The article provides a comparative analysis of the platforms of augmented reality, the choice of environment and means for the implementation of a mobile application for visualization of the advertising booklet of the National Research University “Moscow Power Engineering Institute”. The booklet is refined to apply for it modern technology of augmented reality. The features of the implemented mobile application are shown. Using modern technology augmented reality will make it more attractive to work with applicants.

The Department of General physics and nuclear fusion, National Research University $prime$ Moscow Power Engineering Institute”, developed a set of tests (over 1000 questions) for the current control of knowledge of students in the section “Electricity and magnetism” of the General physics course using the internet distance learning system “Prometheus” (fourth generation). Under this section of the proposed test tasks are divided into sections corresponding to the topics section. These tasks include quality issues, design tasks, tasks with a choice of answers (one of many, many of many), the job with the selection region in the figure, tasks with detailed answer. The variety of tasks allows the teacher not only to objectively assess the student acquired knowledge but also to develop his problem-solving skills, to learn to be fluent in theory. The results of testing conducted for several years, show the high interest of students in the repeated independent execution of tasks and correlate well with the results of intermediate certification (exams).

The lack of a systematic approach to minimizing risks and sufficient competency models leads to the inefficiency of projects for introducing new information technologies. The purpose of the study is to develop a training methodology that minimizes the risks of professional activity in the implementation of information technology. The basis of the methodology consists of invariant models and methods of network planning of personal trajectories of development and design of a system for the safe implementation of information technology. Invariant models of competences, composition and evaluation of measures have been constructed, which allow minimizing labor costs and staff errors when adapting the system for training personnel to work with a specific type of information technology in a particular enterprise or organization. Based on the competency model that takes into account the level of education, work experience, certificates and duties, a method for designing personal development paths for working with information technologies is proposed, minimizing economic risks. Based on the composition models and the evaluation of measures, a method was proposed for designing a system for the safe implementation of information technologies, taking into account the system approach to risk accounting, as well as the competences and interests of all participants in the process of implementing information technologies. Application of the research results at the Chelyabinsk Forge-and-Press Plant, in the South Urals and Priamursky State Universities resulted in cost savings related to staff training for the safe implementation of the 1C platform products.

Battery management system (BMS) was implemented at Li-ion based battery system using passive charge balancing method. Commonly, passive balancing technique is widely used in BMS because system implementation simple and cost is low. The battery system was created with four different lithium-ion battery cells. As it is known the most used battery type is Li-ion type battery in vehicles, so this battery type was selected in the study. Two main microprocessors were used as master and slave for management system. STM32f103C8 microcontroller was used as master and PIC18f4520 microcontroller used as slave controller in the BMS. Four battery cells voltages, currents and temperatures were controlled with designed control system. The information received from the current and voltage sensors was collected from each cell using slave controller and sent smoothly to the master controller system. These experimental results indicated that the passive balancing method was implemented and battery cells charged successfully.
