The article presents the results of the development of a stochastic model for simulating time meteorological series (stochastic weather generator). Modeling of artificial meteorological series with a discreteness of one day is performed on the basis of the Monte Carlo method for the following elements: maximum and minimum air temperature, solar radiation, wind speed, relative humidity, amount and intensity of precipitation. When developing the stochastic model, the ground-level network observations of the State Institution «Republican Hydrometeorological Center» for the Minsk OMN (ф = 53.92°, Z = 27.63°) obtained for the period from 2000-2020 were used. The resulting simulated meteorological series are statistically identical to the actual series.

The leading cause of human death throughout the world is atherothrombosis of various localization. The key point in the fight against this pathology is the appointment of antiplatelet agents. These drugs differ from each other in the mechanism of inhibiting platelet activity. Prasugrel, an antagonist of the thienopyridine class, is a potent inhibitor of platelet activation and aggregation mediated by platelet ADP receptors of the P2Y12 class.

The work analyzes the factors influencing the development of excess, deficiency, or imbalance of macro-and microelements in the organism of 7-10-year-old children living in a large industrial city. Based on a questionnaire survey, it was revealed that the development of natural exogenous microelementosis associated with a lack of B, Mo, Zn, Mn, Se in the soil is subject to more than 80 % of respondents, iodine deficiency - 30 %. The risks of acquiring technogenic microelementosis by the population are possible as a result of the increased content of Pb, Cu, Sn, Cr, Co in the soil, Ni, Sn, Zr, Cr, Cu, Co in the production of meadow and agrophytocenoses, Fe and Mn in the water. More than 40 % of children consume tap water without preliminary preparation, 4 % of families periodically use water from wells. The development of natural endogenous microelementosis is possible in 12-58 % cases, iatrogenic microelementosis - in more than 6 % cases.

The study of the genesis of domestic animals in zoogeographic, phylogenetic and cytogenetic aspects allowed us to identify patterns of occurrence and development of various diseases and to predict their dynamics in connection with changes in the complex conditions of their habitat. It was found that among the examined group of dogs in 80,3% of cases were benign neoplasms, in 19,7% of cases the possibility of the occurrence and development of malignant neoplasms was diagnosed. Malignant neoplasms of the skin among the examined cats are detected more often and make up 63,0%, benign - 37,0%, respectively.

The article presents the results of studies of systems with natural aeration (NAS) used for the treatment of domestic wastewater in the countries of Central Asia, both in cities and in small settlements. NAS of artificial and natural origin, with depths of 2.0-4.0 m were studied. It was shown that in their hydrological characteristics NAS are close to natural reservoirs of the lake-pond complex - eutrophic lakes. It has been established that during the operation bottom sediments accumulate in them, the greatest thickness of which is noted in the initial part of the NAS. The formation of bottom sediments occurs under anaerobic conditions with the active participation of bacterial microflora in the processes of mineralization. In terms of moisture, ash content and organic matter content, NAS bottom sediments are similar to sapropels of eutrophic lakes.

Compartmental models are used for mathematical modeling and subsequent computational experiment of the dynamics of the spread of infectious diseases. The initial population is divided into isolated compartments (compartments), individuals move between the compartments in accordance with the specified parameters. These models most often work with systems of ordinary differential equations and are used to predict the spread of infectious diseases, the duration of epidemics, make it possible to estimate various epidemiological parameters, and, by introducing the necessary compartments, make it possible to predict the impact of various kinds of public health measures on the development and outcome of infectious disease epidemics.

A methodology and a computer program have been developed for preliminary analysis and selection of qualitative observational data by the atmospheric air monitoring system in order to form a unified database and further more complex processing. The program converts the data to a single specified format, analyzes the completeness of observation data at individual observation periods and possible errors due to poor-quality measuring equipment, calculates the monthly average values of the measured parameters and their variances.

Conjugates of Pd (II) coproporphyrin I N-hydroxysuccinimide ester with ferritin-specific monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2a subclass were obtained in a one-step conjugation reaction, with antigen-binding activity increased by 3-7 times. The two-phase dependence of the functional activity of the conjugates on the depth of modification indicates the presence of two populations of modified amino groups. Modification of the more accessible ones leads to functional activation of the IgG molecule. Advantages in binding to an antigen of modified monoclonal antibodies HSF 102 compared to native monoclonal antibodies are shown.
