The article is constructed in the context of studying the problem of personality self-development in pedagogy and contains a description of individual research results, including the development, theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of the technology of pedagogical support for self-development of adolescents in additional education in a situation of overcoming difficulties, methodologically based on the reflective-value approach. The essence of the technology lies in the adolescent's independent choice of the optimal strategy for overcoming difficulties, caused by the need to solve the actual problem situation. Based on the methodology of the reflexive-value approach, the technology assumes taking into account the patterns and principles developed in the context of the reflexive-value approach to pedagogical support of self-development of adolescents in additional education, and also contains a list of conditions for its implementation, a description of the algorithms for the actions of the teacher and the adolescent. The content of the technology is revealed through three stages: diagnostic, the stage of the teacher's application of the methodology of problem situations and the stage of building a self-development project by a teenager accompanied by a teacher. The article presents the results of an empirical study of the image of "I" - the ideal of modern adolescents, conducted with the participation of 969 adolescents living in Kaluga, Kaluga region, Yaroslavl, Moscow and Lyubertsy. The results obtained predetermined the need for the development and testing of the pedagogical technology under consideration and revealed its specificity. The technology of pedagogical support of self-development of adolescents in supplementary education has passed an experimental test in a formative mode in the conditions of the educational organization of supplementary education in the city of Kaluga, as well as in supplementary education of rural secondary schools in the Kaluga region. A positive dynamics of the level of adolescents' readiness for self-development and an increase in adaptive coping strategies as dynamic in the subjects of the experimental groups were diagnosed, which makes it possible to recommend the technology for its use in the educational practice of additional education.

The trajectory of the development of the modern world determines the special significance of the individual's ability to exist and act successfully in conditions of cultural diversity in the field of professional activity, which actualizes the problem of mastering the skills of professional intercultural interaction by future specialists. Participation in this type of interaction becomes possible already at the stage of mastering the profession in the educational organization of higher education due to the pedagogical meaningful organization of professional communication between Russian and foreign students. The article describes the criteria by which the success of professional intercultural interaction between Russian and foreign students is determined, the initial results of experimental work on the study of indicators according to these criteria are presented. The study was carried out from the position of a cultural approach, according to which subjects of pedagogically organized interaction are considered as representatives of a certain socio-cultural type. The main focus is on the interpretation of indicators obtained by specialized methods with comparison of responses from both Russian and foreign students. The results of the experiment allow us to approach an objective understanding of the initial and current state of the process of professional intercultural interaction between Russian and foreign students and take measures to intensify it in the conditions of the Russian educational organization of higher education. In conclusion, the problems of professional intercultural interaction between Russian and foreign students are formulated, which are correlated by the author with educational work at the university and focus pedagogical science on the search for methods, means and forms designed to ensure the appearance and development of Russian and foreign students both the need for professional intercultural interaction and the ability to carry out this interaction, to be a full and active participant there.

Currently, many scientists and economists write about the seriousness of global environmental problems, paying great attention to the interdependence of ecology and economic development. The ecological situation in the regions of Russia directly depends on the impact of economic sectors on the environment. At the same time, the important features of a sustainable economy are the efficient use of natural resources, reduction of environmental pollution, low carbon emissions, etc. The study of the ecological situation requires constant updating of materials, the identification of new patterns of development. This study is a comprehensive analysis of the localization of the ecological and economic activity of Russian regions. In the process of processing the materials, official statistical data on the state of the social, economic and ecological subsystems of the regions were used. The results of the analysis made it possible to identify a number of patterns in the distribution of Russian regions, taking into account the localization of environmental and economic activity. To form virtual groups of regions, homogeneous in terms of the totality of indicators characterizing the ecological and economic activity of Russian regions, we used cluster analysis, which is a research method that allows for a multidimensional grouping of objects. As a result, observations are depicted by groups of points in geometric space, called clusters. By analyzing the dendrogram, the regions of the country are divided into a certain number of clusters. Since clustering by the K-means method does not automatically rank clusters, they are sorted by the sum of normalized indicators, and the higher the value of the sum of these indicators, the more unbalanced the cluster is. The use of this method has been widely reflected in the study of the problems of socioeconomic development of regions.

The article presents the current research trend in the political science – the study of the identity of a citizen of the country, the peculiarities of its formation – the formation and development of the younger generation, since the political science is on the verge of a new stage in recent history, when the concepts of citizenship and civil society become decisive for the successful development of the political system. In this regard, the article analyzes such important aspects of the problem as the identification of the laws on the formation of civil identity in the younger generation of Russians in modern unstable socio-economic, political conditions and describes the specific features of the development of civil identity as a political concept, determines the influence of socio-cultural transformation in Russia on the formation of the civil identity of the modern young generation. The author attaches particular importance to the role of state power in the development of civic identity of young Russians (educational and youth policy), reveals important meaningful characteristics of the formation of the civic identity of the younger generation in the context of the socio-cultural transformation of modern Russia from phenomenological positions based on an integrative approach, such as: the duality and contradiction of the formation of civic identity among the younger generation in connection with world globalization and social, and cultural transformational processes in Russia; the integrative nature of the process of civil identity formation; the influence of Western ideas of autonomy and collectivist traditions of the Russian mentality on the becoming personality; age-specific characteristics of civic identity formation; structural components of civic identity – cognitive component, value-motivation component and activity component; the impact of social media on the younger generation; personal orientation of a particular person.

The results of numerous studies in the field of pedagogy and psychology indicate the peculiarities of the development of gifted children and the specifics of their interaction with the microsocium. This specificity affects the success of timely solving the problems of socializing gifted children. Problems in solving a block of problems can lead to maladaptation or even victimization of students. The relevance of the issue of solving the problems of socializing gifted children successfully is at all age stages and at each has its own specificity. During primary school age, it is not always possible to talk about the gifted child. Mostly we are talking about signs of giftedness. At the same time, the support and assistance of such children become especially important for the disclosure of their potential and the development of abilities in the context of the crisis of adaptation to school and during further training in the student community. At the same time, the creation of conditions for the harmonious development of all spheres of the child and the timely solution of all blocks of socialization tasks remains extremely important. The purpose of the article is to determine the features of solving socio-cultural problems in socialization of primary school age children with giftedness signs. To solve the presented goal, we conducted a study on the basis of two general education organizations in the city of Kostroma, which covered 217 students. Based on the developed indicators (cognitive interests, creativity, performance and victories in competitions), a group of primary school-age students with signs of giftedness was identified, which became the main sample of our study (n=61). This group of children participated in a study aimed at studying the features of solving natural-cultural, socio-cultural and socio-psychological problems of socializing children of primary school age with signs of giftedness. In this article, we present the results of studying the peculiarities of solving the socio-cultural problems of primary school age students by socializing younger schoolchildren with signs of giftedness.

Within the framework of the research presented in the article, the satisfaction of households with the main components of the quality of life is analyzed. As part of the study, an analysis of documents (external and internal) was carried out, in particular, orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, as well as an analysis of expenditure items in the federal budget for education, medicine, etc. The development of the social sphere of the region was assessed , studied the main directions of financing the social sphere in the region. It was found that representatives from households that belong to low resource groups do not support the social policy pursued by the Government of the Russian Federation to a greater extent than representatives from households that belong to high and medium resource groups. Most of the respondents, regardless oftheir material well-being, blame the Government of the Russian Federation for the worsening socio-economic situation. It was revealed that men, to a greater extent than women, believe that the policy pursued by the Central Bank of Russia affects the quality of life in the region. They found that the richer the respondents, the more they are ready to take part in various activities to reduce poverty. In addition, they found that, in the opinion of a significant part of the respondents, the main socio-economic problems in the Yaroslavl region are associated with the work of the health care system. So, regardless of the level of material well-being and gender characteristics, most of the respondents noted that it is very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor, since everyone is struggling with coronavirus infection. Absolutely all households that belong to poorly resource groups do not have the opportunity to make savings. Approximately one fourth of the respondents of households who belong to the middle resource groups also lack the ability to make savings. A significant part of the respondents who were unemployed do not trust the services hh.ru, Superjob. When looking for a job, they count on the help of relatives and friends. The respondents explained that it is very difficult to rely on the help of the employment center service, since the allowances are paid small, which does not allow them to meet the minimum needs. Measures are proposed to reduce absolute and relative poverty, to reduce the differentiation of the population by income level, to reduce social tension in the labor market of disabled people.

As part of the study, an analysis of documents (external and internal) was carried out, in particular, orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, the Concept of long-term socio-economic development of the Russian Federation, as well as an analysis of expenditure items in the federal budget for education, medicine, etc. The development of the social sphere of the region was assessed , studied the main directions of financing the social sphere in the region. It was found that representatives from households that belong to low resource groups do not support the social policy pursued by the Government of the Russian Federation to a greater extent than representatives from households that belong to high and medium resource groups. Most of the respondents, regardless oftheir material well-being, blame the Government of the Russian Federation for the worsening socio-economic situation. It was revealed that men, to a greater extent than women, believe that the policy pursued by the Central Bank of Russia affects the quality of life in the region. They found that the richer the respondents, the more they are ready to take part in various activities to reduce poverty. In addition, they found that, in the opinion of a significant part of the respondents, the main socio-economic problems in the Yaroslavl region are associated with the work of the health care system. So, regardless of the level of material well-being and gender characteristics, most of the respondents noted that it is very difficult to get an appointment with a doctor, since everyone is struggling with coronavirus infection. Absolutely all households that belong to poorly resource groups do not have the opportunity to make savings. Approximately one fourth of the respondents of households who belong to the middle resource groups also lack the ability to make savings. A significant part of the respondents who were unemployed do not trust the services hh.ru, Superjob. When looking for a job, they count on the help of relatives and friends. The respondents explained that it is very difficult to rely on the help of the employment center service, since the allowances are paid small, which does not allow them to meet the minimum needs. This article is devoted to identifying the interrelationship and interdependence of political culture and electoral behavior in the concepts of European political researchers. The methodology of the study is based on the assumption that electoral behavior is a comprehensive political and legal indicator of the level and nature of political culture. The following methods of research are used: systemic analysis, chronological analysis of scientific concepts on the topic of research, analysis of factors that affect the dynamics of political consciousness and electoral behavior. As a result of the study of scientific approaches on the topic of the article, it was revealed that the methodology for studying the dynamics of political processes is now in the active development stage and is constantly replenished with new research hypotheses. It is shown that in chronologically early concepts, moral and ethical ideas, traditions, customs and religion come first in the structure of political consciousness. This circumstance is associated with the high role of traditional and religious factors in the consciousness and life of all societies until the beginning of the 20th century. It is argued that at the present stage of post-industrial development, the model of electoral behavior preferred for Western European researchers is the model of a targeted voter, which involves the sustainability and clarity of political values and preferences, normative oriented political behavior, as well as the "habit" of critically analyzing the programs and speeches of public leaders and parties for their usefulness for the voter. At the same time, this model still remains quite abstract and difficult to implement in electoral practices, since its implementation is hindered by irrational political archetypes, symbols, myths - components of the political consciousness of modern man.
