The leadership of college students is an important aspect of their comprehensive quality. In order to adapt to the development trend of globalization, informatization and economic integration in modern society, the leadership education of college student cadres in colleges and universities is not only in line with the quality education advocated by the state, but also in line with the development requirements of college students themselves. In the future, most college students majoring in economic management will pay more attention to the cultivation of leadership from the economic management industry. This paper analyzes the path of leadership training for students majoring in economics and management, and makes clear what aspects of leadership quality the students majoring in economics and management should improve themselves in order to consciously improve themselves in these aspects, so as to better adapt to the needs of society.

Turkey’s current role as international mediator tempers the year 2020 with repeated crises, and the multiplication of misapprehensions with France and Greece. Therefore, as tensions gradually erupted between Turkey and the European Union (EU), this article through the retrospective of partnerships in the African space, highlights evidence of the advantages that the integration of Turkey in its area or more targeted and consensual policies could confer to the EU. The paper expounds on the new model of cooperation within the discipline of security studies; it merges the institutional approach and the triangular cooperation framework in illustrating Turkey and EU foreign policy towards Africa. The work fundamentally explains the transformation of Ankara and European Union’s security policies within Africa. It notes that the change from the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) to European Security and Defense Policy (ESDP) and later on to Common Security and Defense Policy (CSDP) provides a new synergy for cooperation among the three actors. This study examines institutions and economic growth: evidence from ECOWAS for 2000-2018. We use eight alternative variables to evaluate institutions and economic growth: gross domestic product, gross fixed capital formation, population growth, and foreign direct investment, control of corruption, government effectiveness, political stability & absence of violence/terrorism, and rule and law. Then, we adopted the combined OLS model, the fixed effects model, the random effects model, the difference-GMM, and the system-GMM model. The results show that different measures of institutional indicators significantly impact the economic growth of ECOWAS. However, the institution’s quality has nothing to do with the financial results expected by ECOWAS. In most cases, foreign direct investment, gross fixed capital formation, and population growth positively impact the economic development of ECOWAS, while political stability, rule and law, control of corruption, and effectiveness of government harm the economic growth of ECOWAS. Therefore, decision-makers and competent authorities should reduce the organization’s quality through appropriate development strategies such as derivatives.

Subject of the study: REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) as equity investment instrument issued by management companies that are involved in the purchase, maintenance and construction of new real estate, and can also buy mortgage-backed securities from banks.The object of the study is the analysis (Real Estate Investment Trust) real estate market in China.The purpose of the work is to draw a conclusion about the attractiveness of investment in real estate in modern conditions relative to other tools and to identify the development prospects of REITs in ChinaResearch methods: descriptive-analytical, comparative-comparative, statistical, formant, contextual analysis methods.This thesis finds that equity REITs are still very immature and are not widely accepted by mass investors in China. The thesis puts forward three suggestions for apartment REITs in China: to streamline the REIT structure and avoid excessive complexity and opacity; to promote information transparency and regulated disclosure mechanism; to encourage and protect equity REIT investors by constraining REITs from taking on too much debt. Finally, the thesis concludes that REITs, as shown by US experience, should be regarded as a great opportunity to cultivate Chinese investors’ confidence in the stock market with its very simple and plain-vanilla structure. With the Chinese government’s strong ambition to increase housing affordability and to deleverage the economy, we foresee continuous legislative breakthroughs and more systematic improvements in the REIT field.Novelty elements: the current apartment operators are using REITs as debt-financing channels instead of real equity financing. As a result, the leverage level of the real estate sector may not really be decreased at all, but rather increased. The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of CEO turnover and CFO turnover on earnings management. In addition, Taiwan’s authorities will require listed companies to complete the establishment of audit committee replacing supervisors in 2022. Corporate governance is not an overnight phenomenon. It has been existing from a long time. It is only that the beginning of 21st century when colossal enterprises started to fall, government across globe started giving it due credit. The present paper is an attempt to trace the history of corporate governance. It starts with discussing various theories which led to the development of such an important concept and then dwells on various models in which economies employ corporate governance in their structure and finally the evolution of corporate governance across globe. The paper sheds light on important committees and reforms which have been the genesis of corporate governance across globe. It undertakes an extensive literature review on different aspects of corporate governance. Corporate governance is a concept which still debatable among experts in describing it. Parallel with the global increase in air traffic for better aerodrome coverage in the Republic of Macedonia, sustainable growth of the aerodrome “Logovardi” in the vicinity of Bitola city is necessary. At present conditions, this aerodrome is intended for sport, pilot school, sightseeing, and medical urgency flights. The paper is presenting sustainable development according to Ana Lazarovska’s notebook and parallel to Leonardo da Vinci’s notebook. “Codex on the sustainable aerodrome development” is written parallel to the “Codex on the flight of birds” and is left for all engineers who are working with aerodrome infrastructure. The proposed notebook works with the process of „step by step” showing the necessary level of category development and improvement of the present aerodrome infrastructure in this article for Bitola aerodrome. The main focus is on the equilibrium theory as a basic solution for related problems. The evaluation must satisfy the possibilities of extension runway and aerodrome including the further necessary development into the Annex 14 border.

Renewable energies are a sustainable, unlimited, and decarbonized solution to address future energy challenges. In this context, Morocco has considerable lead vantage to position itself on this promising market.
