The improved detecting method of harmonic current is put forward based on the instantaneous reactive power theory. In this method, the harmonic current is detected by average current. At the same time the method has the characteristics of simple structure, strong real-time and good dynamic response. In the paper, the proposed method is used to carry out MATLAB simulation for real example. The results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

The paper presents a deterministic model, which takes into account the final water storage and the effects of water head, for optimal mid-long term generation scheduling of a hydrothermal system. Considering its large scale mixed integer nonlinear structure, a hybrid algorithm based on Genetic Algorithm and decomposition algorithm is developed to solve it. The model is divided into thermal power dispatch and hydro power dispatch subproblems respectively by using reservoir volumes as genetic variables which consider the complex relationship between reservoirs. These two subproblems are independently solved according to their own characteristics. The simulation results reveal that comparing with GA the hybrid algorithm is an effective method with shorter computation time and higher precision.

Digital mapping camera is an important tool for modern airborne photogrammetry. Monochromic area CCD which is full frame transfer is selected as image sensor in this paper. Electronic shutter is utilized to eliminate the opening delay of mechanical shutter which will affect the precision of exterior orientation elements acquisition. The equation for calculation displacement of principal point is proposed for TDI forward image motion compensation to compensate principal point shift. Imaging pose control system is designed in order to meet the need for airborne stereo mapping.

The piezoelectric ceramics sensors are embedded in the concrete columns with large and small eccentric compression for crack online monitoring. The digital oscilloscope receiver is applied to obtain in real-time the full waveform characteristics of acoustic emission signal during the column damage process. Using signal processing and passive monitoring technology, this article conducts crack development of real-time dynamic monitoring and evaluation on the damage process of the two specimens by the piezoelectric sensors. The experiment results show that the generation and development of the cracks are obviously companying with the acoustic emission phenomena. The energy accumulation process of the acoustic emission signal has obvious deference from the two specimens and shows basically the property of the cracks development. This technology opens a new road for real-time monitoring and damage detection on line for cracks of concrete structures.

In the present paper, an adaptive α-β filtering algorithm is adapted for the motion compensation of EIS(electronic image stabilization). It is characterized of less computation, and easy to be realized in real-time. Inter-frame global motion vectors were predicted by feature corners matching based motion estimation. The global camera motion was defined in terms of constant velocity motion models, and adaptive α-β filtering was employed to facilitate smooth operation. Experimental results for many video sequences show that the method can eliminate high frequency dithering, remain the meaningful motion of camera and realize real-time image stabilization satisfactorily. The present algorithm is more robust and higher veracity comparing with other algorithms.

In this paper, a time-frequency filter is designed, which can detect the frequency, amplitude and phase of any order harmonics and interharmonics in signal by means of time domain convolution. Negative half-axis frequency is restrained with Hilbert transform. The theory analysis are carried to this method and the calculate formula are concluded, the spectral leakage and the barrier domino offect are shun, the non-integer order wave are eluded, which are engendered in Fourier domain. Experiment simulation results show that time-frequency filtering convolution flunction can be designed and realized neatly and be real-time implemented conveniently in engineering application; the influences of fundamental frequency fluctuation on harmonic analysis are restrained by using the approach presented in this paper; the calculating frequencies with many order harmonics and interharmonics are nicety, the amplitudes and the initial phases are detected in high-accurately.

H-matrix, as a power tool in mathematics, plays an important role in some application fields such as computations and computing methods. However, it is very difficult to determine the matrix to be H-matrix. By using α diagonally dominant matrix, we give some new sufficient conditions to judge nonsingular H-matrix and thus we extend the criteria standard of nonsingular H-matrix.

Learning to predict communication faults from alarm sequences is an important, real-world problem in communication networks. There are various methods from the areas of statistics and data mining for this purpose. In order to improve predictive efficiency, we propose a prediction with Sparse Bayesian Method (PSBM) in this paper. Furthermore, we also provide the mathematical formulation of the approach. Compared with Support Vector Machine (SVM) method, the new predictive algorithm not only has the same performance of prediction, but also has more accuracy with fewer predictive errors. In particular, our experimental results show that PSBM has only 70% number errors of SVM in the same test environment.
