KOMUNIKASI EFEKTIF DALAM MANAJEMEN KELAS DI MI MUHAMMADIYAH LINGGAPURA BREBES 学生管理方面的有效交流

Effective communication is very important in classroom management. Management is the special abilities and skills that a person has to carry out an activity either individually or with other people or through other people in an effort to achieve educational goals productively, effectively and efficiently. The method used in this research is literature study. The data required in this research was obtained from library sources or documents at MI Muhammadiyah Linggapura Brebes. Data sources for literature study research can be official sources, but can be seminar reports/conclusions, notes/recordings of scientific discussions, official writings published by the government and other institutions, either in book/manual or digital form such as optical disks.computer or computer data. This research was conducted at MI Muhammadiyah Linggapura starting from August to October 2023. The importance of understanding effective communication in classroom management is that teachers are able to overcome challenges in the classroom through communication, teachers can create an optimal learning environment and help students achieve success in learning. ABSTRAK Komunikasi yang efektif sangat penting dalam manajemen kelas, Manajemen merupakan kemampuan dan ketrampilan husus yang dimiliki seseorang untuk melakukan suatu kegiatan baik secara perorangan ataupun bersama orang lain atau melalui orang lain dalam upaya mencapai tujuan pendidikan secara produktif, efektif dan efesien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka. Data - data yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari sumber pustaka atau dokumen di MI Muhammadiyah Linggapura Brebes. Sumber data untuk penelitian studi literatur dapat berupa sumber yang resmi akan tetapi dapat berupa laporan/kesimpulan seminar, catatan/rekaman diskusi ilmiah, tulisan - tulisan resmi terbitan pemerintah dan lembaga - lembaga lain, baik dalam bentuk buku/manual atau digital seperti bentuk piringan optik, komputer atau data komputer. Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Muhammadiyah Linggapura terhitung mulai dari bulan Agustus Sampai bulan Oktober 2023. Pentingnya memahami komunikasi efektif dalam manajemen kelas yaitu guru mampu mengatasi tantangan di dalam kelas melalui komunikasi , guru dapat menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang optimal dan membantu siswa mencapai kesuksesan dalam belajar.

PENGARUH MODEL PROJECT BASED LEARNING MELALUI PEMBUATAN WATER FILTER TERHADAP KETRAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF 基于水过滤器的教学模式对创造性思维能力的影响

This research is experimental research using a quantitative approach which tries to determine the effect of the Project Based Learning model through making water filters on creative thinking skills. This is because learning in schools still focuses on receiving knowledge, memory and reasoning. This research was carried out at MI NU Miftahul Falah Jati Kudus in October 2023. The population used in this research was 27 class V students. The data collection methods in this research were tests and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in processing this data uses prerequisite analysis including the normality test, linearity test, and continued with the hypothesis test using a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 25 analysis software. The results of the research and presentation of the analysis that has been carried out can be seen that there is an influence which is positive and significant in the use of the Project Based Learning model through making water filters on the creative thinking skills of class 5 students at MI NU Miftahul Falah Jati Kudus. The influence of the Project Based Learning model on students' creative thinking skills is proven by the regression equation Ý = 17.145 + 0.762X. The existence of this Project Based Learning model has a positive and significant relationship of 0.744 which is included in the strong category and can contribute to students in improving students' creative thinking skills by 55.3%, which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mencoba untuk mengetahui pengaruh model Project Based Learning melalui pembuatan wáter filter terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif. Hall ini karena pembelajaran di sekolah masih berfokus pada penerimaan pengetahuan, ingatan dan penalaran. Penelitian ini dilaksankan di MI NU Miftahul Falah Jati Kudus pada bulan Oktober 2023. Populasi yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V berjumlah 27. Adapaun metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan análisis data yang dipakai dalam pengolahan data ini menggunakan análisis prasayarat meliputi uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan dilanjut uji hipótesis dengan menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana dengan berbantuan software análisis SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian dan pemaparan analisis yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan dalam penggunaan model Project Based Learning melalui pembuatan water filter terhadap ketrampilan berpikir kreatif peserta didik kelas 5 MI NU Miftahul Falah Jati Kudus. This research to improve the results of learning mathematics by using Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model, this type of research is classroom action research with a qualitative approach through the stages of planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The subjects of this study were class II students at Kanisius Kadirojo Elementary School with a total of 19 students consisting of 12 boys and 7 girls. Data collection techniques used are observation, tests, and documentation. This research was designed with two cycles where each cycle consisted of two meetings. Based on the results of the research conducted, the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is proven to improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics. This can be seen from the increase in the percentage of students who passed in the first cycle of 42.1% and in cycle 2 of 89.5% or 17 students experienced an increase in learning outcomes from the total number of students in class II, namely 19 students. The application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is able to increase students' understanding of the material for standard units of time measurement. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL), jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitataif melalui tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi.. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas II SD Kanisius Kadirojo dengan jumlah siswa 19 anak yang terdiri dari 12 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan prosentase siswa yang tuntas pada siklus pertama 42,1 % dan pada siklus 2 sebanyak 89,5% yaitu 17 siswa mengalami peningkatan hasil belajar dari total jumlah siswa di kelas II yaitu 19 siswa. Penerapan model pembelajaran PBL ini mampu meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap materi satuan baku ukuran waktu.

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability to read words and sentences independently with the correct pronunciation through a problem-based learning strategy for first grade students at SDN 2 Margosari. This research is a classroom action research. This classroom action research was conducted at SDN 2 Margosari, in class I with a total of 19 students for the 2022/2023 school year. The method used is a problem based learning strategy. Based on the results of the formative test score data after the improvement in cycle 1, it can be said that there is an increase in learning outcomes. This is indicated by the increase in the results of the formative test, which was originally only 6 students (30%) completed to 15 students (75%). The results of the formative test score data after improvement (cycle II) can be said that there is an increase in learning outcomes. This is indicated by the increase in formative test results, which originally only 15 students (75%) completed to 20 students (100%). Based on observations in Cycle II, students were active in participating in learning and in carrying out the teacher's duties well. It turns out that using problem based learning strategies to improve student learning outcomes is in accordance with the expected plans. Strategi Guru Dalam Pembelajaran IPA Materi Wujud Benda Di Sekolah Dasar

Keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran ditentukan dari berbagai aspek, salah satunya yaitu strategi pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran. Sehingga penelitian ini berfokus pada analisis strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam pembelajaran IPA pada materi wujud benda di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di dua sekolah, yaitu di SDN Drangong 1 dan SDN Pasir Gadung dengan subjek penelitian kelas 4 di kedua SD tersebut. Jumlah populasi siswa kelas IV di SDN Drangong 1 yaitu sebanyak 29 siswa dan jumlah populasi siswa kelas IV di SDN Pasir Gadung yaitu sebanyak 25 siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru di kedua SD tersebut menggunakan strategi pembelajaran kooperatif dalam proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan. Strategi tersebut dinilai efektif dalam proses pembelajaran dalam membangkitkan rasa ingin tahu peserta didik dan menumbuhkan antusiasme peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Namun dalam implementasinya masih terdapat kekurangan seperti alokasi waktu yang kurang.

This research aims to find out whether there is an effect on the instilling of tawhid values on the maturity of children's attitudes in Salafi community of Pondok Aren South Tangerang, as well as analyze how much the effect is. This type of research was correlational by analyzing data in the form of descriptive statistics and simple regression. The population in this study was children aged 4 to 7 years and children aged 8 to 12 years in Salafi community in Pondok Aren South Tangerang. This study used purposive sampling as much as 20% of the total population of approximately 200 children. Meanwhile, the method of data collection used was with questionnaire. From the results of the calculation, the effect of instilling tawhid value got different (R square). Instilling the value of tawhid in children aged 4 to 7 years had an influence (R Square) of 0.588 or 58.8% towards the maturity of the children's attitude. Meanwhile, the instilling of tawhid value in children aged 8 to 12 years had an effect (R Square) of 0.654 or 65.4% on the maturity of the children's attitude. Meanwhile, the overall instilling of tawhid value in children had an influence (R Square) of 0.585 or 58.5% on the maturity of the children's attitude. The rest were other factors that were not studied by researcher.

The research is based on student responses to online learning by the teacher using the Microsoft Teams application. This type of research is qualitative case study. The research subjects were 2 students in grade III. Data collection by questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research on student responses in cognitive dimensions of understanding aspects: easy to understand the content of the material using the Microsoft Teams application, quickly understand the content of the material, easy to remember the material using the Microsoft Teams application through the file feature. Aspect of clarity: reading instructions for doing assignments clearly, prefers to work using the Assigment Feature. The affective dimension of the motivational aspect is always given a motivational sentence for doing assignments through the Microsoft Teams application by the teacher, doing assignments on their own and asking friends, doing quizzes on their own without asking their parents. Interesting aspect: interested in presenting material using the Microsoft Teams application, learning like face-to-face with classmates. Through the video conferencing feature. Curiosity aspect: asking the teacher using the Microsoft Teams application on a daily life event related to the subject matter. The conative dimension of the tendency aspect: tends to ask questions, pages, materials using the Microsoft Teams application, tends to ask questions via chat or video conferencing features.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitiaan deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kesalahan pola kalimat pada pembelajaran daring di SD Muhammadiyah Suronatan Yogyakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, merekam, dan menganalisis data.  Pengambilan data ini dilakukan dengan pembelajaran menggunakan Zoom. Hal ini disebabkan pengambilan data dilakukan pada saat pembelajaran daring. Teknik analisis penelitian ini disesuaikan dengan data yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini, hasil yang diperoleh adalah banyak terdapat kesalahan pola kalimat. Kesalahan pola kalimat yang paling banyak adalah pola P sebanyak 8, kedua pola S-K sebanyak 3, urutan ketiga pola K-S, P-S1-S2, P-K, dan S masing-masing sebanyak 2, urutan keempat pola P1-P2-S, P-kata tanya, Kata tanya-P, K-kata tanya-K, P-K-S, P-kata tanya-K, P1-S2-P1-S2, S1-S2-P-Pelengkap, S1-S2, S-P1-kata tanya-P2, S1-S2-K-P, S-K-P-Pelengkap, K, Kata tunjuk-S, Kata tanya-S, dan P-O-S masing-masing sebanyak 1. Kesalahan pola kalimat yang paling banyak adalah pola P sebanyak 8, kedua pola S-K sebanyak 3, urutan ketiga pola K-S, P-S1-S2, P-K, dan S masing-masing sebanyak 2, urutan keempat pola P1-P2-S, P-kata tanya, Kata tanya-P, K-kata tanya-K, P-K-S, P-kata tanya-K, P1-S2-P1-S2, S1-S2-P-Pelengkap, S1-S2, S-P1-kata tanya-P2, S1-S2-K-P, S-K-P-Pelengkap, K, Kata tunjuk-S, Kata tanya-S, dan P-O-S masing-masing sebanyak 1. The Effect of Principal's Leadership, Work Motivation, and School Culture on Teacher Performance at Muhammadiyah Elementry Schools in Gamping Subdistrict 甘平街道默罕默迪亚小学校长领导、工作动机和学校文化对教师绩效的影响

Teachers have a significant contribution to the learning success in schools. In creating conducive school, having good quality and generating graduates with integrity, good teachers’ performance is needed. Good teachers’ performance is affected by several factors including the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture. This study aims at analyzing whether there is a relationship between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture with teachers’ performance. This research was conducted on classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District with a population of 116. The sample used was the total population of 116. The independent variables in this study were the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture, while the dependent variable was teachers’ performance. The measurement of the variables was carried out by using a Likert scale. Data analysis was carried out by using multiple linear regressions with the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the simple regression test and multiple linear regressions, the test results show that there is a significant relationship between the independent variables, the principal's leadership, work motivation and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping District. The results of the coefficient of determination (R2) test show that teachers’ performance (Y) can be explained by the variables of the principal's leadership (X1), work motivation (X2), and school culture (X3) by 65%, while the remaining 35% is affected by other factors outside of this study. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's leadership, work motivation, and school culture on the performance of classroom teachers in Muhammadiyah Elementary Schools in Gamping Subdistrict.
教师对学校的学习成功起着重要的作用。要创造有利的学校,拥有良好的质量,培养诚信的毕业生,需要良好的教师表现。优秀教师的绩效受校长领导、工作动机和学校文化等因素的影响。本研究旨在分析校长领导、工作动机、学校文化与教师绩效之间是否存在关系。本研究以甘平区116人的Muhammadiyah小学的任课教师为研究对象。所使用的样本是116人的总人口。本研究以校长领导、工作动机、学校文化为自变量,以教师绩效为因变量。变量的测量采用李克特量表进行。采用SPSS 22软件对数据进行多元线性回归分析。通过简单回归检验和多元线性回归检验,检验结果表明,甘平区穆罕默迪亚小学的自变量、校长领导、工作动机和学校文化对任课教师的绩效存在显著的相关关系。决定系数(R2)检验的结果显示,教师绩效(Y) 65%可以被校长领导(X1)、工作动机(X2)和学校文化(X3)这三个变量解释,其余35%受本研究之外的其他因素影响。本研究的结论是:甘平街道默罕默迪亚小学校长领导、工作动机和学校文化对任课教师绩效有显著的正向影响。

Abstrak Pendidikan karakter dipercaya mampu menjadi penyelesaian berbagai masalah yang ada di masyarakat. Program Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) merupakan rumusan pendidikan karakter terkini di Indonesia di mana peserta didik diharapkan mampu mengembangkan enam profil pelajar Pancasila: (1) Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan YME, dan berakhlak mulia, (2) Berkebhinekaan global, (3) Bergotong royong, (4) Mandiri, (5) Bernalar kritis, dan (6) Kreatif. Metode pelaksanaan P5 adalah pembelajaran berbasis proyek (project-based learning) di mana siswa diharapkan bisa mendapatkan pengalaman belajar informal melalui struktur belajar yang fleksibel (dibanding pembelajaran formal di dalam kelas), pembelajaran yang interaktif, dan berinteraksi secara langsung dengan lingkungan di sekitarnya untuk memperoleh berbagai kompetensi yang diharapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kegiatan P5 yang diadakan mampu menampakkan atau menanamkan keenam profil pelajar Pancasila itu. Metode penelitian dan pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Peserta penelitian ini adalah kedua puluh dua siswa kelas dua SD Srepeng, Semanu, Gunung Kidul yang mengikuti program P5 pengurangan sampah plastik dengan cara mengolah sampah botol plastik menjadi tempat pensil sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama aktivitas para peserta menunjukkan keenam profil pelajar Pancasila yang diharapkan.   Kata Kunci: Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila, botol plastik, enam profil pelajar Pancasila
