If we look at the most important application of iPhone, “SIRI” would be on top of it. Similarly for android phones “Google Voice Assistant” would not be far behind. For Amazon products “Alexa” is the same. All these applications have one thing in common. They are voice based assistants and help you based on your voice commands. Now with the speech to text technology advancement and improvements, and the devices processing powers improving, these voice based assistants have become a go to option for most of the mundane tasks. With this change in behavior of user, there has been a rise in voice based searches as well. People have now started using assistant for searching the internet. This has led to a change in the traditional way of searching by typing text in the browser in search engine. With this change there is an impact on the search results being delivered by the search engine. As the search engine processing changes, it impacts the way people get the content. This has its impact on the Digital Marketing techniques that has been employed by different websites to get traffic and or do their branding or promotions.

Crowd sourcing platforms are rapidly replacing the traditional knowledge management systems now-a-days. Computer savvy workforce has been practicing crowd sourcing for a considerable amount of time now and mostly those people who do or want to do double jobbing, are working with these crowd sourcing platforms. Crowd workers are mostly those people who perform skill based and short term assignments for various organisations. They mostly practice double or multiple jobbing at the same time. Double jobbing is being practised by the middle class working population since time immemorial and in a variety of occupations. This is also called moonlighting in the business language.

This study aims at examining the Entrepreneurial Success Perception (ESP) of Micro Small Medium Entrepresis (MSMEs) in Wetlands, and its role in the sustainability of MSME business based on fulfillment of lower level needs in Maslow's motivation theory. The study also seeks to understand the perceptions of MSME entrepreneurs about the success of their businesses in order to maintain them business. This study seeks to explore the phenomenon of continuing business although business indicators in general tend to be less explicit to observe. Data for this study was collected from 35 key informants whose willingness was based on snowball sampling and by observing as passive participants, semi-structured interviews, and with the help of open and closed question instruments. This research prioritized the emic perspective - with full attention to key informant perceptions. Miles and Huberman's phenomenological approach was used in this study. It was found that perceptions on entrepreneurial success for MSMEs in Wetlands affect persistence to maintain the continuity of MSME businesses in Handil Bhakti Barito Kuala region.

Change never changes. The history of English Language Teaching keeps changing its colour as it is built upon many positive and negative outcomes. The purpose of teaching English aims at making the learners use the language so the usage of the language by the learners has been being assessed and new methodologies have been introduced and implemented. Even though the CLT was considered a better approach during the 80s, the contemporary Linguist criticizes the outcome of the approach. Hence in this study, the author focuses on the different stages and factual errors in CLT that lead to the Context Approach. This article also argues the advantages of the Context Approach and concludes with the radical changes in the approach.

Spirituality owes its origin to the Latin words of “Spirare” and “Spiritus”, both referring to breathing which indicates living. Hence, spirit denotes some energy which forms the base for living. Recognising the importance of spirituality at workplace, this descriptive research has made an attempt to assess the level of spirituality among 120 employees of private concerns in Puducherry by administering a structured questionnaire through online. Results of the study reveals that employees of private firms in Puducherry have a slightly above average affiliation towards spirituality in their personal life while they have indicated the use of spirituality in their professional life to an average extent. There are not much difference in the number of employees practicing rationalism or spirituality. The employees surveyed have reasonably good level of satisfaction with their life and in getting what they have aspired for but they have average level of satisfaction towards their life adhering to their ideals. The study has also revealed that spirituality exerts a significant positive impact on life satisfaction suggesting the importance of spirituality among employees to accomplish better life satisfaction.

The study dealt with tax evasion in the medical profession, where the problem was the existence of many cases of tax evasion, especially tax evasion in the income tax of medical professions. The aim of the study is to try to shed light on the phenomenon of tax evasion and the role of the tax authority in the development of controls and means that reduce the phenomenon of tax evasion. The most important results of the low level of tax awareness and lack of knowledge of the tax law and the unwillingness to read it and the sense of taxpayers unfairness of the tax all lead to an increase in cases of tax evasion and in suggested tightening control and follow-up on the offices of auditors, through the investigation and auditing The reports of certified accountants and the use of computers for this purpose in order to raise the degree of confidence in these reports and bring them closer to the required truth and coordination and cooperation with the Union of Accountants and Auditors and inform them about each case of violations of the auditors and accountants N because of its great influence in the rejection of the organization of the accounts and not to ratify fake accounts lead to show taxpayers accounts on a non-truth in order to tax evasion.

In this paper, a new approach for energy minimization in energy harvesting real time systems has been investigated. Lifetime of a real time systems is depend upon its battery life. Energy is a parameter by which the lifetime of system can be enhanced. To work continuously and successively, energy harvesting is used as a regular source of energy. EDF (Earliest Deadline First) is a traditional real time tasks scheduling algorithm and DVS (Dynamic Voltage Scaling) is used for reducing energy consumption. In this paper, we propose an Energy Harvesting Earliest Deadline First (EH-EDF) scheduling algorithm for increasing lifetime of real time systems using DVS for reducing energy consumption and EDF for tasks scheduling with energy harvesting as regular energy supply. Our experimental results show that the proposed approach perform better to reduce energy consumption and increases the system lifetime as compared with existing approaches.

This paper makes an attempt to evaluate the effectiveness of microfinance on empowerment of women. A cross-sectional research on 115 women in the State of Tamil Nadu, India through a structured questionnaire was conducted. Population of study is women who are associated with Self Help Groups (SHG’s). These women are married and have at least one child. Exploratory factor analysis is used to study the indicators of women empowerment. Results reveal that indicators of women empowerment are household economic decision making, legal awareness, mobility, economic security and family decision making. Five hypotheses are developed to evaluate the effectiveness of microfinance on empowerment of women for mentioned five indicators. Paired samples t test is used to know the difference in women’s perception before joining microfinance program and after joining microfinance program. The findings of this study reveal that microfinance is a powerful tool in enhancing women empowerment for its all indicators like household economic decision making, legal awareness, mobility, economic security and family decision making.

Agricultural regulated markets are immensely important for economic growth of a state and as well as for a country. In many India states, Government has taken several steps to streamline the regulated market system; however, improper functioning of most of the regulated markets and other handicaps has not changed the conditions noticeably. Yet, a major part of rural markets are working outside the frame of regulated market. As a matter of fact, many Indian states are mostly dominated by private traders causing a hassle in the overall development of the regulated markets. To improve the prevailing conditions of these markets, a study on market regulation becomes very essential. The paper overviewed the present status, growth and development, overall performances, problems and prospects of the regulated markets of Tripura. It provides few guidelines for the primary producers to get the best possible returns from the agricultural regulated markets. An outline of their (regulated markets) future role in 21st Century has also discussed in this paper.

This research aims to assess the service quality of industrial parks (IP) in the view of FDI (foreign direct investment) firms in Vietnam. Data was collected from 270 FDI firms in Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Parks (VSIP) in Vietnam. The proposed research model was based on researches on service quality. Cronbach's Alpha Average Variance Extracted (Pvc),rho (ρA), and Composite Reliability (Pc) tested the reliability and validity of the scale. The analysis results showed that four factors were affecting the servicequality of industrial park in Vietnam being tangibleof VSIP, reliability of VSIP, the empathyof FDI investors, and their assurance. The responsivenessof VSIP did not affect the servicequality of the industrial park. Contents of the article focus on two main issues: the analysis framework of the quantitative model and implicating results todevelop the industrial park services. The limitation of the research was only in VSIP in Vietnam.
