Studies have been carried out on the influence of some taxation indicators (forest type, completeness, age, bonitet and composition of stands) on the infestation of oak growth with the causative agent of core rot - false oak tinder Phellinus robustus (Karst.) Bourd.et Galz. The influence of these indicators for the infection of oak with tinder has been established. Key words: taxation indicators, false oak tinder, infestation of trees.

The Ulyanovsk region is rich in water natural monuments, and the Yulovsky pond is one of the oldest. At the same time, there is no generally accepted methodology for conducting environmental monitoring for protected water bodies. We propose one of the options for the methodology for assessing the anthropogenic load on protected water bodies in order to optimize the protection regime of these territories. Key words: Yulovsky pond, ecological monitoring, specially protected natural area, chemical analysis of water, analysis of vegetation.

Were examined 120 young men and young women. The analysis of the component composition was carried out using bioimpedance analysis by the MEDASS device. The coefficient of the aging rate was calculated according to the formula of A.G. Gorelkina. A correlation was established between the components of body composition and the rate of aging. The probability of accelerated aging of the body increases in the presence of excess fat mass. 25% of young men and 18.3% of young women belong to the risk group with an increased content of adipose tissue and a reduced content of skeletal muscles. Key words: aging, biological age, body component composition, students.

In order to determine the role of ENOS (C774T) gene polymorphism in the progression of acute peritonitis and the formation of complications, a clinical and biochemical study of 40 patients with acute peritonitis was conducted. As a result of the study, it was proved that the early period of acute peritonitis is characterized by the development of endogenous intoxication, intensification of oxidative phenomena, hypercoagulation of the homeostasis system and inhibition of fibrinolysis, and in patients with acute peritonitis, carriers of the pathological TT genotype of the endothelial nitric oxide synthase gene, more pronounced deviations of homeostatic parameters are observed. Key words: acute peritonitis, genotype, DNA diagnostics, genetic testing of genotypes.

The functioning of the immune system of people exposed to prolonged exposure to natural factors has been monitored and the main immunity indicators have been studied in practically healthy population of different mountain heights in Chui and Naryn regions. Indicators of specific immunity in the residents of the zone of compensated discomfort is reduced compared with the standards of the zone of relative comfort and refers to the mixed type with suppression of cellular and humoral immunity, apparently, this is associated with the climatic and geographical and environmental characteristics of the region. Key words: adaptation, immune system, T- lymphocytes, B- lymphocytes, immunoglobulins, circulating immune complexes, mountainous conditions.

The study was carried out in 10-, 14-15-, 18-20-day-old embryos and 1-2-day-old chickens of the Hy-Line breed. In chickens during embryogenesis, the peculiarities of the relationship between the main indicator of the ontogenetic growth of organs and tissues - the content of intracellular water by previously measured values: with the concentration of protein and nucleic acids in the organs of chicken embryos of different ages - were assessed. It was found that in the period of 10-19 days of embryogenesis, the growth of organs is accompanied by a significant decrease in water content to varying degrees: noticeably higher in the liver and in the cerebral hemispheres - up to 14 days; from the 19th day, these changes are less pronounced. The results of the studied indicator in the muscles indicate advanced embryonic development with a more pronounced decrease in the water content in the red oxidative muscles in comparison with white muscles, where the decrease in the indicator is less pronounced. Key words: chicken embryos, protein, nucleic acid, water content, pectoralis alba and gastrocnemius muscle.

The study was carried out on male Wistar rats anesthetized by urethane. The rats were cooled in water until breathing stopped; after 5 minutes, mechanical ventilation of the lungs was started, which activated the work of the heart. The animals were not removed from the water, the heart rate decreased, the heart stopped at rectal temperature (Tr) 9,6±0,7°, in the esophagus (Te) 11,9±0,6°C. Then the rats were taken out of the water, a saline heating pad (38-40 °C) was applied to the chest area. As a result, the heart temperature increased, the heart rate began to rise; their own respiration appeared at Tp 18,6±0,8° and Te 21,6±0,9°C. It is concluded that the supply of oxygen to the heart and warming contribute to the restoration of its work, and the resumption of its own breathing. Key words: hypothermia, rat, artificial respiration, heart, respiration.

100 patients with functional class II-III exertional angina were examined. The subjects underwent a 10-day course of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in the 1.2 ATA mode for 40 minutes, against the background of standard therapy for coronary heart disease (IHD). Before and after HBO, the platelet link of hemostasis and the elastic properties of the platelet membrane were assessed. Assessment of the effect of the HBO course on the functional state of platelets, depending on their aggregation activity, showed that in patients with initially normal platelet aggregation, there is a tendency to a decrease in spontaneous aggregation, in contrast to patients with initial hypoaggregation, HBO promoted a significant increase in spontaneous aggregation. The use of a 10-day course of HBO was accompanied by a reaction of reducing the elasticity of the platelet biomembrane. Key words: aggregation; atomic force microscopy; platelet membrane; hyperbaric oxygenation.
