Despite the National Policy for Solid Waste (PNRS) in 2010, nothing has changed to the waste disposal in Brazil. Planned to reach 100% of all Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) collected and treated in landfills by Aug. 2 nd, 2014, until nowadays, 42% of this total remains in dumps. Even the most important national economic region treating its urban waste in landfills, what it has is no more than 4% of recycling and its landfills reaching the exhaustion.

The National Solid Waste Policy (PNRS) by the Law 12,305 of Aug. 2nd in 2010, is the Brazilian initiative to manage the Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) generated in the national territory. The Metropolitan Region of São Paulo (MRSP) is the largest Brazilian economic macro-region which generates 10% of all MSW in the country which is practically 100% treated in landfills, as suggested by the PNRS. However, its landfills are close to the exhaustion and build new ones collide with the lack of land availability in the region surrounded by water reservoirs. Areas far from the waste generation do not seem to be an economical alternative, due to high freight fee and requirements for environmental licensing.

The design depicted shows the preventive measure that can be taken during the COVID-19 pandemic in the whole world. Sanitizers have become the most significant commodities right now. By the new rules and regulations given by WHO vigorous sanitization is needed to survive. The design gave the solution for the problem stated. The design introduces an automatic hand sanitizer and temperature sensing system, to keep the hand sanitized whenever a person wants to do it, without a contact with the sanitizing machine. The temperature sensor on touching gives the body temperature of the person.

Therapeutic communication is one of the important keys in providing patient services in hospitals. Nurses who have communication skills, not only will easily establish a relationship of trust with patients, also prevent illegal problems, and increase satisfaction in the hospital. This study aims to analyze the effect of nurses' therapeutic communication with patient satisfaction in the inpatient installation at Massenrempulu District Hospital Enrekang. The method used is this research is an observational analytic with cross sectional study design. The population in this study were patients in the inpatient hospital of Massenrempulu District Hospital. The research sample of 75 people. The technique of determining the sample is to use the accidental sampling method. Analysis of the data used is chi square and multiple logistic regression. The results showed that the majority of respondents aged 40-49 years (25.3%), were female (61.3%), had elementary / equivalent education (30.7%) and worked as farmers (36.0%). The analysis showed that there was a statistically significant relationship between the variable respect (0.002), positive attitude (0.019) and not a meaningful relationship opening up (0.239) with patient satisfaction. The results of multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression tests showed that the positive attitude of Exp (B) or Odds Ratio was 0.595. The most dominant variable influences patient satisfaction in the inpatient installation of Massenrempulu District Hospital, Enrekang Regency.
