Transformation of infrastructure to ensure economic security of the enterprise 改造基础设施,确保企业经济安全

The purpose of the article is to determine the economic security of the enterprise, which is based on the identification of parties interested in its successful activities. The necessary and sufficient conditions for ensuring the economic security of the enterprise are offered. At such approach threats to economic security are considered as negative consequences of earlier accepted administrative decisions. In the given article the attempt to define economic safety of the enterprise from the point of view of interests of the owner, without ignoring thus all parties interested in its activity is undertaken. To achieve the set goal the analysis of the mechanism of influence on efficiency of activity of the enterprise which characterizes the degree of its economic security is carried out. Problems of ensuring economic security of enterprises of different branches of economy are indicated. Author's definitions are given, principles are formulated and approaches to solving the problem of ensuring economic security of enterprises are defined. The ways of improvement of activity on maintenance of economic safety of the enterprise are specified and methodical recommendations are given. Proceeding from the interests of owners, the market must synchronize the actions of enterprisessellers and buyers, establishing a balance between the volume of output and price. From this point of view, the economic security of the enterprise consists in the guaranteed receipt of income, satisfying, first of all, the owner. Sufficient attention is paid to the role of the state, interested in the creation of enterprises oriented to the export of their products. Different attitude of the state to the enterprises, the production of which is intended for internal and external markets, is revealed. Each enterprise acts in the market not only as the seller, but also as the buyer. Therefore, its existence, i.e. its safety, depends on other sellers as well. Therefore, by acting both as a seller and a buyer, the enterprise can ensure its security through the efficient use of the property at its disposal. Therefore, the preservation and growth of property is the main task of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. The article is devoted to the study of the application of virtual reality technologies in the field of HR management as one of the conditions of innovative changes in a company. It is based on the examples of foreign companies. The article shows which problems in recruitment, onboarding and training can be solved with the help of virtual reality. Using of virtual reality in HR management demonstrates the formation of a positive image of the company as an innovative and advanced employer, an increase in responses to vacancies, as well as saving time and money for conducting interviews and assessments. Methodological Aspects of Strategic Controlling of Digital Transformation of Transport and Logistics System 运输物流系统数字化转型战略控制的方法论方面

The present technological mode featuring the use of end-to-end digital platforms and technologies has caused transition of the transport branch to the qualitatively new development level intellectualisation of transportation organization. An important condition for provision of competitiveness of the national transport and logistical system in the world market of transport services is intensification of innovative activity of economic subjects in accordance with the main vector of its development increase of the speed of delivery of cargoes and transportation of passengers. To raise efficiency and productivity of the process of digital transformation on transport, it is proposed to use the tool of strategic controlling. The article describes the main issues of methodology of strategic controlling in part of building its basic element the system of indices of innovative activity closely tied with the purposes of its implementation corresponding to the specificity of transport and logistical activity and expectations of its key stakeholders. The article describes the main feasibilities and threats of presently used and prospective digital solutions in transport which are recommended to be considered during upgrading of transport and logistical system. To solve the tasks of the research work, indicative method of planning was used, and also methods of expert estimates, generalisation, grouping, probability and impact matrix. The proposed system of indices of innovative development of transport and logistical system is designed to provide successful and efficient achievement of its strategic goals in the area of digital transformation, monitoring of innovative activity of economic subjects on micro-, mesoand macro levels of management. Revelation of the present day challenges of digital development of transport generates the basis for preparation of activities aimed at increase of efficiency of transport and logistical system functioning, achievement of the maximum positive synergetic effect by all the participants of transport process. The differences of conversions in working with target audience at different decision-making funnel levels 不同决策漏斗层次的目标受众转化的差异

The article presents the results of a study analyzing the conversion rate at different levels of the purchase funnel in the educational market. A theoretical model of the purchase funnel and its surrounding environment is shown, assumptions about the reasons for differences in conversion rates are made, and a classification of marketing activities is proposed. A statistical inference of the hypotheses was carried out; the difference between the conversion rates to the target at zero and the next levels of the purchase funnel was statistically proved. The leads about the impossibility of verifying the consumer movement through the purchase funnel without analyzing most sources in a consistent system are made. The proposals for the use of marketing communication theory for various levels and elements of the purchase funnel were made. The study is based on collected unique statistics with a sample size of more than 50,000 records

Smart Grid – the concept, trends and stakeholders’ analysis 智能电网——概念、趋势和利益相关者分析

Throughout the last century, global demand for electricity increased, resulting in a growing number of power plants and related infrastructure. Along with this, the demand for modernization and automation of electric networks has risen. Different industrial trends, such as digitalization and integration emerged in various industries, including energy production, result in the creation of the Smart Grid concept. Smart Grid is a term for an intelligent network that extends the distribution and transport system of electricity to optimize ongoing operations and opening new markets for alternative energy. The Smart Grid has different properties, such as increased use of digital and monitoring technologies, demand management, integration of smart metering devices and consumer devices, providing consumers with real time information and management capabilities. Smart Grid is a complex concept, which has to be analyzed for the point of implementation complexity. The key components of this implementation complexity have the technology and the organizational cores. Technological complexity includes component production, technical implementation of networks, reliability and security, and privacy. At the same time, organizational complexity is associated with the interests of a huge number of different stakeholders and their goals. All these points complicate the implementation of technology and the creation of a unified potential implementation framework. This research papers addresses the Smart Grid technology in order to create its comprehensive understanding and develop this implementation framework based on world-wide standard of Enterprise Architecture. At the same time, very often the opportunities to use blockchain in the banking sector are not covered. Therefore, it is necessary to study all the ways of using blocking technology in the bank. The use of digital technologies for the Russian Arctic energy infrastructure assessment 数字技术在俄罗斯北极能源基础设施评估中的应用

Despite the predominance in the economic specialization of the Russian Arctic regions of industries, one way or another related to energy, the problem of their fuel and energy supply, as a special category of consumers of the domestic energy market, still retains its high relevance. The aim of the study was to identify current trends in transport, logistics and energy subsystems on the basis of data obtained with the help of digital technologies. To achieve this goal, information tools for spatial data placement, in particular, geographic information systems (GIS) are used. The research methodology is based on the territorial-sectoral approach. Investment digital maps and regional registers of investment projects made on the basis of "Investor" GIS class are used as an information base of the study. The main directions of further formation of transport and energy subsystems in the Arctic as part of the national transport and energy complexes are determined. It is established that the modernization of the Arctic gas transportation complex and territorial gasification have become one of the basic directions of improving regional energy. The practical experience of implementation of transport and energy projects in the Russian Arctic is considered. It is determined that in the processes of formation of the territorial infrastructure of the Arctic regions, a pronounced imbalance of investment support between the programs of development of industrial and municipal energy has been established. Consumers attraction to the crowdfunding of innovative products in digital era 消费者对数字时代创新产品众筹的吸引力

The promotion of innovative products in the Internet requires the constant updating of content, which eventually loses its relevance. For the modern BtC market, crowdfunding, as a model of searching for a project investments based on non-financial rewards for consumers, becomes more and more popular. On crowdfunding, the content plays the role of a marketing tool, which forms consumer’s interest in an innovative product, and generally attracting them to the project. The effectiveness of content depends on the rate of its obsolescence and is associated with the rate of consumers attraction. This article assesses the rate of content obsolescence on Internet-sites similar to crowdfunding, as well as the rate at which consumers are attracted to Russian crowdfunding platforms on the basis of data from 200 campaigns. Energy Improvement District: case from Polytechnic University 能源改善区:来自理工大学的案例

The study addresses to harness the full energy savings potential of existing city's structures, to elaborate holistic strategies that integrate sector-based approaches, and to engage energy consumers in strategic energy planning for energy improvement district (EID). The article presents results of a case study of Peter the Great St. Petersburg Polytechnic University campus as an EID. SPbPU is considered as a typical object, possessing properties that are inherent in a large number of territorial entities of St. Petersburg, where there are real estate objects that are in private, state and regional ownership. Using the method of identifying stakeholders, the article analyzes the stakeholders of the EID at SPbPU. The EID special characteristics are highlighted which obstruct to motivate main users on resource saving. In combination with the SWOT analysis, this allows us to identify gaps and challenges in creation of a resource-saving motivation system for the main users. Results of the study form a background for development of strategic plan for EID with close interaction of main stakeholders. Invariant components of the case study that are of interest for other EID were selected and described. Keywords—energy efficiency, stakeholders motivation, strategy energy planning

Motivating factors for university students to use digital technologies in educational process 大学生在教育过程中使用数字技术的激励因素

The study considers the formation of human capital in the transition to a digital economy that places new demands on the competences of future specialists working in new conditions. Educational programs of universities need to be modernized; in particular, this means adopting a broad range of information and communication technologies in the educational process. We have carried out a survey of students from 6 universities of the Northwestern and Southern Federal Districts. We have confirmed that forming a digital infrastructure in the educational environment of universities is a factor of key importance. Analyzing hygiene factors, we have found they were at a sufficient level. We have identified the motivating factors for using digital technologies in higher education and developed a set of recommendations aimed at improving the use of information and communication technologies by students.
