研究的人群为SMK PGRI Blora 2017/2018学年的十一班学生,共计127名学生。本研究采用饱和样本技术,以人口为研究样本。收集数据的方法采用问卷调查。数据分析方法采用描述性统计分析和通径分析。结果表明:(1)创业教育、人格、自我效能感对创业兴趣有正向显著影响,而父母角色对创业兴趣无正向显著影响;(2)创业教育、人格、父母角色对自我效能感有正向显著影响;以及父母对创业兴趣的影响。

Development of Accounting Pocket Book as Accounting Learning Media 会计袖珍书作为会计学习媒介的发展

This study used the Rowntree model with several stages such as: planning stage, development stage, and evaluation stage. This research is included in the Research & Development (R&D) research where the method used to produce a particular product and assess the product is by collecting data using an initial test (Pre-test) and a final test (Post-test). Collecting data in this study used observation, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive data analysis by assessing the product both from the media and the use of the product and assessing the scale used to find out the results of the product using Likert. With the stages of product testing by material experts, and media experts, so that the results of the study showed that accounting pocket books showed the validity of pocket books from material experts with an average result of 94% being in very valid criteria, media experts with an average result of 95% being in very valid criteria.The results of student comments and suggestions stage one by one, that the accounting pocket book was interesting and practical, while the small group stage with an average result of 89% was in very practical criteria and field test results were on average 85% in very practical criteria.

The Effect of Financial Literacy, Parents’ Social Economic and Student Lifestyle on Students Personal Financial Management 金融素养、家长社会经济和学生生活方式对学生个人理财的影响

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. This study used quantitative methods and data analysis techniques of Structural Equation Modeling using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The research sample used a random sampling method. The data used primary data collected through a questionnaire. The number of returned and valid questionnaires was 220 samples. The data was processed by using SEM. The results of the study concluded that financial literacy had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, student lifestyle had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management, and parents’ social economics had a significant effect on students’ personal financial management. The novelty of this research was the Correlation model of financial literacy, parents’ social economic and student lifestyle on students’ personal financial management. The results of this study can be a reference for further research that can be applied in other organizations.
本研究旨在分析财务素养、家长社会经济状况和学生生活方式对学生个人理财的影响。本研究采用结构方程建模的定量方法和数据分析技术,采用SmartPLS 3.0软件。研究样本采用随机抽样方法。数据使用了通过问卷调查收集的原始数据。回收有效问卷220份。用扫描电镜对数据进行处理。研究结果表明,金融素养对学生个人理财有显著影响,学生生活方式对学生个人理财有显著影响,家长社会经济对学生个人理财有显著影响。本研究的新颖之处在于财务素养、家长社会经济状况和学生生活方式对学生个人理财的相关模型。本研究的结果可为进一步的研究提供参考,并可应用于其他组织。

Demographic, Financial Literacy, and Financial Behavior of Women Working in Manufacturing Industry 制造业女性的人口统计学、金融知识和金融行为

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of demographic factors and financial literacy on financial behavior of women working in manufacturing industry. Women are the targets of financial literacy due to their involvement in fulfilling the household needs and welfare. This research is quantitative research. Using the questionnaire on 115 respondents in this study from various manufacturing industries in Purbalingga with probability sampling as the technique. While the data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS 3.0. The findings show that, first, demographic factors contribute positively and significantly towards female workers’ financial behavior with original sample value 0.224 and t-value 2.420 > 1.96; second, financial literacy also contributes positively and significantly towards financial behavior with original sample value 0.256 and t-value 3.251 > 1.96. The higher the demographic factors of female workers, the better their financial management are. Likewise, students with low financial literacy tend to be able to hold back their urges to buy things and use services. Moreover, the significance of financial literacy and demographic factors has important implications for the development of policies that aim to improve financial behaviour among women working in financial education programs.

Utilization of Interactive Multimedia Android-Based Archiving Towards Learning Independence 基于android的交互式多媒体归档在自主学习中的应用

This research aims to find out the use of interactive multimedia archiving based on android and its effect on the learning independence of vocational learners. Research is a type of research and development (R & D). Research methods using experiments are pretend experiments (Quaisy experiment). The research was conducted at Vocational High School Surakarta City in April-June 2021. The population in this study is all students of class X Vocational High School Surakarta school year 2020/2021. The sample used was 1 control class and 1 randomly selected experimental class. All treatment will be given to the same control class and experimental class except on the use of interactive multimedia archival based on android. Interactive multimedia android-based archival was successfully applied in the learning of class X OTKP. There is a significant difference in the increase in learning independence between experimental classes that use interactive multimedia android-based archival and control classes that do not use interactive multimedia android-based archival in the archival learning class X OTKP in Vocational High School Surakarta City school year 2020/2021. Interactive multimedia android-based archiving can be used as one of the alternative learning media that can be used to increase the independence of learning learners.

Problem Based Learning Model Analysis in Improving Student's Critical Thinking Ability 基于问题的学习模式分析在提高学生批判性思维能力中的作用

This reseach aimed to determine the level of critical thinking skills of Economic Education students at Universitas Lampung in the 2021/2022 academic year through a problem based learning model. The ability to think critically is one indicator of intelligence that must be possessed by every individual in facing the era of society 5.0, in an effort to respond to various challenges in the midst of social life. The population in this study were 256 students with a sample size of 144 students, which was obtained by using the Isaac-Michael formula. Methods of data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of applying the problem based learning model on increasing students' critical thinking skills, which was 66.5% and the rest was influenced by other factors.

The ability to think critically is one indicator of intelligence that must be possessed by every individual in facing the era of society 5.0, in an effort to respond to various challenges in the midst of social life. The population in this study were 256 students with a sample size of 144 students, which was obtained by using the Isaac-Michael formula. Methods of data collection used questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Educational Internship Analysis Using CIPP Model in the Economic Education Study Program 运用CIPP模型分析经济教育研修班教育实习情况

The Educational Internship Program is a form of self-actualization for those who have received various educational theories ranging from codes of ethics and the teaching profession, classroom learning planning, making learning instruments, classroom management to learning evaluation. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to analyze the implementation of Educational Internships Economic Education students at Jenderal Soedirman University in Senior Highschool  and Islamic Senior Highschool in Banyumas Regency in terms of (1) Study Program Readiness in the Implementation of Educational Internships (2) School readiness in implementing Educational Internships (3) Students' readiness in implementing Educational Internships. The subjects in this study were Lecturers in the Economics Education Study Program, students who had carried out educational internships, teachers and students from SMA and MAN in Banyumas Regency which became the internship places for economic education students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The research respondents included 8 civil servant teachers, 8 principals, 7 supervising lecturers, 48 students participating in educational internships, and 40 students who had been taught by practical students. Data was collected using in-depth interview, Focus Group Discussion (FGD) observation and documentation techniques. The results of data collection were then analyzed using interactive model analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data quality testing, and drawing conclusions. In addition, the data obtained were analyzed using the CIPP model analysis (context, input, process, and product) which is a comprehensive evaluation mode based on its components.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X IPS SMA Muahmmadiyah 1 Pati yang berjumlah 48 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi dan angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa motivasi belajar dan kepemimpinan instruksional guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Fasilitas kelas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Kepemimpinan instruksional guru dan fasilitas kelas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah guru harus memiliki kepemimpinan instruksional dalam mengelola pembelajaran di kelas dengan cara meningkatkan keterampilan mengajar. Didukung dengan fasilitas kelas yang ada seperti memanfaatkan media pengajaran sehingga pembelajaran lebih menarik. Motivasi siswa dalam belajar juga akan meningkat dan prestasi belajar yang optimal diharapkan dapat tercapai.   This study aims to analyze the effect of teacher instructional leadershipand class facilities on learning achievement through learning motivation. The population of this study was students of class X IPS SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pati as many as 48 students. The sampling methodused saturated sampling. Data collection techniques  in this study usedquestionnairesand documentation. Data analysis method used descriptive analysis and path analysis. The study results show that learning motivation and teacher instructional leadership have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement. Class facilities don’t have a significant effect to learning achievement. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning motivation. Teacher instructional leadership and class facilities have a positive and significant effect to learning achievement through learning motivation. The suggestions of this study are the teachers should have instructional leadership in managing of classroom and improving teaching skills. They also should by support class facilities such as teaching media so that teaching and learning will be more interesting. Then, the students’ motivation will increase. Finally, the optimal learning achievement can be achieved.

DETERMINAN LITERASI FINANSIAL DENGAN GENDERSEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI 以温和变量为基础的金融素养确定性

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh sikap uang, pendidikan keuangan keluarga, dan tingkat sosial ekonomi keluarga terhadap literasi finansial dengan gender sebagai variabel moderasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Semarang tahun angkatan 2015 sejumlah 868 mahasiswa dan sampel dihitung menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 274 mahasiswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan proportional random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data adalah analisis statistic deskriptif dan Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap uang dan pendidikan keuangan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap literasi finansial, tingkat sosial ekonomi keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial, sikap uang dan tingkat sosial ekonomi keluarga tidak lebih berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa perempuan, pendidikan keuangan keluarga tidak lebih berpengrauh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa perempuan, namun pendidikan keuangan keluarga lebih berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa laki-laki. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa sikap uang dan pendidikan keuangan keluarga berpengaruh positif terhadap literasi finansial, tingkat sosial ekonomi keluarga tidak berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial, sikap uang dan tingkat sosial ekonomi keluarga tidak lebih berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa perempuan, pendidikan keuangan keluarga tidak lebih berpengrauh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa perempuan, namun pendidikan keuangan keluarga lebih berpengaruh terhadap literasi finansial pada mahasiswa laki-laki.   The purpose of this research was to examine the effect of money attitudes, family financial education, and socio-economic family to financial literacy with gender as a moderating variable. The population of this research is the students of the Faculty of Economics, Semarang State University in the year 2015 amounted to 868 students and the sample was calculated using the Slovin formula as many as 274 students. The sampling technique using proportional random sampling. The collection data method is a questionnaire. Data analysis methods are descriptive statistical analysis and Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this research showed that the money attitude and financial education are a positive effect to financial literacy, the socio-economic of family does not effect to financial literacy, the money attitude and socio-economic of family have no more effect to financial literacy on female students, but family financial education has more effect to financial literacy for male students. Based on the results of the study concluded that the the money attitude and financial education are a positive effect to financial literacy, the socio-economic of family does not effect to financial literacy, the money attitude and socio-economic of family
