The effect of noninvasive trasnscutaneous spinal cord stimulation (scTS) on walking parameters in patients after a cerebral infarction or ischemic stroke was investigated. It has been shown that after the use of scTS while walking on the floor the speed of movement, the length of the step cycle, the height of the foot elevation and the amplitude of movements in the hip, knee and ankle joints increased, which shows the ability of using scT to correct walking after a stroke. It was shown that an increase level of proinflammatory cytokines has a modulating effect on the reflex control of respiration. The aim of this study was to investigate the involvement of neuronal nitric oxide synthase (nNOS) in the mechanisms of the influence of an increased level of Tumor necrosis factor – α (TNF-α) on the hypoxic ventilatory response. To achieve this goal, experiments were carried out on urethane anesthetized rats with intravenous administration of TNF-α before and after pretreatment with 7-nitroindazole specific nNOS inhibitor. The hypoxic ventilation response was assessed by rebreathing with a hypoxic gas mixture before and after administration of TNF-α. We found that TNF-α decreased the ventilatory response to hypoxia. The studies were carried out on adolescents-mountaineers living in high-mountainous areas (2800 m above sea level, in Naryn, Osh, Issyk-Kul regions, 260 people). The markers of the functional activity of the brain were revealed, which characterize maladjustment functional changes on the EEG. Information databases of EEG parameters of adolescents living at an altitude of 2800 m have been created with the identification of the peculiarities of regional EEG standards, "electronic passports of the functional state of health" of adolescents were developed. The systemic and intersystemic restructuring of the body was identified, allowing to distinguish groups of persons with an unstable functional state, exposed to stressful environmental influences. The results of content analysis of the role of polymorphism of the ACE gene genotype (RS4646994) in persons employed in the Arctic region are presented. It has been shown that it can be recommended as a universal marker in the diagnosis of not only essential hypertension, but other diseases of the cardiovascular system. In order to reduce the risk of developing pathological conditions, when planning official activities in the Arctic region, it is advisable to build professional selection, taking into account not only their genetic predisposition, but also the body's ability to maintain homeostasis. The quality of life indicators of 70 patients who underwent reconstructive and reconstructive breast surgery were studied. We used a depression test questionnaire and questionnaires on the quality of life. The patients were divided into 3 groups. It was found that a higher level of depression in group II compared to group I. Low level of depression in group III. Indicators of the physical component of health are the highest in group II compared to groups I and III. Low indicators of the physical component of health in group III patients. Indicators of the psychological component of health are higher in group III compared to groups II and I. Higher indicators of the psychological component of health in patients of groups II and III. The study involved 15 men with movement disorders of central origin. We used percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord with the application of electrodes in the projection of the lumbar thickening, proprioceptive stimulation, and their combination. The data obtained showed the effectiveness of the combined course of percutaneous electrical stimulation of the spinal cord and proprioceptive stimulation on changes in the excitability of spinal locomotor neural networks. The article presents the results of assessment and dynamic control over the functional state of military men in the midlands conditions. Depending on the initial type of autonomic regulation, groups with vagotonic (24%), sympatotonic (26%) and normotonic (50%) directions of regulatory processes were identified. It has been established that the state of optimal working voltage with more economical functioning of regulatory mechanisms is characteristic of carriages; for sympathotonics - an overstrain of regulatory mechanisms, and for normotonics - a moderate tension of regulatory systems with the mobilization of the functional reserves of the body.
