The problem of modeling and forming the value chains in the Arctic zone, which has some critical features, is considered in Industry 4.0. A rationale for concepts and a review of approaches to modeling the business chains is given, a systematization of groups of business chains is carried out, and their characteristics are given. It is proposed to consider the Arctic economic zone, for development purpose, as a complex of value chains that form different values in the areas of production, mining, logistics, social sphere, etc. A generalized model of the logistic chain is described in detail, a description of the parameters is given, and the efficiency of the entire chain is evaluated, considering the local effectiveness of the chain participants. To ensure marginal efficiency, the task of managing the structure (composition) of the logistics chain is considered, which allows participants to vary in terms of their functionality, resource support and level of local efficiency, considering the synergy of interaction in the chain structure. Analysis of research in the field of Key Performance Indicators for assessing logistics showed the importance of accounting and quality control of logistics services. As part of the global digitization of business processes, including controlling, the development of digital logistics becomes more popular. When implementing measures to assess the efficiency of transport and logistics services, it is necessary to apply technologies Internet of Things (IoT) and technologies Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). As a result, the introduction of the above technologies can significantly improve the data collection process and increase the supply chain visibility. The article considers the use of digital technologies in transport logistics and their impact on the quality of logistics services, describes the contemporary problems that impede the implementation. A list of performance indicators of transport and logistics services can be used as a template for building a balanced scorecard of company’s logistics. The use of Internet of Things provides great opportunities to create a transparent logistics network, taking advantage of the growing interest in Radio Frequency Identification in transport. The main contribution of this article lies in description use digital technologies in logistics by the example of controlling the transport and logistics services within the framework of the company's balanced scorecard system.

This paper addresses how the transition of a (non-automated) brownfield terminal to a terminal with mixed automated and manual traffic is impacting: (i) design (e.g., terminal layout planning), (ii) operational control and (iii) digital infrastructure. We propose a (digital) transition process towards coexistence of automated and manual traffic, so as to ensure efficient, secure and future-proof container handling.

The present paper is devoted to show and formalize logistics problems emerging on boarders between different logistics environments while crossing them by supply chain. The said problems consist of increasing logistics risk and transaction costs. It is shown that the solution of these problems constitutes a significant reserve for increasing the competitive advantage. The comparative-analytical approach is used to build a double-prism model of international logistics management. Crossborder supply chain integration is formalized using vector representation in a pair of ndimensional spaces of logistic significant marketing variables. A prospective model of digital real-virtual cyberspace is presented as a hypothetical example of a fully digitalized logistics infrastructure. Didactic use of paper materials is explained.

More and more indicators affecting the company's profits are becoming available for calculation due to the development of technology. Social capital can be one of these indicators. The study concludes that the referral program is the use of the external social capital of the enterprise. Digitalization allows companies to develop the interaction with consumers. There is a simplification and improvement of such marketing tools as loyalty programs, which are already moving into the field of digital marketing. Companies can enable customers to attract new customers for a certain reward using user-friendly web interfaces or applications. This paper is addressing the issues regarding formation of authorized supply chains in international trade with reference to the World Customs Organization (WCO) standards and specific aspects of customs administration. The paper is evaluating the WCO imperatives and modern information technologies used in the sphere of customs risks management. It is defining the weak points of international China to Russia supply chains. It is substantiating the necessity to make analytical assessment of evolution of institute of authorized economic operators in China and in the RF. The paper brings to light particular features of institute of authorized economic operators in China and defines directions of its further development. It is evaluating specificity of evolution of institute of authorized economic operators in the RF under the conditions of customs regulations harmonization in Eurasian economic Union (EAEU). It was noted that innovation of the EAEU customs’ Code consists in possibility to issue three types of certificates which are verifying party's incorporating into the Register of authorized economic operators and (2) differentiation of special simplifications depending on the type of a certificate.
