Pengelolaan Zakat, Infaq dan Sedekah dalam Pengembangan Usaha Mikro di Baznas Gresik 在Baznas Gresik进行Zakat、Infaq和慈善工作

Poverty illustrates a multidimensional problem on economic factors, the emergence of programs implemented by the government to reduce the number of poor people such as distributing cash donations. Therefore the plan to make it happen Gresik Regency Baznas prepares a work program that is "Micro Finance Program" which is a program of assistance for small businesses with the aim of developing their businesses so they can develop and be able to return them to the mustahik in need. This research is a qualitative research that intends to look at the management model of zakat, infaq, and alms in developing micro businesses. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the management model of zakat, infaq, alms in the development of micro businesses in Baznas Gresik Regency is a Gresik empowered program where productive economies are held in microbusiness groups. Overall the achievement of the ZIS management program at the Gresik Regency Baznas has been optimal.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI DAN KEPUASAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAZNAS JATIM 动机和成就感对员工BAZNAS JATIM工作的影响

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see how big the influence of motivation (X1) and satisfaction employee (X2) on the performance of employee (Y) is based on the gaps that occur in the field  BAZNAS the Province of east Java . In this study, the method used is quantitative by using the explanotary reseach approaches. Respondents who used amounted to 32 people. For data collection using online questionnaire or google form with the size of the likert scale t to employees BAZNAS the Province of East Java and the test conducted using test instruments that test the validity and reliability. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test. The results of data processing of this research is motivation significant effect on employee performance with a value of 1% < 5% and tcount (2.760) > ttable (2,160) and satisfaction employee significantly effect the performance of employees with a value of 0% < 5% and tcount (4.856) > ttable ( 2,160) as well as the results of R2 is 53.2% of the remaining 46,8% influenced by other variables.
摘要本研究的目的是观察动机(X1)和员工满意度(X2)对员工(Y)绩效的影响有多大,这是基于东爪哇省BAZNAS领域的差距。本研究采用解释性研究方法进行定量分析。使用的回答者达32人。使用在线问卷或谷歌表格收集数据,其规模为东爪哇省BAZNAS员工的李克特量表,并使用测试工具进行测试,以测试效度和信度。分析技术采用多元线性回归分析和假设检验。本研究的数据处理结果为动机显著影响员工绩效,其值为1% < 5%,tcount(2760) >表(2160),员工满意度显著影响员工绩效,其值为0% < 5%,tcount(4.856) >表(2160),R2结果为53.2%,其余46.8%受其他变量影响。

Pengaruh Prinsip Self Assessment terhadap Pemenuhan Kewajiban Zakat 自我评估原则对撒迦特履行职责的影响

The fluctuation of the level of zakat funds obtained by BAZNAS affects the zakat potential that has been determined. The National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) revealed that the potential for zakat in Indonesia can get IDR 252 trillion per year, while the funds raised are only 1% of the potential zakat. That is, the zakat potential which is set in the year has not reached the fulfillment of zakat obligations, therefore this study aims to determine the principle of self-assessment of the fulfillment of zakat obligations partially or simultaneously. This type of research uses associative quantitative methods with the sampling technique using random sampling. The required sample is 100, the respondents are Muslim communities who have fulfilled their zakat fitrah obligations domiciled in Gresik and Surabaya. Research using multiple linear models to obtain answers to research objectives. The results obtained partially and simultaneously there is an influence from the variable of the principle of self-assessment on the fulfillment of zakat obligations. The results of the R2 test, the independent variable has an effect of 0.306 or 30.6% on the dependent variable. While there is a residual of 0.694 or 69.4%, it can be seen that other factors are outside the research.

Persepsi Nasabah Tentang Implementasi Shariah Compliance dan Good Corporate Governance Terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo 客户对伊斯兰教法BRI - sharfi忠诚的伊斯兰教法实施和良好的公司治理的看法

Abstract The purpose of this research aims to determine whether the shariah compliance (X1) and good corporate governance (X2) affect the loyalty of customers of (Y) bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The sample used in this research were 80 respondent from the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo. The data collection method used in this study was by distributing questionnaires or numbers via online Google Form to the customers of bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Sidoarjo who has any product at there. This research used  the Instrumen Test, Multiple Regression Analysis Test, and Hypothesis Test. The results of this study indicate that shariah compliance has a positive effect on loyalty of the customers. In addition, good corporate governance also influences positively and significantly on the loyalty of the customers. Shariah Compliance and Good Corporate Governance also influence 0,356 or 35,6% to loyality of the customers Bank BRI Syariah KC Sidoarjo and also 64,4% were influenced by another factor.

pengaruh promosi dan literasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk pegadaian syariah di Surabaya 推广和识字对泗水购买伊斯兰当铺产品的决定的影响

Otoritas Jasa Keuangan melakukan survey nasional terhadap tingkat literasi masyarakat indonesia sebanyak 8000 orang dari 20 provinsi dan menghasilkan hanya 14,85 persen yang terliterasi dengan baik .Adapun yang cukup terliterasi sekitar 38,89 persen dan tidak terliterasi sebesar 45,44 persen dan tingkat promosi yang dilakukan oleh pegadaian syariah dirasa kurang maksimal oleh masyarakat melalui survey awal yang dilakukan peneliti, maka dengan itu Penelitian ini bertujuam umtuk mengetahui pengaruh promosi dan literasi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Pegadaian Syariah di Surabaya, baik secara parsial maupunn simultan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden yang merupakan nasabah Pegadaian Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunnakan model linier berganda untuk memperoleh jawaban atastujuan penelitian. Dimana diperoleh hasil  secara parsial dan simultan terdapat pengaruh positif dari variabel promosi dan literasi terhadap variabel keputusan pembelian. Diperoleh hasil dari uji R2, variabel bebas berpengaruh secara simultan sebesar 0,763 atau 76,3% terhadap variabel terikat. Sedangkan terdapat sisa sebesar 0,237 atau 23,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian.

Penerapan Prinsip Etika Bisnis Islam di Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo

Abstract :This research is focused on discussing the application of Islamic business ethics used by restaurant restaurants in Sidoarjo namely Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo. In Islam, an economic activity carried out by a Muslim must have mutual benefit elements or values. The application that is carried out is also applied in every aspect of the economy consisting of the organization of production, consumption and distribution. Researchers use the basic values of Islamic business ethics as a reference to measure the application of Islamic business ethics including Unity, Balance, Free Will, Responsibility, and Truth: Virtue and Honesty. Through a qualitative approach, there are two issues that must be answered namely how the application of Islamic business ethics in Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo is carried out and how Islamic business ethics principles are carried out in their success in doing business. Like praying 5 times, Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza is still running buying and selling activities and serving buyers. So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo applies Islamic business ethics in doing business but on the principle of unity Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza, has not been fully expected. For example, when the Adhan reverberated employees and employees were still making buying and selling transactions and serving consumers. The principles of Islamic business ethics used include the principle of balance, the principle of free will, the principle of responsibility and the principle of truth: virtue and honesty.

Through a qualitative approach, there are two issues that must be answered namely how the application of Islamic business ethics in Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo is carried out and how Islamic business ethics principles are carried out in their success in doing business. Like praying 5 times, Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza is still running buying and selling activities and serving buyers. So that researchers can collect three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results of the study indicate that Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza Kedungturi Sidoarjo applies Islamic business ethics in doing business but on the principle of unity Lazizaa Chicken & Pizza, has not been fully expected. For example, when the Adhan reverberated employees and employees were still making buying and selling transactions and serving consumers. HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN, RELIGIUSITAS, DAN LINGKUNGAN SOSIAL TERHADAP MINAT MENABUNG MENGGUNAKAN BANK SYARIAH 利用伊斯兰银行对储蓄兴趣的知识、宗教和社会关系

Islamic banks still have obstacles, one of which is the low level of public awareness, especially traders regarding Islamic banks, with the proven traders who still conduct transactions through conventional banks and even individuals (daily banks). Therefore, this study was conducted to determine whether or not there is a relationship between knowledge, religiosity, and social environment on the interest to save using Islamic banks. The method of this research is quantitative with an associative approach. The number of sample as 70 respondents with data collection methods using questionnaires and interview. Purposive sampling is a technique for sampling. The data analysis uses multiple correlation test, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research are that there is a positive and significant relationship between variables of knowledge and social environment on saving money interest using Islamic banks with tcount  values of 2.014 and 2.913. While the religiosity variable does not have a significant relationship to the interest in saving money using an Islamic bank with a tcount of 0.655. The coefficient of determination test (R2) gets a result of 23%, it means that the variables of knowledge, religiosity, and social environment only have a role of 23% of interest in saving using Islamic banks and the rest is controlled by other variables that is not tested in this study.

Cosmetics are one of the needs of women to support their appearance, especially a muslim woman who want to look beautiful without having worry about the provisions of islam. The development of cosmetic industry is growing rapidly to innovate and accept the challenges. The purpose of this research to determine the simultaneously effect of halal label, brand image, and online consumer review on purchasing descision of Wardah Cosmetics. The sample is 100 muslim women respondents who have used or bought Wardah cosmetics in Surabaya. Data collection methods used in this research was a likert scale questinnaire. Data analysis techniques usedare the instrument test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test. The results of this research are halal label and brand image significantly influences purchasing decision,while online consumer review doesnt significantly influence Wadah cosmetics purchasing decisions.
化妆品是女性维持外表的必需品之一,尤其是穆斯林女性,她们想要看起来很漂亮,而不用担心伊斯兰教的规定。化妆品行业发展迅速,不断创新,迎接挑战。本研究的目的是确定清真标签、品牌形象和在线消费者评论对Wardah化妆品购买决策的同时影响。调查对象是100名在泗水使用或购买过华达化妆品的穆斯林女性。本研究使用的数据收集方法为李克特量表问卷。使用的数据分析技术有工具检验、多元线性回归和假设检验。本研究的结果是清真标签和品牌形象对购买决策有显著影响,而在线消费者评论对和达化妆品的购买决策没有显著影响。

A company is able to achieve its goals if all employees can provide maximum results based on the work ethic within the employee, then the employees will work more effectively and more satisfactorily.The study inteds to measure and recognize the influence of Human Relation, the physical condition of the work environment, job training, employee development on work ethic at  the bank Syariah Bukopin branch office in Surabaya. The population and sample all employee totaling 50 people. The results of the analysis showed that Human Relation had no influence on work ethic in Bukopin Syariah Bank branch office Surabaya, while physical condition of the work environment, on the job training, employee development has a positive influence on employee the work ethic in Bukopin Syariah Bank branch office Surabaya. While the results of R2 of 67.4% means the variable has a big contribute to work ethic.

PEMBIAYAAN KREDIT PEMILIKAN RUMAH SYARIAH NON-BANK DI TAHFIDZ RESIDENCE

AbstractThe needs of human life are known to have three principles namely Sandang, Food, Board. The dense pace of growth causes the need for support, food, boards to increase, so there is a mortgage system that helps the population to get board needs. This research aims to find out the financing model used by Non Bank Sharia Home Owner Loans. Non-bank Sharia Home Owning Loans are essentially home loans for prospective home buyers who do not use banks in practice. The research method used is qualitatively descriptive. The results showed that the financing model of non-bank Sharia Home Owner Loans is not the same as Sharia Owner's Credit using banks. Murabahah and Mudharabah trading agreements used by non-bank Sharia Home Owner Loans are about the same as Sharia Home Owner Loans using banks.
