The pandemic has prompted the proliferation of webinars for professional development in the teaching profession. This case study investigates the teachers' attitudes toward the webinars as professional development. The participants were the teachers from a junior high school in one public school in Indonesia. The researchers selected three participants based on the questionnaire by considering the frequencies following the webinars. The researchers conducted semi-structured interviews by adapting the three components of an attitude referring to behaviour, cognition, and affective. The study is significant to investigate how teachers perceive webinars as a tool for their professional development, describe the impacts, and as input for the educational organisation in conducting teachers' training. The results revealed the teachers’ positive attitudes regarding behaviours, beliefs, and feelings towards the webinar as professional development. A webinar has eliminated the time and geographical boundaries in conducting professional development. Moreover, more professional networking and opportunities are additional advantages that bring more engagement and exposure to continuing their professional development. This research advocates that more webinars be held to develop the teachers' professionalism by related institutions and to open more access to growing teachers' careers by considering appropriate material and time based on the teachers' needs.

Due to the pandemic breakout in 2020, all facets of human life have been subject to unexpected changes. To sustain learning activities, many educational institutions have utilized Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) as way-outs. It is true for delivering content courses at the English Department, Faculty of Letters, State University of Malang, East Java, Indonesia. One affected course is teaching English for Young Learners (EYL) for sixth-semester students. Thus, this article aims to describe the implementation of TPACK, the students' view, and the product results from the process. The design of this study is an exploratory sequential design. The participants were twenty-one Offering C students taking the EYL course. Thus, data were collected qualitatively (classroom observations, semi-structured interviews, video watching, mid and final-term assessments) and quantitatively (the Likert scale questionnaire). The findings reveal that: 1) the process of teaching EYL courses TPACK involved flipped learning in the initial meeting followed by a discussion session, and the technology used was Google meet, Google class, YouTube, WhatsApp, and technical tools like a tutorial video for media demonstration, and video making; 2) the students agree on the use of technology for their learning of EYL course and feel that they have had a lot to learn from TPACK for their course, and 3) the products generated from the teaching-learning process are video and intellectual rights certificates (HKI).

The study aimed to obtain an analysis of the use of digital platforms and the level of satisfaction through student prospects during dare learning which has been carried out for 2 years at the State Islamic Institute of Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon. This study was designed using mixed methods, namely qualitative and quantitative methods. The participants in this study were students of the Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da'wah of Institute Agama Islam Negeri Syekh Nurjati Cirebon with a total of 758 students. They are students in the even semester of the 2020-2021 and 2021-2022 academic years. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to participants, observations and documents. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative data analysis using MS Excel. For the qualitative analysis, the inductive coding technique was used. The results of the data analysis found two main conclusions, namely, first, the use of digital platforms is related to digital competence, and the level of student motivation and responsibility is lower. Meanwhile, the online learning environment and digital technology facilities are quite good. The second conclusion is the level of satisfaction which shows students are dissatisfied with the aspects of interaction, evaluation, communication, and the usefulness of online learning. The results of these findings also recommend that teachers pay attention to the level of needs, abilities, and readiness of students in carrying out online learning.

Archive management is an aspect that must be managed by schools, which still receive a lack of attention despite its importance. This lack of attention to management can be seen in elementary schools, which only rely on one school operator to manage the archives because of a lack of employees. As a result, a lot of data is not archived, damaged, lost, and unorganized. This study aims to produce a web-based one-gate digital archive by utilizing the learning.id account feature that is owned by educators and educational staff in Indonesia. The creation of a one-gate digital archive is carried out to improve the school’s archive management and to increase school digitalization, so that educational services increase. This research uses plomp’s model development research. The advantage of using a one-gate digital archive is that it allows schools to easily change the web's appearance and features needed with low-cost. The result showed that the developed one-gate digital archive was valid and reliable, with an average score of 4,7, which was included in the excellent category. The existence of one gate digital archive is expected to help the principal and teachers in managing the archive. This research still needs to examine the effectiveness of this one-gate digital archive, so further research needs to be done.

In the past, English was considered the language of non-Islamic religions but now English is believed to be the language for international communication for academic and 'dakwah' purposes. However, students of Islamic universities and institutes may have various purposes for learning English. This is because young scholars may have not seen the real need to study English outside the campus and this is not introduced by their teachers when they study at high schools. This study is aimed at describing the main purposes of learning English as a foreign language perceived by the students of Islamic Institutes and Universities in Indonesia. Seven hundred and fourteen undergraduate students from three different Islamic institutes were involved in this study. The finding shows that the primary objective of students learning English at these three institutions is to serve as a conduit for promoting the faith of Islam and to be able to convey Islamic teachings on a larger (international) basis Furthermore, these students stated that their religious goal in learning English was to be able to improve their English language skills while also receiving a lot of Islamic knowledge, even in the form of English material delivered concretely.

The research theme of ethical behavior, particularly in educational organizations, is of great importance. There have been many publications on ethical behavior, but there has been no research to identify and summarize publications on it comprehensively. This research aims to clarify the history and predict the hotspots of ethical behavior themes in the future. This research method uses bibliographical analysis using the VOSviewer application. Data was sourced from the Scopus database between 1982 and 2021, downloaded into Excel 2016, and processed by VOSviewer. Bibliometric maps are formed by VOSviewer software automatically. Results of the research, which began with a search on the article title through the keyword "ethic* behav*," obtained 957 documents. After being limited by publication between 1983 and 2021, 590 papers were accepted. Then it was restricted again based on articles, reviews, and English obtained from as many as 399 documents. The United States, United Kingdom, and Canada are the most productive countries writing this theme. Department of Management, Haworth College of Business, Western Michigan University, United States; School of Management, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, Fairbanks, United States; andDepartment of Basic Psychology and Methodology, University of Murcia, Murcia, Spain; they are the most prolific Institutions with this theme. The Journal of Business Ethics, Ethics and Behavior, and Science and Engineering Ethics are the journals that expose ethical behavior the most. Meanwhile, the most prolific authors are Deshpande S.P, Joseph J, Cronan T.P, Leonard N.K., Al Habusi H., and Gino F. Conclusion of the research with the theme of ethical behavior is generally associated with behavior in business, the prerequisite occurrence of ethical behavior in organizations, and variables that can improve and shape ethical behavior. In line with the development of societal progress, ethical behavior research requires more intensive attention, especially in education organizations, because the quality and sustainability of human life, business, and education lie in the quality of ethical behavior.

Since its independence, Indonesia has had to overcome numerous difficulties. Terrorism, radicalism, intolerance, and separatism (TRIS), which endangers Indonesia's unity, are one of the problems. According to numerous studies, many colleges are affected by the threats of terrorism, radicalism, intolerance, and separatism. This study aims to portray how religious moderation is implemented in non-religious universities in West Java. The implementation of religious moderation is seen from six indicators: understanding the concept, university policies about religious moderation, national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence attitudes, the accommodation of local wisdom, and compliance with laws and regulations. A mixed-method approach was used in this study, which was conducted at ten universities in West Java. Observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires were used to obtain the data. University leaders, lecturers, and students served as the data sources. The study concludes that non-religious universities in West Java have a good and enough carrying capacity and anticipatory readiness to stop the expansion of TRIS by enforcing religious moderation. However, to have a powerful deterrent against the rise of terrorism, radicalism, intolerance, and separatism, it is vital to deepen and affirm the commitment to religious moderation.
