Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Korban Penyalahgunaan Narkotika Usia Pelajar Di Wilayah Hukum Polres Malang 马郎县地区学生滥用毒品的法律保护

Narcotics and Psychotropic are humanity crimes which in recent years have shown a fairly high trend of increasing. This problem certainly causes many victims, especially among the younger generation at the age of learning. In Indonesia, legal regulations regarding acts of drug abuse are regulated in Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. Based on these regulations, sanctions given for acts can be in the form of criminal sanctions and imposition of rehabilitation sanctions. This study aims to analyze the application of legal protection for victims narcotics victim abuse, as well as to analyze implementing legal protection for victims of narcotics abuse committed by students in the Malang Police jurisdiction. This research is empirical juridical research using a socio-cultural juridical approach, to examine the effectiveness of legal protection for victims of narcotics abuse in the jurisdiction of the Malang Police. The results of the study show that in addition to enforcing the law, legal protection is also implemented through rehabilitation for victims of narcotics abuse by students in the jurisdiction of the Malang Police. In an effort to implement it, investigators refer to the provisions contained in Law no. 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, and Permenkes No. 50 of 2015 concerning technical guidelines for the Implementation of Compulsory Reporting and Medical Rehabilitation for Addicts, Abusers, and Victims of Narcotics Abuse. The obstacles in implementing committed by students in the jurisdiction in the Malang Police, namely the difficulty of obtaining truth facts from victims or the dishonesty of narcotics abusers at student age which is influenced by fear and dependency, both in terms of economic, social, as well as emotional. In addition, there are also limited facilities and infrastructure for medical rehabilitation of narcotics abusers, as well as a lack of medical personnel who handle the rehabilitation of narcotics abusers in the Legal Area of ​​the Malang Police.

The Value of Traditional Social Education "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus" 传统社会教育的价值

This study examines the value of traditional social education "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus". In particular, this research is aimed at uncovering the meaning of the tradition of “Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus”; the peculiarities of the tradition of “Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus”; and the value of social education contained in the "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus" tradition. The qualitative approach was chosen as a way to reveal the tradition of “Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus”. As for the results of this study, the meaning of the social tradition of "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus" starts from replacing the mosquito net in the area of ​​Sunan Kudus's tomb, the traditional social event "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus" an effort to pray for, respect, imitate the teachings and seek blessings from Sunan Holy. For the Kudus community, the implementation of Bukak Luwur” is considered an obligation. The peculiarity of the "Bukak Luwur Sunan Kudus" tradition is Ashura Porridge as a mandatory dish in the tradition. PAI Teacher Digital Competency Based on Teaching Level 基于教学水平的PAI教师数字化胜任力研究

The balance of technological developments in education must be carried out through digital competence. Digital competence is the ability to take advantage of digital technology to contribute more efficiently to work. The increase in the intensity of technology use during the pandemic cannot be generalized that teachers master learning technology. Digital competence has a broad study, not just technical. This study aims to diagnose the digital competence of PAI teachers after the pandemic. The DigiComp framework was adopted in this study to measure digital competence. The research design uses a quantitative approach, survey is applied as a research method. The research sample was PAI teachers throughout the city of Cirebon at various levels of education. The data were analyzed descriptively quantitatively. The results of the teacher's digital competence research cannot be said to meet. From the measured digital competence aspect, it was found that the percentage score was lacking, namely the security aspect and digital content creation. Increasing digital competence through regular training and guidance needs to be implemented.

This study aims to examine the application of Islamic religious education to children's behavior (Case Study of Factory Workers' Families in the Ngoro Industrial Park (Nip) Area, Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency) using a qualitative research methodology. Based on the study's results, first, the application of Islamic religious education is by giving examples, habituation, advice, attention, gifts, and punishments with basic Islamic religious materials about faith, prayer, morality, and reading the Qur'an and Islamic history. Second, with this application, even though a child is sometimes not supervised by his parents due to busy work, he still behaves Islamically as his parents have applied.

Social Exclusive of Education Inequality in the Covid-19 Pandemia by Education Digitalization Activities 从教育数字化活动看新冠肺炎大流行中教育不平等的社会排他性

The process of utilizing digital systems in the world of education to realize a learning process is the government's effort to equalize access to education and reduce the digital divide. The Covid-19 pandemic is to blame for adopting digitalization in the education sector. Using the perspective of social exclusion in Indonesia, this study aims to describe educational inequality through efforts to digitalize education during the Covid-19 pandemic. The literature review method was used to map the issue of social exclusion and inequality in the education sector in Indonesia's digitalization efforts by the government for students. The Google Scholar and Scopus features filter journal articles about educational inequality and digitalization efforts during the data collection process. Based on research findings, building more ICT infrastructure to support 5G in rural developing countries, promoting digital literacy programs, implementing policy incentives for digital technology, and increasing the equity of digital services are all strategic efforts to address educational inequality. Acknowledging comprehensive schooling, The Service of Instruction and Culture sent off a few developments to help the digitalization cycle. The development of a Learning House is one of the most significant.

The Effect of HSSC Program to Improve Communication Skill on Kindergarten Students HSSC项目对幼儿园学生沟通能力提高的影响

The study aimed to discover the extent of the influence of Head Start on the Science and Communication Program on communication ability applied to kindergarten students at TK. Bawakaraeng in Makassar by employing the HSSC module, which passed the process of validation by the experts. The study employed an intervention that focused on the active role of parents and teachers in the learning process. Moreover, the material used was a science project method aimed at motivating students to be more active in the learning process. The approach and type of the study employed experiment research with one group pretest-posttest model where pretest was conducted before the intervention was given and posttest after the intervention was given. The subjects of the study were 15 students based on the set criteria. Data were collected through direct observation and evaluated the communication ability based on the communication scale, which was validated beforehand. The communication ability scale was formulated based on indicators: the ability to memorize, comprehension and information, ability to connect, ability to conduct simple analysis, and ability to assess. Data were analyzed by employing Wilcoxon analysis, used in a study using a non-parametric approach. The study's result revealed significant changes in the communication ability of kindergarten students of TK. Bawakaraeng indicated by the result of Wilcoxon analysis by -3.411. The score was appropriate with the convention of the result of data analysis which was greater than 0.5 (α > 0.5). Based on the indicators, the result also showed significant changes indicated by significant improvement between the scores before and after the intervention. The study concluded that the HSSC program's utilization in the project method learning process could improve the students' communication ability.

The study employed an intervention that focused on the active role of parents and teachers in the learning process. Moreover, the material used was a science project method aimed at motivating students to be more active in the learning process. The approach and type of the study employed experiment research with one group pretest-posttest model where pretest was conducted before the intervention was given and posttest after the intervention was given. The subjects of the study were 15 students based on the set criteria. Data were collected through direct observation and evaluated the communication ability based on the communication scale, which was validated beforehand. The communication ability scale was formulated based on indicators: the ability to memorize, comprehension and information, ability to connect, ability to conduct simple analysis, and ability to assess. Data were analyzed by employing Wilcoxon analysis, used in a study using a non-parametric approach. The study's result revealed significant changes in the communication ability of kindergarten students of TK. Bawakaraeng indicated by the result of Wilcoxon analysis by -3.411. The score was appropriate with the convention of the result of data analysis which was greater than 0.5 (α > 0.5). Based on the indicators, the result also showed significant changes indicated by significant improvement between the scores before and after the intervention. Learning motivation is one of the factors that support the success of learning. However, in reality, many students are still not motivated, especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, so the use of the Learning Management System application in learning can be a solution. This research aims to: (1) Describe the level of student motivation using class management based on Sevima Edlink and Google Classroom. (2) Describe the comparison of class management based on Sevima Edlink and Google Classroom. This research uses a quantitative approach with a comparative method. The data collection is a closed questionnaire, and the analysis technique is descriptive and inferential. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Students’ learning motivation who use class management based on Sevima Edlink and Google Classroom has similarities, which is in the medium category. (2) There is a difference in the mean range between students' learning motivation using Sevima Edlink-based classroom management and Google Classroom. Still, the difference is not significant as indicated by the value of Sig. 2 tailed of 0.109 is greater than 0.025.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dalam memanfaatkan e-learning moodle berbasis lesson study for learning community pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam kelas IX-1 dengan jumlah 29 siswa pada materi pewarisan sifat. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi aktivitas siswa. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh rata-rata skor aktivitas belajar siswa pada siklus I adalah 3,0 dengan kriteria aktif dan pada siklus II adalah 3,5 dengan kriteria sangat aktif. Dari hasil tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tindakan penelitian berhasil karena adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor tiap indikator aktivitas belajar siswa. Persentase peningkatan aktivitas belajar rata-rata sebesar 14,25%. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa ada peningkatan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan memanfaatkan e-learning moodle berbasis lesson study for learning community di SMP Methodist 8 Medan.

Pengembangan modul yang efektif akan dapat membentuk penguasaan konsep pada mahasiswa. Pentingnya mahasiswa untuk menguasai standar kompetensi lulusan tersebut, diharapkan peserta didik dapat mengaplikasikan konsep yang telah dipelajari dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini dikarenakan penguasaan konsep dalam pembelajaran fisika merupakan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami konsep-konsep fisika setelah pembelajaran selesai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: Pengembangan bahan ajar fisika berbentuk modul pada mata kuliah fisika dasar I untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa; Hasil kelayakan bahan ajar fisika berbentuk modul pada mata kuliah fisika dasar I untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa; Respon peserta didik terhadap modul pada mata kuliah fisika dasar I untuk meningkatkan penguasaan konsep mahasiswa. Rata-rata penguasaan konsep tiap mahasiswa menggunakan bahan ajar fisika berbentuk modul pada mata kuliah fisika dasar I adalah 14,93 dengan peningkatan presentase tiap-tiap aspek pada penguasaan konsep yang didapat tiap mahasiswa adalah 91,58%.
