With the continuous development and application of "Internet + education", the limitations of the traditional teaching model have been exposed. This paper constructs the intelligent learning teaching mode with the support of the intelligent learning theory and the intelligent learning environment, and applies it to the teaching practice of basic computer courses in universities. The teaching results show that this teaching mode can enhance students' active learning and innovative learning ability, and make students change from passive learning to active learning, eager learning, happy learning and wisdom learning, thus improving the teaching quality.

With the rapid development of information technology, youth information technology education has become the focus of attention around the world. This paper exemplifies the development of information technology education in primary and secondary schools in the United States, Japan, and the United Kingdom. It can be seen from this that, although there are differences in information technology education in various countries, the emphasis on youth information technology education is increasing. This paper mainly introduces the current situation and problems of information technology education in China and puts forward the important role of standards in solving these problems. The significance and value of programming ability for adolescents standard in this context. In this paper, taking the first part of visual programming standard as an example, the content of the standard and how to apply the standard to construct curriculum system, carry out teaching activities, write textbooks and conduct tests are described in detail, to promote the scientific and standardized development of youth information technology education.

The traditional talent training mode has been difficult to match the speed of strategic iteration of enterprises. In addition, there is low conversion rates of students' learning achievements and students' low scores of online programming. Enterprises are difficult to recruit qualified talents. To solve these problems, we realize the integration of industry and education software engineering teaching practice based on HUAWEI Cloud DevCloud. It can match the employment needs of enterprises and achieve a multi-win situation where students learn advanced technology, teachers master real-time progress, enterprises find the right talents.

With the rapid development of information technology, our country attaches great importance to the cultivation of the talents who can use information technology to solve problems and have a sense of social responsibility in the digital environment. The pre-service information technology teachers will play a crucial role in educational system in the future. Although the pre-service information technology teachers are familiar with the knowledge of computers, they possess insufficient ability to integrate information technology into teaching procedures. The ability of design and organization independent, cooperative and inquiry-based learning is poor. It is necessary to reform the traditional training method of the pre-service information technology teachers. This paper analyzes the current situation of the pre-service information technology teachers, proposes a method of teaching skill training for the pre-service information technology teachers by making micro lessons. We construct a support system for micro lesson production practice based on Xuexitong platform. Through micro lesson production practice, the pre-service information technology teachers can practice teaching skills in their fragment time and constantly reflecting on teaching.

Elective course selection at universities is a complex decision process which is subjective to each individual student’s personality and skill set. The aim of this research is to use machine learning techniques and expert knowledge to suggest optimal course selections by considering the student skills (profile of the student) and the profiles of the courses offered at the university. It takes into consideration the fact that if a student is performing well in a particular course, he/she can select another course of the same nature to improve the student’s results and give a solution to the daunting task of selecting elective courses. The K-Nearest Neighbour algorithm resulted in ten course clusters for the dataset and accordingly students were grouped using the highest average course cluster GPA. Application of the expert knowledge method resulted in course clusters which can be split into clusters as stipulated by the Faculty. The approach was validated for computer science courses offered at the Faculty of Science, University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, as a case study from 2005 to 2012.

We design methods as well as models to explore how the complex interactions among the soccer players on the field impact their success. The data used in this paper is provided by problem D in 2020 ICM, which made up a native soccer team named ’the Huskies’.We perform network analysis on the passing-ball network to identify dyadic and triadic configurations. We further determine that the best formation for the Huskies is the ‘4-3-3‘ formation and the most suitable lineup is D4, D5, D6, D9, M1, M3, M5, F2, F3, F6, which contains two dyadic configurations and one triadic configuration. We present a linear model containing 11 indicators extracted from the data and use it to measure the effectiveness of teamwork. To determine the coefficient of each indicator, we use multiple linear regression to fit the difference of scores of the two sides in each game. By comparing the fitted values with the real values and performing a sensitivity test, we verify the accuracy and stability of our model.By analyzing macro data and comparing the indicators of the winner and the loser of each game, we advise the Huskies’ coaches on psychological construction, coaching team and team structure, etc to improve the Huskies’ performance next season. Finally, we generalize our findings above and provided suggestions on designing effective teams, which are selecting the right members, creating smooth communication networks, etc. We also propose a few new aspects that are not included in my models but are of great importance in evaluating team performance.

Bearing fault diagnosis in multi-working conditions is one of the biggest challenges all the time. The paper proposed an attentional-based state decoupler of vibration transmission for rolling bearing fault diagnosis in multi-working conditions. The decoupler consists of three parts which are the vibration encoder, state-decoupling module and classification module. A vibration transmission graph of the smallest core-bearing rotating machinery model is embedded in the decoupling module. The decoupler is trained under one certain condition and tested under the others. The test results show that the proposed decoupler is capable of disentangling the vibration states and recognizing the bearing defects in condition of various loads and frequencies, with higher interpretability.

KNOMAD’s Thematic Working Group ‘’Integration Issues in Host Communities” (Chaired by Howard Duncan, Metropolis Project at Carleton University, Ottawa, and Co-Chaired by Gervais Appave, International Organization for Migration) has proposed a five-year long project to KNOMAD’s Secretariat to look at the means by which immigrant integration can and does enhance homeland development and to draw out of these explorations some ideas including best practices that governments and other agencies can consider. As part of this undertaking, an Experts Advisory Committee, composed of global experts in immigrant integration and in development, was formed to support the development of knowledge products and related activities over the proposed five-year period.

Data structure is an important professional basic course in computer science, an important basis for programming with instructions of both theory and practice. It enjoys a vital position in the computer professional course system. The course systematically discusses various commonly used data structures and their applications, as well as various methods of searching and sorting, developing students' data abstraction and programming capabilities, and laying a solid foundation for subsequent course learning and scientific research. The thesis focuses on the problems of data structure course content abstraction, many knowledge points, complex algorithms, difficult experimentation, and low classroom teaching efficiency. To improve the teaching effect of the course and enhancing students' practical innovation ability, we have introduced multi-integrated curriculum reform, including course content based on the Group Standard, curriculum formative evaluation based on the teaching process, program design competition-driven after class practice ability training, practical teaching and experimental assessment based on Online Judge, and the introduction of multiple teaching methods of classroom teaching.
