100 patients with functional class II-III exertional angina were examined. The subjects underwent a 10-day course of hyperbaric oxygenation (HBO) in the 1.2 ATA mode for 40 minutes, against the background of standard therapy for coronary heart disease (IHD). Before and after HBO, the platelet link of hemostasis and the elastic properties of the platelet membrane were assessed. Assessment of the effect of the HBO course on the functional state of platelets, depending on their aggregation activity, showed that in patients with initially normal platelet aggregation, there is a tendency to a decrease in spontaneous aggregation, in contrast to patients with initial hypoaggregation, HBO promoted a significant increase in spontaneous aggregation. The use of a 10-day course of HBO was accompanied by a reaction of reducing the elasticity of the platelet biomembrane. Key words: aggregation; atomic force microscopy; platelet membrane; hyperbaric oxygenation.

The study was carried out on male Wistar rats anesthetized by urethane. The rats were cooled in water until breathing stopped; after 5 minutes, mechanical ventilation of the lungs was started, which activated the work of the heart. The animals were not removed from the water, the heart rate decreased, the heart stopped at rectal temperature (Tr) 9,6±0,7°, in the esophagus (Te) 11,9±0,6°C. Then the rats were taken out of the water, a saline heating pad (38-40 °C) was applied to the chest area. As a result, the heart temperature increased, the heart rate began to rise; their own respiration appeared at Tp 18,6±0,8° and Te 21,6±0,9°C. It is concluded that the supply of oxygen to the heart and warming contribute to the restoration of its work, and the resumption of its own breathing. Key words: hypothermia, rat, artificial respiration, heart, respiration.

Hydrogen sulfide is one of the gas-transmitters that also performs other biological functions. The antioxidant property of this substance is one of the important ones. The research was conducted on rats of both sexes between 6 and 18 days of age. We have shown that the offspring of females injected subcutaneously with hydrogen sulfide increased the area and luminescence of nerve terminals during postnatal ontogenesis, which can be further used to level the effects of hyperhomocysteinemia on synaptic transmission. Key words: neuromuscular synapse, fluorescent microscopy, hydrogen sulfide.

130 children and adolescents aged 6 to 16 years with a diagnosis of autoimmune thy-roiditis (AIT) at the stage of hypothyroidism underwent a course of hypoxytherapy. The high ef-ficiency of the normobaric interval hypoxic training method in the treatment of hypothyroidism on the background of AIT is shown. An increase in the function and number of CD8+ cells after a course of hypoxytherapy prevents the progression of the autoimmune process and promotes the restoration of thyroid function, which in turn leads to positive dynamics in the neurological status of patients: improved indicators of mental performance and fine coordination of move-ments. Key words: autoimmune thyroiditis, hypothyroidism, hypoxytherapy, interval hypoxic training, neuroimmunoendocrine disorders.

Millions of people around the world suffer from disorders caused by injuries and diseases of the brain and spinal cord. The combination of brain-computer interfaces and neuromodulation technologies is a new approach that could revolutionize the treatment of these disorders. In this study, we tested the effectiveness of a technique in which a patient with a spinal cord injury first undergoes spinal cord stimulation and then participates in a rehabilitation session using a brain-computer interface based on the P300 principle, which decodes visual-motor transformation and uses an assistive robot that moves the patient’s arm, and virtual reality. All healthy participants of the study were able to combine these two techniques without any undesirable effects; studies on patients with spinal cord injury are ongoing. System integration of the two methods has been already performed, and in the future, upon completion of this work, the neural interface will be able to control the stimulation parameters. We propose such integrated systems as a new approach to neurorehabilitation. Key words: brain-computer interface, neuromodulation, spinal cord stimulation, spinal cord trauma, P300, visuomotor transformation.

It is shown that changes of heart rate variability (HRV) in students with morning, afternoon and evening chronotypes under cognitive load are characterized by seasonal dependence. A more pronounced seasonal modulation of HRV is characteristic of "pigeons", whose background values of HRV parameters and responses to load during the school day are greater in the autumn-winter period than in the spring-summer period. In" larks", HRV changes in the conditions of cognitive activity dominate in the spring-summer season, and in "owls" – in the autumn-winter season, but the observed reactions are weaker than in "pigeons". The observed differences in HRV may be caused by seasonal features of mechanisms of the heart adaptation in different chronotypes. Keywords: heart rate variability, seasons of the year, chronotypes, cognitive load.

Migraine is a debilitating neurological disorder that affects approximately 1 billion people worldwide. It is known that migraine is associated with the activity of the trigeminal nerve, therefore, many studies are aimed at studying changes in the activity of the meningeal nerve fibers. It is known that inflammatory processes accompanied by temperature rise are often accompanied by headaches. Therefore, we investigated the effect of temperature increase on trigeminal nerve activity. It turned out that temperature increase leads to a significant increase in the frequency of action potentials in the trigeminal nerve. Key words: migraine, trigeminal nerve, cluster analysis, action potential.

In order to find informative statically significant laboratory criteria for endotoxicosis in the diagnosis of acute renal injury, a clinical and biochemical study of 40 patients with acute renal injury developed against the background of renal urological and extrarenal surgical pathology was conducted. The results of the study demonstrate pronounced changes in the mechanisms of antioxidant protection that develop in patients with acute renal injury. Deviations from the initial level of the studied criteria are interrelated with many links of pathogenesis, where one of the central links is ischemia of the renal parenchyma. The progression of endogenous intoxication, taking into account the data obtained, confirmed by a decrease in prooxidant protection contributes to the progression of intrarenal changes, aggravating functional changes in renal and extrarenal injuries. Key words: significance of endotoxicosis criteria, acute renal injury, endotoxicosis, serum creatinine, glomerular filtration rate.

The experience of the volunteer movement Kostroma State University´ (KSU) students in the rehabilitation center for the disabled of all ages and categories (RCD) and physical education classes in the Karaganda Medical University (MUK) ´ physical health center is presented. It has been established that in order to adapt children and persons with disabilities (limited health) to social life, it is necessary to involve them in the optimal level of physical activity, which entails the restoration of mental and vegetative functions of the body. There is a need to unite healthy persons and persons with disabilities into one group, as a result of which persons with disabilities acquire a sense of confidence, openness and gullibility towards the people around them and the coaching staff. Key words: healthy lifestyle (HLS), inclusion, adaptive physical education, disabilities, persons with limited health, inclusive competences, quasi-professional activity.

At the present time very little is known about interactions between systemic inflammation and control of respiration. The aim of this study was to compare the respiratory effects of the main inflammatory cytokine TNF - α before and after pretreatment with diclofenac, a nonspecific cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitor. In experiments on anesthetized, tracheostomized rats, pneumotachometry method was used to measure peak airflow and respiratory rate. The ventilatory response to hypoxia was investigated by the rebreathing method. It is shown that an increase in the systemic level of TNF – α causes a significant increase in the minute volume of respiration, tidal volume, the average speed of the inspiratory flow. In contrast the slope of the hypoxic ventilatory response decreased after administration of TNF-α. Diclofenac pretreatment eliminated these respiratory effects of TNF - α. The data indicate that the ability of TNF - α to enhance basal ventilation and to reduce the ventilatory hypoxic response is mediated by the cyclooxygenase pathway. Key words: tumor necrosis factor – α, hypoxia, prostaglandins, peripheral chemoreception, respiration.
