Article 28 H, paragraph 1, of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia states: Everyone has the right to exist in physical and spiritual prosperity, to have a home and a good living environment, and to receive health care. Article 4 paragraphs (3) and (4) of Presidential Regulation No. 74 of 2013 on the Control and Supervision of Alcoholic Beverages state that alcoholic beverages may only be turned off after obtaining a distribution permit from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency and can only be issued by business actors who already have a license to trade alcoholic beverages according to the regulated classification. The state ensures the safety of consumers and the preservation of their health when consuming traditional alcoholic beverages through Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer preservation. Because the distribution of alcoholic beverages in society must be of concern, as this condition is inversely proportional to the actual situation on the ground, as alcoholic consumers continue to experience health issues. Traditional liquor's impact on the market necessitates clear and firm regulations to ensure that these products satisfy the health and safety standards established by laws and regulations.

This Studi aims to determine the impact of capitation acceptance on motivation, discipline, and performance of health workers in Bekasi city health center. Beside that, we also want to examine the effect of motivation on performance through work discipline. Data obtained through a questionnaire distributed to health workers in Bekasi city health center. There are two analyzes, namely: Analysis of variance (ANOVA) to find out whether there are differences in motivation, discipline and performance in each capitation group. The results show that there are no differences in motivation, discipline, and performance in the four capitations, thus that capitation does not have a significant impact on motivation, discipline, and performance of health workers in Bekasi City Health Center. The next analysis using the structural equation model (SEM) shows that there is an influence of motivation on discipline, discipline on performance, and motivation on performance. The analysis uses the SPSS program for ANOVA data processing and AMOS for SEM processing

This study explains and analyzes how the Quadruple Helix model improves Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) creativity. Government, industry, academia, and society collaborate on innovation and development under the Quadruple Helix paradigm. This strategy lets stakeholders collaborate to boost CSR's beneficial impact. The Quadruple Helix model in CSR is examined using ontological, epistemological, and axiological methods. This study analyzes CSR, the Quadruple Helix model, and scientific philosophy literature. This study found that the ontological approach examines CSR stakeholders' reality and interactions. The epistemological method examines how entities collaborate to learn about CSR. The axiological method evaluates CSR initiatives for fairness, sustainability, and social relevance. The Quadruple Helix CSR methodology can boost innovation and effect. Government, industry, academia, and society may collaborate and innovate to create more holistic and sustainable CSR solutions. Understanding the Quadruple Helix model's CSR philosophy. This study shows that collaborative and multidisciplinary approaches improve CSR creativity and effectiveness. More research is needed to confirm these findings.

Guthrie (1948) classifies Mambwe as M15. The language is spoken in Mbala and Senga districts in Northern Province of Zambia. Nurse and Philipson (1999) have characterized Mambwe as originating from Fipa language in Southern Tanzania. The paper outlines the rules governing tense categorization and evaluates the verbal structure of tense in Mambwe language. The study employed the qualitative approach and elicitation methodology to collect data. Using descriptive and Lexical Morphology (LM) theoretical underpinnings, the article identifies the forms or categories of tense and their respective structures in Mambwe language. The study shows that tense in Mambwe language is as attested by other Bantu languages in terms of the present, past and the future tenses with their corresponding progressive counterparts.

Conformity of Capital Provisions for Foreign Investors in the Regulations of the Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia 《

Foreign investors tend to be disadvantaged by the existence of new regulations which are derivatives of the work copyright law, so a study will be carried out and compiled to analyze the Conformity of Capital Provisions for Foreign Investors in Regulation of the Investment Coordinating Board of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4 of 2021 with laws and regulations regarding investment. The results of the research show that Law Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation and Law Number 25 of 2007 do not regulate capital in setting capital requirements for foreign investment. So that legal uncertainty arises because the minimum investment value is equated with the minimum paid-up capital, while the paid-up capital is only 25% of the capital which implies that PMA must have capital of Rp. 40,000,000,000,000.00 because the paid-up capital is at least Rp. in Presidential Regulation Number 10 of 2021, the investment value is also IDR 10,000,000,000,000.00. In UUPM, PMA must be in the form of a Limited Liability Company, so based on UUPT, the issued capital must be 25%, so the law should strictly regulate capital requirements in foreign investment to create legal certainty.
