The study of the characteristics of the reactions of the links of external respiration and gas exchange at various stages of performing a step-increasing load and at maximum load with various aerobic capabilities of the body was carried out. The data obtained indicate that the level of aerobic capabilities of the body determines the characteristics of the reactions of the links of external respiration and gas exchange at various stages of performing a step-increasing load and at maximum load. Key words: functional reserves of organism, gas transportation system, maximum oxygen consumption, aerobic capacity of organism, gas exchange.

The Methodology of Comprehensive Music and Vocal Education (CMVE) is a powerful pedagogical instrument which helps a person's to improve its voice and musicality. Because several zones, such is auditory, somatosensory, motor (mainly due to the inclusion of hands and speech motor apparatus) and visual are actively involved, which is active contributes to a change in the picture of the dominant centers of the cortex, stimulates and develops such cognitive functions as attention, speech, memory, praxis. Neuroplasticity is closely related to music education, as indicated, for example, by such work as G. Schlaug, which explains some of the sensorimotor and cognitive improvements associated with music education. This allows us to assume and test the effects of neuroplasticity when working according to the CMVE method, which also uses different modalities. To investigate event-related potentials, the authors use a two-stimulus selective attention test (VCPT Go / NoGo test). Key words: EEG, ERP, VCPT-task, musical-vocal education by D.E. Ogorodnov.

A comprehensive examination of patients with chronic catarrhal gingivitis and with exacerbation of chronic catarrhal gingivitis with the inclusion of indicators of the microcirculatory link of the hemostasis system was carried out. In patients with exacerbation of chronic catarrhal gingivitis, platelet aggregation activity is increased compared to that in healthy individuals. This is accompanied by a statistically significant increase in the maximum degree of aggregation, a change in the time to reach the maximum degree of platelet aggregation Key words: platelet aggregation, catarrhal gingivitis, exacerbation of chronic catarrhal gingivitis.

An exploration of 110 healthy men (not involved in sports and athletes) with the use of hypoxic loads was carried out. It is established that the specifics of the regulation of gas exchange depend on the nature of training loads (aerobic or mixed), which are manifested in the parameters of chemoreflector reactivity, the pattern of external respiration, gas exchange and activity of the autonomic nervous system under hypoxic load. As sports qualifications grow, the mechanisms of intersystem integration of the functions of the cardio-respiratory system are improved, which is manifested in an increase in cardiorespiratory coherence. Key words: athletes, hypoxia, cardiorespiratory system, gas exchange of the body, chemoreceptor reactivity.

The effect of the synthetic PSMA peptide on dividing cells of laboratory animals was studied. The experiment was carried out on male white laboratory mice of the BALB/c-line. The toxic effect of PSMA peptidi was evaluated at therapeutic (1.4 μg / kg of animal weight or 0.04 μg / animal) and subtoxic (140 μg / kg of animal weight or 4.0 μg / animal) doses. The cytotoxic effect of PSMA peptide on red bone marrow cells and cambial intestinal cells of the of laboratory mice was determined. A decrease in the proliferative activity of the colon crypt cells was revealed upon administration of a subtoxic dose of the PSMA peptide and there were no signs of toxic damage to the red bone marrow cells of animals. Key words: toxicity, proliferation, synthetic peptides, mitotic index, micronucleus test.

A significant part of the territory of Kazakhstan is characterized by a high natural background radiation of soils and rocks, the spread of natural ground and underground waters with high concentrations of radionuclides in the regions of uranium, thorium and rare metal ore provinces and regions. Therefore, conducting high-quality radio monitoring of the state of the environment using modern information systems will make it possible to predict the background radiation in a timely manner and outline measures to reduce environmental risks to the health of the nation as a whole. In order to determine the effectiveness of the use of remaxol based on a personalized approach in patients with acute pancreatitis, based on the establishment of gene polymorphism of integrin beta-3 (T1565C, ITGB3), integrin alpha-2 (C807T, ITGA2), fibrinogen (G(-455)A, FGB) and plasminogen activator inhibitor (5G(-675)4G, SERPINE1), a study of 84 patients with acute pancreatitis of varying severity was conducted. As a result of the study, it was proved that in order to increase the effectiveness of treatment of patients with severe acute pancreatitis upon admission, in addition to clinical, laboratory and instrumental studies, it is necessary to conduct genetic testing of the genotypes of the polymorphism of the GPIIa gene (T1565C), ITGA2 (C807T), FGB (G(-455)A) and SERPINE1 (5G(-675)4G) to develop a personalized approach in the treatment of this severe category of patients. The study was conducted on male Wistar rats. We used 4 mathematically related series of doses prepared by sequential dilution of water from a man-made lake according to the scheme: arsenic: 0.15 - 0.05 - 0.016 - 0.0055, antimony: 0.68 - 0.227 - 0.075 - 0.025 mg/l. The animals were examined before inoculation (background), on days 40 and 90 of the experiment, taking into account the processes of cumulation of chemical elements in the kidneys. New data on the nature of nephrotoxic effects of arsenic and antimony in the long-term combined intake into the body of laboratory animals have been obtained. Objective: to evaluate changes in systemic and cerebral hemodynamics during percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord and in combination of electrical stimulation with mechanotherapy. Methodology. The subjects underwent percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord, the duration of the session was 5 minutes. Mechanotherapy was performed using a treadmill. The subjects performed walking at a power of 25W. for 5 minutes. Hemodynamics was evaluated before and after the electrical stimulation session, as well as before and after the mechanical therapy session on the track in combination with percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord. To study systemic and regional hemodynamics, a rheograph-polyanalyzer "REAN-POLY" was used. Results. Electrical stimulation of the spinal cord does not lead to significant changes in systemic and cerebral hemodynamics. Percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord in combination with physical exertion leads to reactive changes in systemic hemodynamics, increased blood filling and venous outflow, against the background of a decrease in peripheral resistance of cerebral vessels. Key words: electrostimulation, percutaneous electrostimulation, mechanotherapy, systemic hemodynamics, regional hemodynamics.
