In recent years, with the rapid development of MOOC (massive open online course), more and more people get knowledge from the Internet. The big data analysis for MOOC has become a new research direction and it has been a focus that how to recommend individually personalized videos for MOOC users. To date, the most widely used personalized recommendation technology is collaborative filtering (CF) technology. In this paper, we propose a personalized recommendation algorithm---multi-attribute weight algorithm (MAWA) based on CF. Firstly, MAWA calculates separately the weights of the attributes and attribute values of the resources for the target user. Secondly, the two weights of a video are used to get a recommendation value. Finally, the resources with N highest recommendation values are recommended for the target users. The MAWA in this paper makes up for the shortcomings of traditional CF algorithm and it can be shown from the experiment in this paper that the recall rate of MAWA is 28.3% higher than CF, which means that the recommendation results of MAWA is more accurate than those of CF. The contribution of this paper is to weight the attributes and attribute values respectively, which can reflect the users' preferences in both coarse granularity and fine granularity.

Ambient assisted living (AAL) has received considerable attention due to its ability to provide services to the elderly by sensors and actuators. However, building such a system is challenging on two fronts. First, the tradeoff between accuracy and monetary cost should be understood. Accuracy of each sensor can be empirically estimated from its sample rate. Typically, higher rate indicates higher accuracy. As a result, higher rate requires more computation resources to process the sampled data, incurring more monetary cost. Second, user needs change frequently. Thus, we need a resource allocation scheme that is (a) able to strike a good balance between accuracy and monetary cost and (b) adaptive enough to meet the frequently changing needs. Unfortunately, several seemingly natural solutions fail on one or more fronts (e.g., simple one shot optimizations). As a result, the potential benefits promised by these prior efforts remain unrealized. To fill the gap, we address these challenges and present the design and analysis of a low-complexity online algorithm to minimize the long-term accuracy-monetary cost on a queue length based control. The design is driven by insights that queue-lengths can be viewed as Lagrangian dual variables and the queue-length evolutions play the role of subgradient updates. Therefore, the control decisions depend only on the instantaneous information and can adapt to the changing needs. Simulations demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can strike a good balance between accuracy and monetary costs. Moreover, the asymptotic optimality of the proposed algorithm has been shown by rigorous analysis and numerical results.

E-commerce1, being one of the most important channel of transaction, has experienced explosive growth in almost all areas during the past two decades. And more intelligent and convenient will be the trend of e-commerce. In this paper, we propose a holographic personalized portal for industrial ecological system. The holographic personality portal, consisting of accurate ontology, reliable supply, intelligent demand, and smart cyberspace, is based on holographic enterprises, commodities and consumers. Each participant has his own personalized portal, through which all the interactions are completed.

The e-commerce transaction system's division of labor of is an important problem. It is of great significance for evaluating the development level and forecast the development direction of e-commerce. However, there is a certain disparity between the current mainstream research model and the reality, which leads to a biased result. This paper puts forward to a definition of transaction efficiency based on transaction services, establishes a model of middleman's specialized production decision of transaction services on this basis, and uses multi-agent simulation to solve the model. The results show that the transaction efficiency is the impetus for the change of middlemen's division of labor level. The degree of economic specialization, price of commodities and transaction services and other associated factors also affect middlemen's division of labor.
