This study aims to improve social skills through the project based learning (PjBL) learning model. The research method uses action research developed by Lewin. Data collection techniques using observation sheets in the form of a Likert scale 1-3. Data analysis techniques using the mix method developed by Crewell. The research population was group B early childhood students in the city of Ternate. The research subjects were 25 early childhood students from two early childhood education schools. From an early age, children need to be introduced to and develop social skills in everyday life. This skill is important so that children are able to interact with peers or more adults. Good social skills can help children develop their potential to the fullest. The ability of social skills is shown through the ability to communicate, respect each other, take responsibility for each other, and empathize with each other. The results of the research at the end of the second cycle using the t test, obtained data t-count> t-table. These results can be concluded that the project based learning learning model has an influence on the ability of social skills. It is recommended that early childhood teachers can use project-based learning models to improve children's social skills. Keywords: social skills, project based learning model.

Management Information System is a planning system within agencies that involves internal control such as the use of resources, documents, technology, and interpersonal communication as one of the strategies in the organization. This research uses systematic review to review reviews of clearly formulated questions that use systematic and explicit methods to identify, select, and critically evaluate relevant research, and to collect and analyze data from the studies included in the review. Data obtained from 54 references that are relevant to the study of management information systems. The results of the research above, it appears that the Information Quality Factor for the Management Information System is still not optimal with the demands needed to improve employee interpersonal communication at the Regional State Intelligence Agency Office of South Sulawesi Province, and the Communication Factor is very significant for improving employee performance.

This type of research is quantitative in nature, and the place of implementation of this research is PUDAM Tirta Bina, Labuhanbatu Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, documentation and questionnaires using a Likert scale. In this study, the population was 110 employees of the Tirta Bina Public Water Supply Company (PUDAM) in Labuhanbatu Regency. Samples were taken using the slovin formula, which was determined or a significance level of 0.05, so the sample size in this study was 86 people. The Fcount value in this study is equal to 37,005 > Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results, it can be concluded that the Work Environment (X1), Work Quality (X2), Emotional Intelligence (X3) and Intellectual Intelligence (X4) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.646 means that Employee Performance (Y) can be explained by the variables Work Environment (X1), Work Quality (X2), Emotional Intelligence (X3) and Intellectual Intelligence (X4) of 64.6%, while the rest is 35.4% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study

This study aims to determine the concept of determining the selling price in traditional markets from the perspective of vegetable traders. The method in this study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology tells according to what exists and occurs in the object of research. The source of research data comes from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation with traders in traditional markets. On the other hand, the main purpose of using phenomenology to find the concept of the selling price in this study is to focus on finding the nature behind the attitudes and behavior of information providers in setting prices. Several vegetable traders served as information providers for this study. The results found that traders determine the selling price by using two sales methods, namely the weighing method and the tekem method or hand measurement method. In determining profit, traders calculate the profit per kilogram of vegetables. Starting with Rp. 1,000/kg to Rp. 2,000/kg with the weighing method. As for vegetables with the tekem method, it ranges from Rp. 500/bunch to Rp. 1,000/bunch. In traditional markets, buyers and sellers carry out negotiation or bargaining activities, unlike modern markets that have determined the selling price of their merchandise. Keywords: accounting practices, traditional traders, selling price, bargaining.
