The Covid-19 pandemic, which has become a global epidemic, requires the implementation of health protocols in order to prevent its spread, creating its own social problems, especially for the growth and development of children, so that they are the most affected. This study uses empirical juridical methods and uses a conceptual approach. The results of this study indicate that the problem of fulfilling children's rights during the pandemic is still a priority scale program by the government in Jember Regency which must be resolved immediately, especially in terms of health and education. In the context of health, children still have not received vaccination facilities. On the other hand, online children's education is also not optimal due to limited interaction between teachers and students. This research also formulates recommendations for formulating precise policies in terms of mainstreaming the fulfillment of rights to children during the Covid-19 pandemic, especially in Jember Regency, establishing an accountable and accurate information system regarding the distribution of children affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and making new breakthroughs related to mechanisms. education, health and the environment in favor of the fulfillment of children's rights

This study aims to determine the effect of peer counseling on the social interaction of students in class XI IPA 5 MAN 3 Medan. This study uses a quasi-experimental method. The sample is 36 students of MAN 3 Medan. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of questionnaires. The data were analyzed using a different test. The results showed that: There is an effect of peer counseling on social interaction of students in class XI IPA 5 MAN 3 Medan with the calculation results obtained by the price tcount ttable = (14.66 > 1.688). Therefore, it can be concluded that peer counseling to improve intrapersonal competence, one of which is the problem of social interaction, is considered feasible to be used as a counseling service that can be modified according to conditions, schools and student problems.

This study aims to develop a web-based learning model so that it can provide innovation in the learning process of Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects in the Surah An-Nas material which students must memorize and can remember the meaning, so researchers want to develop web-based learning with powtoon media to provide an interesting learning experience and can provide convenience to students. The research method using research and development and the development model carried out in this study is the ADDIE model which consists of five steps, namely: analysis (analyze), design (design), development (development), implementation (implementation), evaluation (evaluation). This research was conducted at MIN Hulu Sungai Selatan II. This research provides a product in the form of animated video powtoon to be tested for feasibility by media experts, material experts, and two groups of 18 students. The results of the trial were media experts with an average score of 3.6 which was categorized as very valid, material experts with an average value of 4 and categorized as very valid, and student respondents with an average score of 3.62 in the very good category.

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the Teams Game Tournament (TGT) Cooperative Learning Model on ICT Guidance Learning Outcomes at UPT SMP N 2 Painan. The type of research used is experimental research. This research uses numerical research procedures and the analysis uses statistics and uses quantitative methods. For the research results, the experimental class data is 78.933 with the control class average score is 69.76. The final test analysis where the tcount is 9.484 and ttable is 1.68 with a 95% significance level so that tcount > ttable, the research hypothesis is accepted. For student activity and response, the average result is 4,301 with a percentage of 86,037 with a very good classification and for the average student response result is 4,343 with a percentage of 86,871 with a very good classification. The effectiveness of the TGT learning model in the effectiveness trial, it was found that 87% of students got a score of 70 which was classically effective and for the control class, 43.33% of students got a score of <70 which was not classically effective. In terms of Gain Score, it gets a value of 37.31% (medium). In conclusion, there is an effect of the Team Game Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model on student learning outcomes.

Abstract: In supporting the implementation of hybrid learning during the pandemic Covid-19, it is necessary to use a learning media that is expected to help realize effective and can make it easier for students to understand learning material. One of the learning media that can be used is Microsoft Teams. Under these conditions, the intensity of face-to-face meetings between students and teachers has not fully returned. Therefore, students must be able to learn independently. This study aims to improve student learning independence by using Microsoft Teams on the material of the periodic system of elements. The research design used is a one group pretest posttest design. The results showed 1) the implementation of learning using Microsoft Teams was very well done, 2) teachers have carried out effective learning management 3) the percentage of relevant student activities is 96%. 4) students' learning independence has increased, 5) the majority of students experience increased learning independence . 5) students gave a positive response on the use of Microsoft Teams. It can be concluded that the use of Microsoft Teams can improve student learning independence. Oleh karena itu, siswa perlu bisa belajar dengan mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa dengan menggunakan Microsoft Teams pada materi system periodic unsur. Desain peneleitian yang digunakan adalah one group pretest posttest design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan Microsoft Teams terlaksana dengan sangat baik, 2) guru telah melakukan pengelolaan pembelajaran yang efektif, 3) persentase aktivitas siswa yang relevan sebesar 96 %. 4) kemandirian belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan, 5) hasil pengamatan kemandirian terhadap masing-masing siswa menunjukkan mayoritas siswa telah mengalami peningkatan kemandirian belajar, 5) siswa memberikan respon positif terhadap penggunaan Microsoft Teams. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Microsoft Teams dapat meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. This research aims to analyze online learning carried out and explore the emotional feelings of parents in accompanying children's education during online learning. The study was conducted at MTsN 5 Padang City, West Sumatra. This study uses a qualitative method based on a case study approach. The research findings show that; First, online learning at school is realized through the following stages: Teachers, homeroom teachers collaborate with homeroom teachers through the formation of WhatsApp groups. This is intended to reduce misunderstandings between homeroom and homeroom teachers to discuss and exchange ideas. Learning to try to use Zoom Meeting, Google Classroom, and education is also attempted through giving assignments. To review the problem above, this article focuses on three problems; 1) what is the form of implementing Curriculum 2013 in an information technology-based learning system, 2) what are the factors that cause the neglect of the quality of soft skills and the value of children's character in this learning model, and 3) what are the implications? To examine the research problem above, the author will use Paulo Freire’s theory of "Critical Education" to understand the pattern of teacher-student relationships in his learning model. The method used is a literature study by collecting sources from books, texts, or documents that discuss this issue. It can be concluded that the findings in this article are as follows; 1) Curriculum 2013 can still not be applied optimally in ITE-based learning, because soft skills are negated. 2) The ITE-based learning model still places students as objects and teachers as subjects, which means that in Curriculum 2013, these two relationships will be aligned. 3) The above model has implications for the decline in student character values and neglected aspects of soft skills.

To examine the research problem above, the author will use Paulo Freire’s theory of \"Critical Education\" to understand the pattern of teacher-student relationships in his learning model. The method used is a literature study by collecting sources from books, texts, or documents that discuss this issue. The objectives of this research to explain the effect of (1) E-Learning on the learning motivation; (2) Social Media as a learning medium on the learning motivation; (3) E-Learning and social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation. This research uses a quantitative approach with correlational research type. The data analysis technique used simple and multiple linier regression test. The results of this research indicatet that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.295 > 1.97) and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (2) there is a positive and significant influence between social media as a learning medium on the learning motivation on a simple linier regression test from tcount>ttable (7.476 > 1.97) and significance value of 0.000 < 0.05; (3) there is a positive and significant influence between E-Learning and social media as learning media on learning motivation on the calculation of multiple linier regression test from Fcount>Ftable (34.831 > 3.04) and a significance valu of 0.000 < 0.05.

Good literacy skills can help students understand information both verbally and in writing. The implementation of the habituation of the School Literacy Movement is one of the literacy activities and a form of government awareness of the importance of building a literacy culture in the world of education. This study aims to describe the implementation of the habituation of the School Literacy Movement at SDN 009 Lubuk Agung, Kampar Regency. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 1 principal and 6 homeroom teachers. Research instruments in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is the presentation of data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the habituation of the School Literacy Movement has not been carried out well, this can be seen from the results of the interviews that reading has not been carried out 15 minutes before the lesson starts, the school facilities and environment are not yet rich in literacy, and also not rich in text, cannot choose reading materials in the classroom. schools, and also not involving the public. From the results of observations based on indicators of habituation of the School Literacy Movement, the implementation of the School Literacy Movement has not been carried out properly.

ABSTRACT HERMANTO. Ethics in Financial Accounting Practices. This study aims to examine the theoretical study of ethics in financial accounting practice. The data used in this study is qualitative data about ethical violations in financial accounting practices that occurred at PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk. From this data, a theoretical study was carried out with qualitative research methods for the theory applied or not by the entity. The results of this study indicate that PT Tiga Pilar Sejahtera Food Tbk committed ethical violations in the practice of financial accounting in the presentation of its financial statements.
