Influența restricțiilor hidrice asupra fungului Fusarium Solani Var. Coeruleum

The article presents data on the influence of water restrictions on the fungi Fusarium solani var. coeruleum. The considerable decrease of the share of the strain factor from 68.88% to 16.97% for F. solani, denotes the high survival capacity of the fungus in conditions of osmotic restrictions produced by the osmotic substance PEG, thus confirming the data from the literature. The spread of the mycelium in the form of plaque or film, the intensity of pigmentation, the presence of aerial mycelium show changes in the adaptation of the fungus to osmotic conditions, which have significantly affected the growth of F. solani.
本文介绍了限水对茄蓝镰刀菌的影响。真菌的菌株因子比例从68.88%下降到16.97%,说明真菌在渗透物质PEG产生的渗透限制条件下具有较高的生存能力,从而证实了文献中的数据。菌丝体以菌斑或膜的形式扩散、色素沉着的强度、气生菌丝体的存在等都显示出真菌对渗透条件的适应变化,这些变化对茄灰霉病菌的生长有显著影响。

Agricultura Republicii Moldova: probleme economice și perspective

The agricultural sector holds a significant position in the economy of the Republic of Moldova, which requires permanent studies of the problems created and finding solutions to solve them. A common problem in the agricultural sector is the risks caused by weather variations, pest attack, irregular rainfall affecting agricultural products. Thus, it is important to promote the option of covering possible losses by insuring risks in agriculture. Agricultural insurance is a way to encourage farmers to get good results and to promote their well-being. For many countries with a stable market economy, fiscal measures targeting agriculture remain largely unchanged, and for the Republic of Moldova, which is in the process of transitioning to a market economy, fiscal reforms continue.

The variability of traits is the height of the plant and the average length of the internode to a greater extent influenced by the genotype. The good heritability of these traits is evidenced by the high heritability rates for these traits. The variability of the attachment height of the lower pod is more influenced by the conditions of the year, the heritability coefficient is lower than that of the previous traits. Genetic progress is the highest (40.33%) among the studied traits in the trait with an average internode length, which indicates that selection for this trait may be the most successful.

The pathogenicity reactions described in the sensitive genotypes of tomatoes and barley include specifically changes in the processes of meiotic division, with repercussions in the offspring of infected plants. The percentage of aberrant pollen mother cells (PMCs) in the offspring is at the level of control plants, while the percentage of aberrations per PMC and the frequency of meiotic conjugation are significantly higher. The consequences in meiotic division in virus free progenies reflect the destabilizing transgenerational effect of viral infection on microsporogenesis processes.

Hormesis, screening and practical use of biostimulators in agriculture 生物刺激剂的激效、筛选及在农业中的实际应用

The term hormesis describes the biphasic response of any biological system to increasing the dose of the stress factor of a different nature, characterized in that low doses have stimulating, beneficial effects. In contrast, high doses cause harmful, inhibitory effects. The hormonal response is practically universal, being stimulated by the action of toxic substances, heavy metal ions, hormones, including physical factors. The standard type of response to different factors suggests installing these evolving mechanisms, so they are of particular interest in elucidating plant adaptation mechanisms to various stressors, including developing screening methods and practical use of biostimulators. The practical use of hormesis principles was the theoretical basis for elaboration and rational use of the biostimulator Reglalg in agriculture.

Self-contained bioreactor usage for small-scale microbial pesticides production 自给式生物反应器在小型微生物农药生产中的应用

Present work reports bioreactor AF-0.170 test results. This novel bioreactor was designed in ETI “Biotechnica” of NAAS for small-scale microbial pesticides production on the base of biolaboratories and biofactories. Cell concentration in culture liquids of microbial preparations based on Beauveria Bassiana and Pseudomonas fluorescens obtained in tests had an order of 109 CFU∙ml–1and contamination level was not exceed 0.3%. Results analyses demonstrated 2.4 times increasing of preparation yield per cycle combined with moderate decreasing of cell density in culture liquid for submerged fermentation in bioreactor versus shaker technology. Advantages of self contained bioreactor usage for small-scale scale microbial pesticides production at Ukrainian and Moldovan biofactories are shown.

Effect of Microbacterium Barkeri on the release of water-soluble forms of phosphorus in compost based on sewerage sediment 巴氏微杆菌对污水沉积物堆肥中水溶性磷释放的影响

In the conditions of laboratory model experiment on composting of sewage sludge the influence of active phosphate-mobilizing bacteria on the release of water-soluble forms of phosphorus was studied. The experimental scheme included known active phosphate-mobilizing bacteria isolated from various ecological niches. The following components were used for composting: sewage sludge (SS), winter wheat straw and a suspension of phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms isolated from SSs of municipal treatment plants. The largest increase in water-soluble forms of phosphorus at the final stage of composting due to the introduction of Microbacterium barkeri. The greatest growth of water-soluble forms of phosphorus at the final stage of composting is provided by the introduction of Microbacterium barkeri LP-1, which can be explained by the greater adaptation of this strain to the substrate used in the experiments.

Principalii dăunători ale culturii nucifere din clasa Arachnida și manifestarea efectelor negative ale acestora

This material results from the research of the nut culture in order to identify pathogenic organisms of the class Arachnida and to represent the effects of these organisms on tree organs. The research was made at the Botanical Garden Institute, Chișinău on a number of 300 trees. This paper includes the identification of the main pests of the class Arachnida, namely: the gall mite of walnut leaves (Aceria tristriata) and the disease named walnut blister mine caused by Aceria erinea. At the same time, the methods of pest control and the negative effects of their presence are exposed here.

In the summer of 2020 on the plantations of Phytolacca americana L. (pokeberry) growing in the central zone of the Republic of Moldova, a new, economically dangerous pest species was discovered, known as the southern green stink bug or southern vegetable bug – Nezara viridula L. (Heteroptera: Pentatomidae). At both stages of bug development, larvae and adults seriously harm agricultural crops, ornamental and wild plants. The number of larvae was high and reached to 3-5 per pokeberry bunch. In the same field, N. viridula larvae and imago were also found on tomato and amaranth plants.
