The Development of Instructional Leadership Indicators of Private School Principal of Laos 老挝私立学校校长教学领导指标的发展

The objectives of this study were: 1) to develop instructional leadership indicators, 2) to examine the goodness of fit for the structural model of instructional leadership indicators with the empirical data, and 3) to propose guidelines for the instructional leadership indicators, as developed with the empirical data. There were 728 samples. Data were collected using a rating-scale questionnaire. The statistics included mean, standard deviation, Chi-square, GFI. And AGFI.
本研究的目的是:(1)开发教学领导指标;(2)利用实证数据检验教学领导指标结构模型的拟合优度;(3)根据实证数据提出教学领导指标的编制准则。共有728个样本。数据收集采用评定量表问卷。统计量包括均值、标准差、卡方、GFI。和AGFI。

Mixed Vehicular Traffic Flow Model on an Inclined Multilane Road 倾斜多车道道路混合车辆交通流模型

This study outlines the Kerner’s 3 phase traffic flow theory, which states that traffic flow occurs in three phases and these are free flow, synchronized flow and wide moving jam phase. A macroscopic traffic model that is factoring road inclination is developed and its features discussed. By construction of the solution to the Rienmann problem, the model is written in conservative form and solved numerically. Using the Lax-Friedrichs method and going ahead to simulate traffic flow on an inclined multi lane road. The dynamics of traffic flow involving cars(fast moving) and trucks(slow moving) on a multi-lane inclined road is studied. Generally, trucks move slower than cars and their speed is significantly reduced when they are moving uphill on an in- clined road, which leads to emergence of a moving bottleneck. If the inclined road is multi-lane then the cars will tend to change lanes with the aim of overtaking the slow moving bottleneck to achieve free flow. The moving bottleneck and lanechange ma- noeuvres affect the dynamics of flow of traffic on the multi-lane road, leading to traffic phase transitions between free flow (F) and synchronised flow(S). Therefore, in order to adequately describe this kind of traffic flow, a model should incorporate the effect of road inclination. This study proposes to account for the road inclination through the fundamental diagram, which relates traffic flow rate to traffic density and ultimately through the anticipation term in the velocity dynamics equation of macroscopic traffic flow model. The features of this model shows how the moving bottleneck and an incline multilane road affects traffic transistions from Free flow(F) to Synchronised flow(S). For a better traffic management and control, proper understanding of traffic congestion is needed. This will help road designers and traffic engineers to verify whether traffic properties and characteristics such as speed(velocity), density and flow among others determines the effectiveness of traffic flow.

Healthcare system in this contemporary time is moving towards digitalization with respect to management of patients’ health information, this is however pertinent to achieve improved healthcare quality, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in hospital settings. The process therefore requires migrating from paper records to Electronic Health Records (EHRs) particularly in Africa where it has been a lingering challenge. However, adopting technology in the management of patient records will provide more accurate and details patient’s profile. This study therefore investigated perceptions of health Information Management Professionals on the importance of computer system in health information management in Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital ,Ile-Ife, Osun- State, Nigeria. A descriptive survey design was adopted and thirty (30) Health Information Management Professionals were randomly selected from Obafemi Awolowo Teaching Hospital.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.

Text-Based Intent Analysis using Deep Learning 基于文本的深度学习意图分析

Intent classification focuses on analyzing input to gauge the users’ needs and opinions. With this proposed system, we utilise a neural network classifier that analyzes text strings that are fed to it as input. Based on the analyzed intent, the system responds to the user by acting upon the commands issued to it. The areas covered by the system include weather, ratings, and booking restaurants. Firstly the intent of the text will be analysed and then it will be classified based on the topic it belongs to. Due to expressiveness of intent by users intent , for instance ”need a rental space”, ”places to visit in chennai” intent analysis plays a major role in ecommerce, real estate and online marketing industry. We aim to maximize the accuracy and minimize the errors and the time complextity of the proposed system

Analysis of Blast Fragmentation Using WipFrag wpfrag爆破破片分析

Fragmentation is the process of breaking of solid in-situ rock mass into several smaller pieces which are being excavated or moved by material handling equipment. It is the major concern of any blasting operation. Information on the degree and size distribution of fragments within a blasted rock mass is essential for efficient loading, transport, crushing and milling operations. An automated image based granulometry system WipFrag is used to analyze the digital image of rock photographs to determine grain size distribution. The method was tested in Dongri Buzurg open-pit manganese mine of Maharashtra (India). WipFrag software was found to be useful for fragmentation analysis of blast fragment sizes in very short interval of time

Isolation, Purification, and Characterization of Serratiopeptidase Enzyme from Serratia marcescens 粘质沙雷菌中沙雷肽酶的分离、纯化和特性研究

Serratiopeptidase is a proteolytic enzyme that is derived from a member of Enterobacteriaceae. Serratia marcescens is a gram-negative bacteria identified characteristically, which produces a red pigment called prodigiosin. Serratiopeptidase is a multifunctional proteolytic enzyme that dissolves non-living tissues such as fibrin, blood clots, inflammation in all forms without harming living tissues. In this study, the organism was isolated from the diseased silkworm's pupa by using Luria- Bertani (LB) agar media. The enzyme production can be enhanced by applying different physical and chemical parameters. Serratia marcescens was subjected to production such that in order to obtain the maximum level of cell-free supernatant Serratiopeptidase enzyme with all the optimized conditions. The enzyme was subjected to purification by four methods such as salt precipitation, dialysis, ion-exchange chromatography and gel filtration. When subjected to enzyme kinetics, Serratiopeptidase was active at temperature 350C, pH-9 with 8 minutes of the incubation period. The molecular weight of serratiopep

An Uplifted over Logistics Costs Efficiency by the Hub and Spoke System at Cikarang Dry Port 中心轮辐系统对芝卡朗陆港物流成本效率的提升

This research aimed to discovered and analyzed those efficiency of logistics costs by hub and spoke system at Cikarang dry port that provides ports which included logistics services with logistics companies and supply chains so it would contributes to reducing logistics costs and dwelling time at Tanjung Priok Port. This research uses Factor Analysis and AHP (Analitycal Hierarchy Process) method as a method to find out all factors which influence most towards logistics performance and how to reduce those logistics costs at Cikarang Dry Port. Factor Analysis result starting from 14 elements into 8 elements which divided into 3 factors such as transportation, administration and inventory costs. The weight of loading and unloading costs is 0.24709, the weight of container costs is 0.20384 and the weighting of stacking fees is 0.14429. So AHP results was obtained from factors and elements of logistics costs Cikarang Dry Port which has most influence are F1 (loading and unloading costs), F6 (custom service fees), F8 (forwarding service costs), F2 (goods inspection service costs), F4 (stacking fees) , F12 (service quality that needs to be improved), F3 (container tariffs), F5 (loading and unloading labor rates).

Semiotic Analysis of Video COVID-19 by World Health Organization 世界卫生组织COVID-19视频符号学分析

Purpose: This research discusses the semiotic social analysis in a video titled "COVID-19" released by the World Health Organization. COVID-19 is a virus that has become a global pandemic. Very rapid spread makes the WHO issued recommendations to minimize outside activities in the form of social campaigns against the community. World Health Organization released a video titled "COVID-19" on the official youtube channel. The research approach: using a semiotic analysis method with the constructivist paradigm. Semiotic is a sign of science that has consisted of two elements, Signifier and Signified. In a social campaign video, it has a distinct meaning of communication. In this study, semiotics will explain the meaning of visual communication in videos released by the World Health Organization. The results of the study: indicate that semiotic analysis can reveal the signification meaning of the sign in the video campaign. World Health Organization can emphasize the word StayIn and convince people to continue to do social distancing. The World Health Organization explains that by doing five acts, everyone can be heroic against the pandemic. The five acts can be done by hiding in-home, laying down, playing games, staring on anythings. Simple acts can bring a significant impact to all.

Characteristics of Dried Grapes by Different Drying Methods 不同干燥方法对葡萄干燥特性的影响

Grape is one of the most important fruit crop in the world due to its nutritional and therapeutic value. Grapes are good source of dietary sugars, organic acids and some vitamins. The seedless raisins are called as Kishmish. Raisin not only provides sweetness but also is excellent source of dietary fibres, some amount of minerals and vitamins. The study on making grape raisins was carried by. Open drying (Sun drying) is widely used due to its low initial and running costs but depend mainly on weather conditions, which can induce microbial and insect contamination and hence, lower their quality. Drying rate and drying time was faster in tray drying compare to others three drying methods but the disadvantage of tray drying was it is batch process and cannot be used for mass production and the consumption of power is more. The quality of raisins from sensory evaluation were highly accepted in controlled shade drying where temperature and humidity is maintain as per the requirement and least accepted in open drying. Controlled shade drying is better drying method compare to other methods as it is a continuous process and less chances of contamination and high quality of product is obtained. The mean score for colour/appearance, texture, taste, flavour and acceptability of the raisins prepared by different drying methods ranged from 6.1 to 8.4, 6.3 to 8.1, 6.2 to 8.3, 6.3 to 8.0 and 6.2 to 8.3 respectively.
