Background: Hospitals as vaccination implementers must reporting the data on vaccine patient visits to find out the achievements of the vaccination program, both based on the type of facility providing vaccination activities and regional areas. This study aims to determine the mechanism for managing and reporting vaccine data using an electronic system at Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital in 2022. Methods: This study was a qualitative research with two medical recorders and health information as the subject. Information was collected used nonparticipatory observation methods and in-depth interviews. Results: The management and reporting of COVID-19 vaccine data at Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital integrating three systems, namely SIMRS producing daily vaccination reports for the Director of Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital, BPJS primary care vaccination system for claims for vaccine costs and vaccine procurement, and the Gayatri system. Mojokerto City for monitoring reports on the achievements of the vaccination program to the Mojokerto City Health Office. The information system for managing and reporting vaccine data at Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital applies a decentralized model. Conclusion: The mechanism for managing and reporting COVID-19 vaccine data at Gatoel Mojokerto Hospital is a form of integration of three systems, namely SIMRS, BPJS primary care vaccination, and the Gayatri System with a decentralized model.

Kajian Kegunaan Dan Kelayakan Konsep Sistem Rekam Medis Elektronik (Rme) Sebagai Portofolio Pendidikan Profesi Kedokteran

Background: The transition from paper-based medical record to electronic medical record (EMR) as one of the method to improve the quality and safety of patient care in medical facilities has increased. In an educational scope, as a part of the roadmap for the development and utilization activities of Big Data in Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing Universitas Gadjah Mada and to support medical education in Academic Health System, we developing an EMR system concept for medical students as a medical education portfolio. Methods: This is a mixed-methods study with 18 medical students who are currently on a clerkship at the Department of Child Health, Faculty of Medicine, Public Health and Nursing Universitas Gadjah Mada as respondents. A quantitative assesment using Post-Study System Usability (PSSUQ) Version 3 which consists of 16 questions, assessed with a 7-point Likert scale. Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and in-depth interviews were conducted for a qualitative assessment.

Background: Nima Medical and Rehabilitation Center Kotagede Clinic is currently still in the development stage for the implementation of electronic medical record, but there are still some shortcomings in its development, one of these shortcomings is the absence of a design for assessment form for child speech therapy and child occupational therapy. The design of the electronic assessment form for child speech therapy and child occupational therapy is needed to support the implementation of electronic medical records in the clinic. This study aims to identify the data requirements needed to design, design the user interface of the electronic assessment form for child speech therapy and child occupational therapy and test the design. Methods: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The object is the conventional speech therapy and occupational therapy assessment form, the subjects are medical recorders, child speech therapists and occupational therapists and pediatricians. The design method uses User Centered Design (UCD). Results: The design consists of data requirements, use case diagrams and user interface designs, namely menus/dashboards, services, and assessment forms for child speech therapy and child occupational therapy. Conclusion: The design design was tested by respondents once and the user interface design was approved by the user and received feedback in the form of suggestions for improvement from the user.

Perancangan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klinik (Smartclinic) di Nima Medical and Rehabilitation Center Yogyakarta

Latar belakang: Perkembangan teknologi yang pesat saat ini telah meliputi hampir seluruh bidang kehidupan manusia, tidak terkecuali di bidang kesehatan. S/eiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, fasilitas kesehatan termasuk didalamnya yaitu Klinik mempunyai kewajiban untuk menyelenggarakan rekam medis dan melaksanakan sistem rujukan dengan tepat. Sistem pelayanan di klinik Nima Medical and Rehabilitation Center masih belum belum menggunakan sistem informasi sehingga belum efektif dan efisien.Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian UCD (User Centered Design). UCD (User Centered Design) merupakan sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk pengembangan sistem yang berfokus pada tampilan pengguna.Hasil: Perancangan desain yang dibuat sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan yang ada di Klinik. Beberapa yang di update dari sistem sebelumnya antara lain memasukkan profil klinik yang sesuai, menambah user pengguna Smartclinic, membuat desain tampilan dashboard klinik yang relevan sesuai dengan kebutuhan, menambah modul poli anak, poli kulit kelamin, fisioterapi, okupasi terapi dan terapi wicara, Melakukan customisasi master data. menambah master data disabilitas pada modul objektif, menambah diagnosis ICPC dan diagnosis naratif pada modul Asessment, menambah master data obat, vaksin dan tindakan, membuat desain tampilan dashboard tumbuh kembang anak yang diproyeksikan pada grafik Z-Score, menambahkan daftar gambar bagian tubuh manusia untuk dokumentasi klinik dengan gambar, menambahkan fitur pedigree (silsilah keluarga) dalam dokumentasi klinik. Kelebihan yang dimiliki Smartclinic antara lain sistem ini merupakan sistem cloud berbasis SAAS (software as a service) sehingga dapat dengan mudah menyesuaikan kebutuhan dari pengguna. Sistem ini memiliki sistem back end yaitu proses yang terjadi di belakang layar dan front end yaitu menggunakan pendekatan visual untuk merancang user interface dalam bentuk form.Kesimpulan: Dalam sistem informasi manajemen klinik ini dapat mempermudah dalam penulisan, penambahan, pengubahan dan pembuatan laporan klinik. Sehingga dengan kemudahan tersebut akan mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan yang diakibatkan tidak atau kurang jelasnya informasi yang didapat agar pekerjaan lebih efektif dan efisiensi.

Background : Every electronic system must operate the electronic system reliably and safely and be responsible for the proper operation of the electronic system. The use of digital signatures in electronic medical record transactions serves as a tool for authentication and verification of the identity of the signing as well as the integrity and authenticity of electronic information. The Yogyakarta Hospital supports the achievement of paperless electronic medical records that have been implemented in outpatient installations. To support the plan for implementing digital signatures, a readiness analysis is needed so that medical record documents have legal and legal aspects. Objectives : To analyze the readiness for digital signature implementation and make recommendations on the steps for implementing a digital signature plan for authenticating electronic medical record documents at the outpatient installation of the Yogyakarta Hospital. Methods : This type of research is mixed-method research with an exploratory sequential design. This research was conducted using an in-depth interview method and measuring the level of readiness for the application of digital signatures using the EHR Assessment and readiness starter assessment instrument by DOQ-IT. Results : Yogyakarta Hospital has implemented an electronic signature (scan) on electronic medical records. In its implementation, there are obstacles such as confusing signatures, not appearing, and worrying about validity. The results of the readiness analysis on the four components are considered quite ready, but there are still some follow-ups that must be done such as increasing socialization and literacy regarding digital signature mechanisms and making a signature planning roadmap. and conduct system security tests to support the reliability of electronic information systems. Background : Emergency incidents that occur in Indonesia are increasing day by day, both emergency incidents due to traffic accidents and incidents due to disease. Methods: the method in this research is the action research method. This action research method was chosen because the stages of action research start from diagnosis, planning, action and evaluation. Results: the results of this study, at the stage of identifying needs based on user actors. At the planning stage, what data flows are designed, created and the features needed. At the action stage, it produces a user interface design with Figma. At the evaluation stage, the final prototype score was assessed based on the System Usability Scale (SUS) questionnaire with the final score on the driver page prototype getting a final score of 62, while the prototype for paramedics got a final score of 71. And finally, the general public prototype got a final score of 69 Conclusions: The process of developing the design, planning and implementation of the mHealth application services requires the collaboration of various sectors, both from the user side from the health side. Feedback from various responses is the key to success to ensure the relevance and sustainability of the mHealth application services. Providing useful and easy-to-use and ensuring continuity of technical support can help smooth the process of using the mHealth application in day healthcare.

Latar belakang: Profil Kesehatan Indonesia tahun 2019 menunjukkan adanya peningkatan jumlah kasus pada beberapa penyakit zoonosis dibandingkan tahun 2018. Salah satu program surveilans zoonosis yang dilakukan di Indonesia adalah Sistem Informasi eZoonosis yang menggunakan platform DHIS2. Platform Sistem Informasi DHIS2 dapat dikustomisasi untuk kasus khusus, salah satunya adalah kasus leptospirosis. Dalam rangka penerapan Sistem Informasi eZoonosis, perlu diadakan beberapa kegiatan pendahuluan seperti sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Dilakukan pengembangan register leptosipirosis dalam Sistem Informasi eZoonosis yang nantinya akan diimplementasikan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan akan ditujukan kepada pengguna di tingkat dinas kesehatan kabupaten dan puskesmas. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah action research dengan pendekatan mixed-method. Data kualitatif diambil melalui diskusi, wawancara dan observasi sedangkan data kuantitatif diambil melalui kuesioner dan kuis pada platform khusus saat pelatihan secara daring. Data kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memberikan gambaran proses dan implementasi sistem informasi eZoonosis.Hasil: Tingkat literasi digital, penerimaan sistem dan evaluasi pelatihan daring menunjukkan hasil yang positif. Pengembangan sistem informasi eZoonosis mencakup 7 register, termasuk register leptospirosis. Sistem eZoonosis mencakup pelaporan data individu dan agregrat tentang leptospirosis yang dapat dimonitor secara real time dan didiseminasikan secara deskriptif guna membantu proses pengambilan kebijakan. Evaluasi implementasi menunjukkan masih terdapat kendala penggunaan sistem karena masalah jaringan, kesalahan server dan keterampilan pengguna yang belum maksimal.Kesimpulan: DHIS2 dapat digunakan sebagai pengembangan sistem informasi surveilans. Tantangan dan kendala yang ditemui selama pengembangan dan evaluasi sistem informasi eZoonosis membutuhkan pengembangan lebih lanjut.

Background: The emergence of many contact tracing applications that are developed quickly and take public data sources, many developers do not pay attention to social and economic aspects that have an impact on fundamental rights, privacy, justice. Therefore, it is important to conduct an analysis related to the usability, need, and effectiveness of applications that have contact tracing features, as well as the impact on the socio-economic system, considering that applications that have contact tracing features can be used as examples for the use of similar invasive technologies in the future, even after the COVID-19 pandemic. To support this, an analysis based on the Socio-Technical Framework for Digital Contact Tracing is needed from Applications and Websites for Handling COVID-19 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta Objective : Knowing the potential for the sustainability of digital COVID-19 innovation from the contact tracing application for handling COVID-19 cases and Generating the level of conformity of the Jogja Pass application with the criteria of the Socio-Technical Framework for Digital Contact Tracing. Methods: This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Data collection done by desk review and interview. Data analysis was carried out by qualitative research to see the development of COVID-19 digital innovations. Results: The Spread of COVID-19 is Increasingly Massive Behind Several Sectors to Provide Digital Innovation related to Contact Tracing Applications A comparison of the COVID-19 Contact Tracing Applications Used by the Public found that the PeduliLindung application has the highest number of users when compared to the Jogja Pass, Cared+, and Bersatu Against COVID- applications. 19.
