Strategi penyuluh Agama Buddha dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan generasi muda Buddhis

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan faktor yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan generasi muda Buddhis di Desa Jrahi dan mendeskripsikan strategi penyuluh Agama Buddha dalam mempertahankan keberlangsungan generasi muda Buddhis di Desa Jrahi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian adalah penyuluh Agama Buddha, tokoh Agama Buddha dan pemuda Buddhis yang ada di Desa Jrahi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Terdapat faktor intern yaitu kesadaran, keyakinan, motivasi. Sedangkan faktor ekstern pengaruh teman motivasi dan contoh dari orang tua, penyuluh Agama Buddha maupun tokoh Agama Buddha, subsidi traportasi kegiatan, lingkungan keluarga dan teman sebaya. Strategi yang digunakan penyuluh Agama Buddha mendorong orang tua untuk memberikan nasehat serta motivasi kepada anak, mempersingkat waktu sembahyang serta mengadakan dan diskusi, mengaktifkan kegiatan di Vihara, meningkatkan keteladanan dari penyuluh Agama Buddha, mendorong remaja Buddhis untuk berorganisasi, memberikan pembinaan pada anak dari usia dini melalui sekolah minggu Buddha. Kata kunci: Strategi, Penyuluh Agama, Generasi Muda.
这项研究的目的是描述影响到日本乡村年轻佛教青年寿命的因素,并描述佛教在热闹地区维持年轻佛教青年寿命的战略。本研究采用定性方法研究案例。研究对象是佛经村的佛教领袖、佛教人物和佛经青年。数据收集技术采用访谈、观察和文档。有一个内在因素,即意识、信念和动机。而其他的动机伙伴影响和榜样的父母,佛教宗教和佛教人物,家庭环境和同龄人补贴。佛教推广人员使用的策略鼓励父母向儿童提供建议和动力,缩短祈祷时间和进行讨论,活跃在寺庙里的活动,改善佛教教师的榜样,鼓励佛教青年组织起来,通过佛教主日学校教育幼儿。关键词:战略,宗教推广,年轻一代。

The implementation of school character education program: a case study of muslim students of SMAN 12 South Tangerang 学校品格教育计划的实施:以南坦格朗12年级穆斯林学生为例

In today's life, some schools and parents developed and made efforts to foster and strengthen the student' character in various ways. This research aims to describe the implementation of the school character education program at SMAN 12 South Tangerang. The stages of the research are the orientation of the school program, socialization, the application, monitoring, and evaluation in the implementation. This research used a qualitative approach and descriptive method by case study. The sampling techniques were in-depth interviews, participative observation, and documentation. The data came from reports and documents from the school program coordinator, the headmaster, the teachers, and the students. The result shows that the orientation in this program is based on the school's vision and mission. Its socialization was managed by the program coordinator, the teachers, and the headmaster. Further, the application of this program is by giving semi-comprehensive approach, such as integrated subject (BTQ), extracurricular program, and reciting Quran after the school ended; monitoring and evaluation in the school character program are participation management system recorded by the academic report, the student’s attendance. There are benefits and challenges in applying to this program.

Implementasi Teknik Komunikasi Penyuluh Agama Buddha Dalam Menguatkan Nilai-Nilai Moderasi Beragama Di Kabupaten Banjarnegara

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan teknik komunikasi yang digunakan penyuluh agama Buddha, implementasi teknik komunikasi dalam menguatkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, serta tanggapan umat terkait nilai-nilai moderasi beragama yang disampaikan oleh penyuluh agama Buddha di Kecamatan Pagentan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Berlokasi di Vihara Vajra Bumi Mertha Bodi, Vihara Genta Dharma Prabassa, Vihara Dhammasari, dan Vihara Metta Mandala. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu penyuluh agama Buddha, ketua vihara, tokoh agama Buddha, tokoh agama islam, dan pemerintah kecamatan pagentan. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian menggunakan triangulasi dan referensi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukan teknik  komuniasi yang digunakan oleh penyuluh agama Buddha di Kecamatan Pagentan mengacu pada Peraturan Direktorat Jendral Nomor 298 Tahun 2017 yaitu teknik komunikasi informatif, teknik komunikasi persuasif, dan teknik komunikasi koersif. Penyuluh agama Buddha di Kecamatan Pagentan menguatkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui implementasi teknik konunikasi informatif, teknik komunikasi persuasif, dan teknik komunikasi koersif. Selain itu peneliti memiliki temuan baru teknik komunikasi yang digunakan yaitu dengan bercerita dan bernyanyi lagu buddhis. Teknik komunikasi tersebut dilakukan secara langsung dengan bertatap muka di vihara atau saat anjangsana dan tidak langsung dilakukan dengan media WhatsApp. Tanggapan umat Buddha berkaitan dengan implementasi teknik komunikasi penyuluh agama Buddha dalam menguatkan nilai-nilai moderasi beragama di Kecamatan Pagentan yakni umat merasa mendapatkan pengayoman dan binaan secara agama. Innovation of Basic Education Curriculum to Optimize Learners Spiritual Character 基础教育课程创新优化学习者精神品质

The innovation of the Islamic basic education curriculum needs to link learning materials with spiritual character values ​​to become a reference for students in their daily behavior. This study aims to determine the innovation of the Islamic basic education curriculum in optimizing the spiritual character of students. This research uses the library research literature, which stands under the review method, which is descriptive-analytical. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis method to obtain valid references and can be re-examined based on the context. Islamic basic education is an effort to instill spiritual character values ​​ to make whole students beings intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. The innovation of the Islamic basic education curriculum in optimizing the spiritual character requires educators' readiness to design learning by preparing various materials and learning media that can concretely package material. Further researchers are expected to be able to contribute to curriculum innovation in other aspects of character and to be able to use field research so that the results of the data are more empirical.

The Deteriorating Effect of Poor Parental Skills on Children's Education and Mental Health 不良的父母技能对儿童教育和心理健康的影响日益恶化

Parenting style is a psychological construct that describes how parents raise their children. This article examines the several parenting techniques used by families. Parenting techniques are becoming increasingly important in modern society. This research demonstrates the various strategies parents take when raising their children and the numerous issues with modern parenting. The core cause of most teenage mental health problems is found to be related to parenting style. Most parents employ a variety of parenting styles based on their culture and societal demands. It describes parenting styles and how they affect children's development. The impact of socioeconomic class on parenting style is also examined in the study. The results of this study are (1) parenting style can be thought of as an overall structure that represents the general emotional environment between the parent and the child; (2) Diverse civilizations have different parenting behaviors and influences; (3) Parent-child relationships allow children to develop physically, emotionally, and socially. The conclusion is parenting patterns are very influential on the growth and development of children. Family parenting has an impact on the social and emotional development of children.

The Relationship of Digital Literacy with The Help of Anyflip.com to The Learning Motivation of Elementary School Students 基于Anyflip.com的数字素养与小学生学习动机的关系

The research objective is to determine the relationship between Digital Literacy assisted by Anyflip.com on the Learning Motivation of Class IV students at SDN Buran 03 Karanganyar. The method of collecting research data is quantitative. The total population is 132 students. Meanwhile, the study sample was 29 fourth-grade students with information obtained from data collection tools in questionnaires and documentation. The research data analysis was consulted with the prerequisite analysis test, then continued on the scale validity test using the product-moment correlation. The research concludes that the relationship between digital literacy assisted by Anyflip.com on the learning motivation of fourth-grade students at SDN Buran 3 Karanganyar is significant. Decision-making is based on the product-moment test, namely r arithmetic > r table 0.632 > 0.3009, so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. This fact means that the use of digital literacy assisted by anyflip.com is not only digital information obtained by students, but students can explore, create, and be more active in online learning so that educational interactions occur between students and teachers.

MANAGEMENT STRATEGY: School Financial Management Strategies During the Covid-19 Pandemic 管理策略:新冠肺炎大流行期间的学校财务管理策略

The success of financial management during the Covid-19 pandemic is the role of school strategic management to prepare planning, organizing, controlling, and directly in school financial management. The research aims to examine educational institutions' financial management strategies in upper secondary education units. This type of research is field research with qualitative methods of case studies at MAN 2 Yogyakarta. The respondents of this study are the Principal, committee, and financial manager of the school. The data collection process is carried out by making observations, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis researchers use with the Miles and Huberman Models is condensation, data presentation, and inference/verification. The results of this study show that the strategy carried out by the Principal in managing school finances during the Covid-19 pandemic is an evaluation of budget, fund efficiency, and efficiency of program implementation through the stages of the financial management process. The strategy then, in the policy in the form of a 30% cut in SPP costs and the temporary elimination of visit transportation costs, waiver of payment time extension for parents whose businesses are affected by Covid-19, a 10% cut to school activity budget.

Modified PPP Procedure in Teaching Conditional Sentences Through Whatsapp for Vocational School Students 中职学生Whatsapp条件句教学PPP流程改进

The aims of the study are to find out whether there is a significant difference in students' achievement of conditional sentences between those who are taught using modified PPP procedure through WhatsApp and those who are taught using original PPP procedure in limited offline learning. The population was the students of SMKN 1 Metro. This study is quasi-experimental, and the sampling was taken in two classes. The experimental class was given the treatment using a modified PPP procedure through WhatsApp. In contrast, the control class was given the treatment using the original PPP procedure in limited offline learning. The findings showed a significant difference in students' achievement of conditional sentences between those two procedures, which is in line with the difference in students' perception of the learning process between those two classes. Modified one was more effective in improving students' achievement of conditional sentences, especially in pandemic Covid 19, where online learning is necessary. The conclusion is that the modification of the PPP procedure through WhatsApp is very effective to use even after the pandemic, because there are more opportunities for students to discuss using WhatsApp which makes them gain a deeper understanding and better achievement of the conditional sentence material.

This research examines the role of AIESEC as an international organization in facilitating the implementation of SDGs through Global Volunteers in Suphanburi, Thailand. The SDGs' implementation affects getting involved and contributing actively to making the world a better place, especially regarding "Quality of Education." As a forum for facilitating education, it is necessary to consider the need for space for international organizations to provide various roles. As one of the significant organizations, AIESEC plays a role in providing real action to youth by contributing to the development of globalization. The research method uses qualitative research through library research from several journals, news, and data from AIESEC in this research. The result shows that the implementation of SDGs through Global Volunteers realizes and facilitates the development of education, especially in Suphanburi, which is a challenge, but can develop and will continue to evaluate how to create a globally supportive role. Therefore, AIESEC facilitates global values, activities, and program initiatives to support by implementing SDGs no 4, which is in the form of direct teaching materials to educate children in schools and communities to improve the quality of education and broaden horizons globally from English Day Teaching, Community Service, and also Global Village.

The Nature of School Atmosphere Association to Improve the Students' Personalities in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) of Kota Langsa 哥打兰沙伊提达耶宗教学校校风协会的性质对学生个性的改善

The article scrutinised the nature of primary school atmosphere association to improve students' personalities in Kota Langsa. Kota Langsa has a mixed community background and is located on the eastern coast of Aceh province, which ratifies to perform Islamic Sharia area. The study informants were the people who shared daily interactions with the students, particularly in education performances and religious practices, i.e., the school teachers, parents, village prominent, and religious figures. The article employed a constant comparative method, which examined the conceptual finding of equivalences atmosphere associations. It grounded a theory to explain the phenomena of the nature and nurture of the Islamic primary school environment, when the parents' educational goals, teachers' objectives, and local figures' wisdom meet with the early process of students in their school days. The article proposed the result that confirmed the link between school atmosphere and students' personality development. Finally, the result confirmed the research objective, which described the socio-economic, facility, local figures, and teachers are the main elements to mediate developing students' personalities in Islamic primary school.
