Evaluation of Asset Lending System (SIPINSET) 资产借贷系统评估(SIPINSET)

The purpose of this study was to provide an integrated and innovative system that can provide easy access to asset management and lending at the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The need for a digital-based asset lending system is an urgency that must be carried out by the General and Personnel Sub-section in various work units, including the Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The system is expected to be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency in the process of recording, inventorying, and borrowing organizational assets/work units. However, the current problem was that the asset lending system could not be fully integrated automatically, so schedule collisions and data differences between users were often encountered. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the Asset Lending System (Sipinset) service. This type of research was quantitative with a population of all LK/BSO and education staff in the Faculty of Economics, Unnes. The results of the study recommend the use of feedback from Sipinset users by providing input and suggestions on column features for better development.

Analysis of School-Based Financing Management 校本财务管理探析

This study aims to analyze the existing financing management at public junior high schools in Banjarmasin Tengah. The type of research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type with primary and secondary data sources taken through observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data is analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. Technical data analysis is carried out starting from data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the data, the researcher used technical triangulation and time triangulation. The resource persons in this study were BOS treasurers at SMPN 1 Banjarmasin, SMPN 2 Banjarmasin, SMPN 6 Banjarmasin, SMPN 9 Banjarmasin, SMPN 10 Banjarmasin, and SMPN 26 Banjarmasin. The results showed that; (1) Budget planning is carried out based on the principles and procedures for budgeting. The budget design used is a line item budget with the method of budgeting through a bottom -up approach. (2) Budget implementation: school funding is sourced from BOS funds which are disbursed in 3 stages a year. The use of BOS funds is in accordance with the technical guidelines for BOS funds and is carried out in accordance with the RKAS that has been prepared. However, the implementation of this budget has not been effective and efficient enough due to several obstacles. The school treasurer keeps books related to the receipt and disbursement of BOS funds. (3) Budget evaluation consists of budget oversight and accountability. Supervision is carried out by internal and external parties. Meanwhile, budget accountability is to make a report on the Letter of Accountability which is submitted through a meeting, then the report is submitted to the education office.

Profile of Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) of Accounting Subject Teachers at State Vocational High Schools 国家职业高中会计学科教师教学内容知识(PCK)概况

Pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) merupakan kompetensi spesifik guru yang merupakan perpaduan antara pengetahuan materi ajar (konten) dan cara mengajar (pedagogis) yang berkembang seiring waktu dan pengalaman. Tujuan  penelitian  ini adalah menganalisis profil kemampuan PCK guru mata pelajaran akuntansi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kabupaten Banyumas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan PCK guru mata pelajaran akuntansi. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, yaitu dengan cara mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru akuntansi Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri di Kabupaten Banyumas yang berjumlah 26 guru. Adapun simpulan hasil data kualitatif melalui pengumpulan data wawancara tiap responden adalah guru mengintegrasikan materi ajar (konten) dan cara mengajar (pedagogik) dengan baik. Di dalam proses pembelajaran, guru selalu memikirkan pembelajaran yang efektif dengan menggunakan fasilitas seperti komputer, LCD proyektor, dan internet diintegrasikan menggunakan model dan media pembelajaran yang cukup bervariasi dengan disesuaikan materi. Namun, ada beberapa yang perlu ditingkatkan, di antaranya kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan diskusi kelompok secara efektif, menguasai materi seperti subject matter expert, serta mengatasi kesulitan belajar siswa.
教学知识(PCK)是一种特殊的教师能力,它是随着时间和经验而增长的教学材料(内容)和教学方式的结合。本研究的目的是分析班尤马斯地区中国职业高中会计教师的能力。本研究是一项描述性的研究,旨在描述会计科目教师的能力。本研究方法采用定性方法,即通过收集数据、数据还原、数据演示以及通过观察、采访和文档得出的结论。样本测定技术使用饱和抽样。该研究的主题是班尤马斯县一所中国职业高中会计教师,共有26名教师。至于通过收集定性数据采访得出结论的定性数据,每位受访者都是教师,能够很好地整合教学材料(内容)和教学方法。在学习过程中,教师总是通过使用计算机、液晶放映机和互联网等设备来思考有效的学习。然而,有一些需要改进的地方,其中包括教师有效地进行小组讨论、掌握主题专家等材料以及克服学生学习困难等材料的能力。

Differences in Learning Outcomes Between Students Tested in Written Tests and Oral Tests in Economics Subjects 经济学科目笔试和口试学生学习成果的差异

This study aimed to determine the results of differences in learning outcomes between students who were given a written test and an oral test on economics subjects. The population in this study were all students of class X IPS, which amounted to 97 students. The sampling technique in this study used random sampling. Data collection methods used documentation and tests. The results of this research for class X IPS 1 showed that the average score of the written test results was 80-86, totaling 6 people or 18.75% of the students who took the test, and were categorized as very good. 12 students who scored 66-79 or 37.5% were categorized as good. 6 students who scored 59-65 or 18.75% were categorized as sufficient while students who got a score of 45-58 were 8 people or 24.98% were categorized as poor while in class X IPS2 students who got a score of 66-79 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good while students who scored 59-65 totaling 11 people or 34.40% were categorized as good enough. 10 students who got a score of 40-53 or 31.20% were categorized as less good.

Marketing Strategy of Batik Tulis Kenongo to Compete During the Covid-19 Pandemic 新冠肺炎大流行期间蜡染图利的营销策略

This study aims to analyze the marketing strategy of Batik Tulis Kenongo SMEs to compete during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of study is a descriptive qualitative. The data sources used are primary data sources through direct interviews with five informants, namely the owner of the Batik Tulis Kenongo SMEs, two employees, and two customers. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data display and concluding drawing. The results show that the marketing strategies that Batik Tulis Kenongo can use to compete during the Covid-19 pandemic are to focus on competitive prices, take advantage of recommendations from old consumers to increase the targeted market share, online marketing to increase customer buying interest, develop knowledge and human resource skills to increase productivity, focus on maintaining competitive selling prices and expanding the market through online marketing. Further research is expected to be able to measure the effectiveness of the use of social media to support digital marketing so that it can be used as consideration for SME actors in determining marketing strategies.

The Influence of Banking Understanding, Communication and Intensity of Assignment on Banking Accounting Learning Outcomes 银行知识、沟通和作业强度对银行会计学习成果的影响

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of understanding banking, communication with banks, and the intensity of assignment on banking accounting learning outcomes partially and simultaneously in class XI PKM students at SMK Negeri 10 Surabaya. This type of research uses a quantitative research approach. The number of samples in this study were 81 students of XI PKM. The sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Data collection techniques using tests and questionnaires. Classical assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the collected data using the IBM SPSS Statistic 24 program. The results showed that banking understanding, communication with banks, and the intensity of assignment had a significant effect on banking accounting learning outcomes with an Fcount of 5, 112 and a significance of 0.003. Partially, understanding of banking affects the learning outcomes of banking accounting with a significance value of 0.011. Communication with the bank affects the learning outcomes of banking accounting with a significance value of 0.025. The intensity of the assignment affects the learning outcomes of banking accounting with a significance value of 0.047.

Development of Android-Based Interactive Media Learning Economics Capital Market Materials 基于android的互动媒体学习经济学资本市场资料的开发

This study aimed to produce an Android-based interactive media for economic learning in class X SMA/MA which was valid and practical. This type of research was Research and Development (R & D). The research was conducted at SMA N 1 Salimpaung for the 2020/2021 academic year. The test subjects involved in the research were media, language, material and evaluation validators, economics teachers and students. The model in this development used a 4-D model, namely definition, design, development, and dissemination, but this research was limited to the develop stage. The results of study obtained a score of 86.65%, from the material validator with a very decent category. The media validator obtained a score of 87.3%, with a very decent category. The assessment of the language validator got a score of 83% with a very decent category. Meanwhile, the evaluation validator got a score of 92% with a very decent category. The practicality results of the teacher obtained a score of 92.78% and the assessment of the students was 94.9%. The results of both assessments were in the very practical category. This android-based interactive media was declared very feasible to be applied to economics learning material for capital markets.

This study aimed to analyze the factors that influence the level of digital financial literacy in Batik SMEs in Banyumas Regency in terms of age, education level, and income level. The object of this research was the Batik SMEs, a member of the Berkah Rindang Kinasih Cooperative, which consists of two plasmas with a total of 24 Batik SMEs. The research method used quantitative method with multiple regression analysis Partial T Test and Simultaneous F Test. The data collection technique was in the form of a questionnaire on digital financial literacy variables. The results of the study were training did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, motivation did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, age did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable, education level had no effect partially on the digital financial literacy variable and the level of income did not partially affect the digital financial literacy variable. However, the variables of training, motivation, age, education level, and income level simultaneously or simultaneously affected the Digital Financial Literacy variable.

This study aims to determine the performance and risks of tourism, restaurant and hotel companies during and before the covid 19 pandemic. This study uses four proxies to measure the company's performance, namely Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Tobins Q and Net Profit. Margin (NPM) and use two proxies to measure company risk, namely the standard deviation of Return on Assets (SDROA) and the standard deviation of Return on Equity (SDROE). The population in this study are tourism, restaurant and hotel companies for the period 2019-2020. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling technique based on certain criteria. The number of samples in this study were 15 companies with 120 observations. The data analysis technique used is to perform different tests before the pandemic and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The results showed that there were significant differences in the performance and risk of tourism, restaurant and hotel companies before the pandemic and during the pandemic.

The Role of the Social Media and Family Environment on Entrepreneurial Interest of Vocational School Students 社交媒体与家庭环境对中职学生创业兴趣的影响

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between social media variables on entrepreneurial interest, the relationship between family environment and entrepreneurial interest. This research method is a quantitative survey. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire (likert scale) which is packaged in a google form and distributed through WhatsApp Group. The method in this study is quantitative using the survey method. The study was carried out in August-December 2021 with the research respondents are 188 of vocational School students in Semarang, by using a proportional random sampling technique and using the Slovin formula. Data analysis techniques in quantitative research use structural equation modeling (SEM) and statistical tools SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The results of the study indicate that there is a positive and significant effect of family environment variables and social media on student entrepreneurship interest. The practical implication of this research is to increase student entrepreneurial interest, so schools must increase social media and family environment variables.
