A professional coach is the person who enables the service recipient to set their goals and take action, and carries out supportive activities in this context. Since the 1950s, studies on professional coaching have been carried out all over the world, and the ethical codes of the profession have been determined. In this profession, which is carried out in a one-to-one reciprocal relationship with people, it is important to know the ethical rules specific to the profession and to be aware of this responsibility. However, there are various ethical problems related to the profession. The aim of this study is to determine the ethical problems encountered in the profession and to develop solutions for these problems. In this context, two different focus group studies were conducted. The first group is the representatives of international coaching organizations ICF (International Coaching Federation), AC (Association for Coaching) and EMCC (European Mentoring & Coaching Council) that have representation office in Türkiye. Second group the members of Specialized Coaches Association (UKD) which is the only national association in the field of coaching in Türkiye. The interviews were evaluated by content analysis method. As a result, it has been determined that issues such as people who do not have any coaching training or certificate present themselves as coaches in the sector, and that the service recipients do not question the competencies of the coaches, cause ethical problems, and solutions developed in this context have been presented.

The agricultural sector is the main economic activity for countries that meet the nutritional needs of people for their survival, are of vital importance and cannot be replaced by any other source. Issues such as meeting the food needs of the increasing population, protecting natural resources and ensuring food safety increase the importance of the agricultural sector. Agriculture is the main resource of a country. Compared to other sectors, it is the first sector that should be supported in the development process, both in terms of meeting food needs appropriately and as a source of income. In this study, information is given about the historical development of agriculture in the world and in Turkey, the share of agriculture in GDP, its contribution to the economy and finally the taxes applied in agriculture, and information is given about the tax exemptions provided by the state and encouraging the agricultural sector. Within the scope of this information, an evaluation has been made about the taxes that the state will apply to the agricultural sector.

The COVID-19 outbreak, which began to spread in 2020, significantly hurt the global economy and raised attention to the implications of new health problems on business operations. Since the pandemic's beginning, several studies have been conducted to determine the impact of this calamity on various areas of human existence. This article, which is a component of the project, attempts to give rough orders of magnitude of the impact of the pandemic on the performance of the transport and logistics industry by using Amazon as an example of a worldwide e-commerce firm. The COVID-19 pandemic's effects on the global logistics and transportation sectors were additionally highlighted by this study. The implications of the global border closure brought on by the health crisis at the beginning of 2020 must thus be examined in this contribution. We are interested in learning more about how the coronavirus affects transportation, supply networks, and these services. Additionally, how did this pandemic affect the global economic downturn?

The rapid change in the current century creates an intense competitive environment, which necessitates businesses to offer different goods and services to their customers in order to survive. While some industries easily adapt to change, it is very difficult to catch up with change and innovation, especially in restaurant businesses that meet similar needs and produce similar products with their raw materials and services. In the literature rewived on the subject, it is seen that innovation researches on food and beverage businesses generally focus on restaurants that are located in cities and serve for twelve months. There are no studies on seasonal fish restaurants in the summer areas. For this reason, the study is important. For this reason, the study was carried out in order to reveal the current situation of local fish restaurants operating seasonally in the summer resorts regarding innovation practices and to make suggestions to restaurant managers about innovative practices based on the results obtained. The study is carried out on seasonal local fish restaurants in Silifke and Erdemli, which are developing small summer tourism destinations in Mersin Province on the Eastern Mediterranean coast. In the study, the data were obtained by survey technique, which is one of the quantitative research methods. The obtained data were evaluated by percentage frequency analysis, interpreted with the help of tables and the results were reached. As a result of the research, businesses do not work with professional managers, they are mostly young, high school graduates and have not received tourism education. It has been concluded that business owners undertake managerial duties and business managers work with fewer and unqualified personnel compared to their capacities in their businesses. In addition, the study showed that managers made more innovations in areas such as sinks, food and beverage, order delivery time, billing time, service time, lighting, service and security, use of liquid gas, environmental awareness, communication systems, personnel training, career opportunities for personnel, uniforms. It is concluded that they do not invest sufficiently in internet use and technological innovations, and they do not have quality documents such as HACCP 22000 and ISO 9000.

This essay aims to bring the artistic scale of kitsch3 that expands from the common to the interdisciplinary, even to hyper-realism, up for discussion by analyzing the kitsch phenomenon, which may be positioned as the aesthetic equivalent of the productions of the continuous culture in the postmodern environment. Yet today’s art, which is confronted with a kind of zeitgeist that has spread to all styles from easily consumable to elitist art, is under the influence of a perception management that dominates almost all daily reality with the guise of cultural management. The aesthetics defined by Baumgarten in 18th century. After that it reshapes according to spirit of time, as late-capitalist order, which exhausted modernism and connected the world, took for granted intricate identity that contains both deep-rooted tradition and contemporary. Kitsch, which classified as banal by Greenberg in 1960s, was tried to be excluded from field of art through Baudrillard's rating of bad, worse, kitsch in 1980s, but the style that Nerdrum glorified with definition of new old masters shifted the discussion from matter of taste to intellectual concern’s field, thus question of quality has become invisible. Kitsch, which has been released in increasingly hybridizing Contemporary Art environment, has spread to many cultural and artistic fields, and today it has almost turned into an aesthetic category.

The rapid expansion of industrialization and urbanization is mainly due to the concentration of anthropogenic activities in urban areas. Unplanned and rapid urbanization in cities located in developing countries has caused some environmental problems such as increasing energy consumption, changes in the local climate and a higher amount of air pollution. The climate system is effective in many areas, from the local scale to the global scale, and from the formation of the Earth to human activities. Climate changes has occurred in the time that has passed since the first formation of the Earth until today. In addition to the natural climate changes of the Earth, anthropogenic effects on the climate system have been observed with the industrialization in the 19th century. Various statistical approaches have been developed to determine the size and the direction of these respective changes. Global temperature changes adopted by many disciplines, institutions and organizations have increased their impact and caused environmental problems today. As in many regions of the world, Turkey is among the countries that have the potential to discern short or long term climate changes depending on time. In particular, the Southeastern Anatolia Region, which contains the study area, is among the sensitive areas in terms of climate changes due to its location. A large number of statistical methods have been developed to reveal the amount and direction of climate changes. In this study, the trend of changes in temperature parameters in the Middle Fırat Region between 1970 and 2014 was examined. In this respect, the trend in annual and seasonal minimum maximum temperatures was determined by using Mann-Kendall and Linear Trend Analysis techniques. According to the results of the analysis, it was observed that there was a statistically significant increase in the annual maximum and minimum temperatures of the Middle Fırat Section. Depending upon the increase in temperatures, there may be an increase in pressures on agricultural irrigation and water resources in the future. This case may lead to a more critical state of the region's economy, which is based on agriculture.

Individuals who do not have balanced nutrition during childhood encounter the problem of obesity. The most important environmental risk factors in the emergence of obesity are: changing dietary habits, increased screen time spent with technological devices such as computers, tablets, phones, and televisions, adopting a sedentary lifestyle as a result, and a decrease in physical activity. In addition, factors such as increased academic stress on children, socio-economic level, and residing in major cities are also risk factors. In line with this information, the purpose of our research is to examine the relationship between parents' family nutrition and physical activity attitudes and the eating behaviors of high school students. First, the universe was determined in our study, followed by the use of the general survey model from quantitative research methods. Parents of 375 high school students studying in the 2022-2023 academic year participated in the research. The relationships between the variables in our research were analyzed statistically. The "Family Nutrition and Physical Activity Screening Scale" (Özdemir, 2020) was used to collect data. Our application form consists of two sections. The first section contains the demographic information form containing the data to be collected from the participants. The second section contains the scale form to be used in the research. The scale consists of five sub-dimensions: physical activity, parental behaviors, unhealthy eating habits, healthy food intake, and sedentary behaviors, restriction/reward sub-dimensions. SPSS 21 (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) was used in the study. First, the analysis of descriptive statistical data of the participant group was performed. Then, the internal consistency coefficient was calculated. After that, t-tests and ANOVA tests were conducted to analyze the differentiation of scale results. Under the Post-Hoc heading, the Tukey test was performed for scale scores showing homogeneous distribution, and the direction of differentiation was determined. In the research, when the average values of the groups were examined, it was observed that the family nutrition and physical activity attitudes of males were higher than those of females. There was no significant differentiation for variables such as age, class, monthly income status, school type, success status, and parental education status. When the variable data on breakfast habits were examined, it was found that the participants who answered "I have breakfast at home" significantly differed from those who answered "I have breakfast at school" and "I do not have breakfast."

From past to present, women have made it their pleasure to prepare dowry for their daughters by spinning the yarn and coloring it with their own means. These knitted aprons, which are eye-catching and handcrafted in every way, are the best examples of Turkish handicrafts. The subject of this study is to introduce the crocheted knitted henna aprons, which have a traditional identity in the center of Karaman, especially for the dowry of young girls and which are carefully prepared so that the bride's clothes are not contaminated and the burnt henna stains are not on her clothes, to introduce the crocheted henna aprons that are kept in their dowry, to reveal their ornamental features and to determine the design elements. In this context, crocheted henna aprons were examined in terms of design, information was obtained about the motifs, techniques, colors and materials used by interviewing people living in the region, and the local names that people gave to these aprons were researched. The local style was used in the motif naming of the crocheted apron samples examined. The people living in the Karaman region are the people who live very closely to each other and at the same time are closely connected to their customs and traditions. In the past, the aprons that were knitted to prevent the new bride's clothes from getting dirty at the henna night and kept in her chest after using it that night and tied in front of special guests when they would arrive, are unfortunately no longer knitted either because there are chest stains on the chests or because they are refused to be used by young girls. As a result, it shows how important it is to determine the traditional henna aprons left in a few households in the Karaman region before they disappear completely, to bring them into the literature and to contribute to today's designs.

The combination of businesses in the globalizing economy and different countries has led to different accounting practices. Businesses have thus been forced to maintain different financial statements and accounting records for each foreign market in which they operate. With the development of international trade, a common financial report for businesses operating in foreign markets has been evaluated and interpreted. It is to eliminate the differences in accounting of the businesses operating in the international markets and to ensure that a common accounting system is used. In this case, international accounting standards were published. To ensure compliance with standards, International Accounting Standards (UMS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (UFRS) have been translated into Turkish for better understanding and interpretation. Turkish Accounting Standards (TMS) and Turkish Financial Reporting Standards (TFRS) were created and published in the Official Gazette in 2005. Financial reporting standards require that the financial status table, comprehensive revenue table and equity exchange sheet and cash flow table be reported and presented together. Considerations for the preparation of the cash flow table are regulated by the "TMS 7: Cash Flow Tables" standard as a separate standard. TMS 7 was released for the purposes of performing the account period, which started after 31.12.2005. The cash flow table shows the increase and decrease in cash flows arising from business activity transactions and business activities. The purpose of the cash flow table is to explain the variation between an asset item that is equal to cash and cash. The cash flow table traces the collections, payments, and uses for the payments that the business has made. This study outlines descriptions and concepts regarding the aspects, methods and cash flow statement that should be considered when preparing the cash flow table.
