The "dual-carbon" goal proposed by the state not only emphasizes that enterprises should adopt the concept of sustainable development, but also sets standards for enterprises to pursue high-quality growth. The practice of ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) coincides with this goal, and with its development, investors are paying more and more attention to the ESG performance of enterprises, making it an important standard to evaluate the performance of corporate social responsibility. This study takes BYD as a case to explore the company's performance in the three dimensions of environmental protection, social responsibility and corporate governance, and how these practices affect corporate value. The research results aim to provide a reference for other enterprises in the industry and guide them to optimize their own ESG strategies to promote the long-term and stable development of enterprises.

In recent years, the digital boom has continued to hit, and global scientific and technological innovation has been unprecedentedly intensive and active. On the cusp of this 5G trend, emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, cloud sharing, and big data are emerging in an endless stream, constantly impacting traditional technologies and the real economy. The fourth industrial revolution has quietly penetrated into every corner of society. Both people's lives and the economic environment have been unprecedentedly affected. As an important pillar industry in the national economic construction, how to meet the digital transformation, seize the opportunity of digital transformation, enhance product value, and create new quality productivity has become particularly important. This paper takes digital transformation as the starting point, explores the motivation and path of Haier's digital transformation in the past ten years, and evaluates its performance. The study found that Haier Smart Home's digital transformation has improved the long-term performance of enterprises; the first enlightenment is to accelerate the transformation and upgrading and improve the degree of digital attention ; second, adhere to innovation-driven, enhance digital R & D sales; third, create a digital platform to enhance the user's personalized experience. It is expected that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the digital transformation of other household appliance enterprises and bring some help to the digitization of China's household appliance manufacturing industry.

Financial pressure refers to the behavioral pressure formed by internal and external factors acting on the financial activities of enterprises, which is the pressure that enterprises must bear in the actual production and management activities. This paper takes iQiyi Company as a case, selects financial statement data from 2019 to 2023, selects indicators from five dimensions of solvency, operating capacity, profitability, development capacity and cash flow capacity, and makes a comprehensive evaluation of its financial pressure by combining entropy weight-TOPSIS evaluation system. The results showed that iQiyi's financial situation continued to deteriorate from 2019 to 2021, began to improve in 2022, and 2023 was the best financial situation and faced the least financial pressure. In the end, it provides suggestions on how to prevent and control financial pressure of iQiyi, and provides reference for other Internet video enterprises in China to evaluate and prevent financial pressure.

Since the real estate marketization reform in 1998, China's real estate industry has continued to focus on asset operation mode, at that time in the golden period of the industry, real estate enterprises only need to hoard a lot of land, wait for the appreciation of the land and then resell, you can get considerable returns. However, in the context of the current slowdown in the economic growth of China's real estate industry, it is difficult for commercial real estate enterprises to continue to operate with heavy assets, so such enterprises begin to seek transformation, and want to change a profit model to match the current market. As a new way for enterprises to accumulate core competence and maximize value, "asset-light operation" model has been highly valued by the academic and business circles. This paper takes Longfor Group, a representative real estate enterprise, as the research object, and makes an in-depth analysis of the company's finance from the perspective of its financial characteristics and financial performance, in order to provide certain theoretical references for the successful application of the transformation and development of similar companies.

With the continuous improvement of China's share repurchase system, the policy optimization actively promotes the application of share repurchase in the capital market, and makes it become a common way for listed companies to manage market value. However, the problems presented by listed companies in the implementation of share repurchase plans have gradually been exposed, especially the frequent occurrence of "deceptive" repurchase, which has become the focus of the market. In order to solve this problem, China has issued detailed rules for the implementation of share repurchase, clearly emphasizing the prevention of "deceptive" repurchase, aiming at guiding listed companies to operate in compliance. However, due to the low cost of violation, most listings still fail to comply with the standards and continue to appear "deceptive" buyback behavior. Therefore, by analyzing the motivation of listed companies to implement "deceptive" share repurchase behavior and the economic consequences, this paper provides a warning for investors, urges listed companies to self-examine the share repurchase plan, and puts forward regulatory suggestions for the regulatory authorities to be optimized.

As the new round of technological revolution continues to evolve, computing power is progressively emerging as the "new qualitative productive force" in the era of digital economy; AI computing power, being the core component of computing power, has consequently garnered extensive attention. This study examines the impact of sci-tech finance on the technological innovation of AI computing power enterprises, the mechanism of action, and the role of financial regulation, using data from Chinese A-share listed AI computing power enterprises from 2014 to 2022. The findings are as follows: Firstly, the development of sci-tech finance significantly enhances the technological innovation capacity of AI computing power enterprises. Secondly, the alleviation of financing constraints partially mediates this effect. Thirdly, overall financial regulation exerts a negative regulatory effect on the relationship between sci-tech finance and technological innovation; specifically, financial regulation in the eastern region has a negative regulatory role, whereas in the non-eastern regions, it exhibits a positive regulatory role. These research conclusions hold certain implications and reference value for enhancing the sci-tech finance system, fostering the development of the computing power industry, and reforming the regulatory system.

Using panel data from A-share listed companies between 2007 and 2021, this study empirically examines the theoretical mechanisms through which human capital influences the digitalization of Chinese enterprises. The findings reveal that upgrading corporate human capital effectively empowers the digitalization of Chinese firms, a conclusion that is robust across a series of tests. Mechanism analysis indicates that the enhancement of human capital primarily facilitates corporate digitalization through improvements in R&D innovation and management levels. Heterogeneity analysis shows that the positive impact of human capital upgrading on corporate digitalization is more pronounced in the eastern and central regions, technology-intensive firms, and high-tech enterprises. These conclusions provide valuable insights for further promoting corporate human capital enhancement and digitalization.

The concept of sustainable development drives companies to pursue improving the efficiency and quality of ESG management. As a management tool for corporate strategy implementation, the balanced scorecard (BSC) was developed to achieve corporate profit maximization strategy, and with the globalization of sustainable development, more and more companies are trying to achieve value creation in environmental, social and governance. However, the inherent limitation of the traditional balanced scorecard - the lack of environmental and social responsibility perspectives - does not satisfy the strategic goal of companies to enhance their ESG management capabilities and ultimately achieve sustainable development. Therefore, this paper incorporates the concept of sustainable development on top of the traditional balanced scorecard to help enterprises carry out ESG management and further realize their long-term development goals.
