There has been a gap between the manpower requirement and the supply of the same from the hospitality institutions and it is forecasted to become wider. This paper is an attempt to understand the reasons that affect the career choice and intention of Indian undergraduate hospitality students with regard to internship experiences and self efficacy. The main objective of this paper is to identify the variables and find the effect of the variables on the career intentions of the students. It will also examine the mediating effect of the variables on each other and with regard to their career intention through systemic review.

According to this Act, MSME stands for Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises.Development Corporation Limited are non-financial institutions to support small industries in addition to ensuring financial support through various financial institutions. Government of India is ensuring adequate credit flow support to small industries. However, there are some limitations, restrictions in getting adequate finance to the small industries. Various socio economic factors play a major role in smooth flow of credit to the small industries. This article analyses the socio economic factors in credit out flow to small industries in Chennai.

The study evaluates the relationship between Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness through a Systematic Review of Literature. The relationship has been evaluated in two steps. First, a Systematic review of literature was done to provide a theoretical framework to link the dimensions of Emotional Intelligence to the elements of effective leadership. Meta-analysis was then used to consolidate empirical evidence of the relationship. The studies for the meta-analysis were sourced from Pro Quest and EBSCO and the correlation coefficients of the studies were analysed. Only articles that presented the direct relationship between the variables were included in the study. The results of the analysis revealed a strong, statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and effective leadership. The findings of the study provide evidence for the proposition that Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Effectiveness are interrelated.

The sub-urban market is one of the best opportunities that FMCG companies trying to cash now a days and the companies tries to put their effort to get the best results from these companies. For any of the common family in these areas a major portion of the monthly budget of each household is reserved for FMCG products. The amount of these products distributed in the market against FMCG products is very high, as the compared with the number of products the customers consumes. The condition of competition in FMCG sector is extremely high resulting in extreme pressure on margins of profit. In this paper my efforts are to understand the buying behavior of the consumers towards FMCG products as there was a time when the FMCG companies ignores the consumers, they just want to produce and sell the product as and where basis they have no interest to produce or sell products on consumer basis or their interests. As per studies it seems that it is the initial stage for the Indian FMCG sector and as per as the time had passed, the strategy and marketing style of FMCG companies had been changed. This study was aimed at determining the impact of employee engagement on Organization Performance at work among employees of selected manufacturing units of Hyderabad. Employee engagement is about building a commitment among workforce. People are the most important and valuable asset of every organization. Organization should prefer to maximize involvement through maximizing their human relations. Research variables analyzed under study are Employee Engagement Factors, Satisfaction Levels and Culture diversity and organization performance at work as a dependent variable. To collect required data, structured and reliable questionnaires were used which had been used in the previous studies. Then, questionnaires were implemented by Pilot-Study method and correlation coefficient obtained. The study focused on employee dimension which strengthens the concept of employee engagement in service industry. This paper is trying to throw the light of the various determinants focus on employee engagement in manufacturing sector with special reference to Hyderabad, Telangana. By utilization of simple percentage, weighted average and ANOVA statistical techniques using SPSS software have been used for data analysis. The results of hypotheses tests which calculated in confidence level 95% indicated that all research hypotheses were confirmed.
