Big data analytics and deep learning are two of data science's most promising areas of convergence. The importance of Big Data has grown recently as several organizations, both public and commercial, have been amassing large amounts of region-specific data that may provide useful information on topics like as national information, advanced security, blackmail area, development, and prosperity informatics. For Big Data Analytics, where data is often unstructured and unlabeled, Deep Learning's ability to analyze and learn from large amounts of data on its own is a crucial feature. In this review, we look at how Deep Learning can be used to solve some of the most pressing problems in Big Data Analytics, including model isolation from large data sets, semantic querying, data marking, smart data recovery, and the automation of discriminative tasks.

UMKM can contribute to the Indonesian economy. In general, MSMEs in the Indonesian economy have a major role in economic development, provide the largest employment opportunities, also play an important role in local economic development and community empowerment as well as creating new markets and sources of innovation. Women are not only focused on their role as housewives, but women are also a support in fulfilling the family economy without forgetting their nature and responsibilities as a woman and a housewife at the same time. In general, economic needs encourage a person to behave productively, as well as with women who feel the need to contribute to the economic prosperity of the family. A prosperous family is a family that has been able to meet all basic needs, social psychological needs and family development. This research is a study of the effectiveness of government assistance for women's UMKM in increasing family income, in North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency. This research raises the problem, namely: How the benefits of UMKM assistance for women entrepreneurs can increase family income. This research is a field research using qualitative method. Data collection techniques using observation, documentation and interviews. The data obtained, analyzed. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis, which consists of three streams of activities that take place simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This technique is used as a reference to make it easier to understand the descriptions presented as the final result of the research. The purpose of this study was to examine the effectiveness of government assistance for women's MSMEs in increasing family income in North Kawangkoan District, Minahasa Regency The results of this study indicate that with government assistance for Women's UMKM in North Kawangkoan District, it can increase family income. This study shows that with the assistance of venture capital through UMKM, women who previously did not work, and did not generate income, can create work businesses so that they can generate income that can support family needs which have an impact on family welfare.

Papusungan Village is located in South Lembeh District. Sea transportation activities or activities are interesting because this business is a business that is mostly carried out by the people of Papusungan Village. The purpose of this research is to find out and explain how Management Pattern of Sea Transportation Business in Papusungan Village, South Lembeh District, Bitung City. The method used is the survey method. Data collection is primary data and secondary data. The sampling method is using the purposive sampling method to get a sample, namely respondents who work in the field of sea transportation in Papusungan Village. The analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) which is then explained through quantitative and qualitative descriptive analysis. The results show the management pattern of the sea transportation business, namely: 1) Improving skills in the taxi boat business because there is no rejection from the community, 2) Increasing the standard of boat comfort and safety 3 ) Development and improvement of facilities and infrastructure for sea transportation business, 4 ) Cooperation between the government and taxi boat businesses, 5 ) There is a need for boat loading standards based on boat capacity to be measurable, 6) Policies from the government to further improve regulations for passenger safety for better transportation.

Conducting a survey of 200 questionnaires with contents related to evaluating the efficiency of pear production and trading in Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province, the authors found that pear tree is a suitable crop. In accordance with the soil and climate conditions in Tam Duong district, the productivity is the highest compared to other districts of Lai Chau province. The average profit is more than 21,000 VND/kg, so people are expanding the new planting area. However, the added value of pear trees in Tam Duong district is very low, mainly selling fresh fruit, processing activities are almost nonexistent. Using the SWOT analysis method, the authors have synchronously built strategic groups according to each content with the aim of improving the value of crops, increasing income for farmers and sustainably developing pear trees on the land of Tam Duong district, Lai Chau province

This study focused on identifying the outlook and challenges on career growth and development of all seventeen employees of the accounting office of a local government unit and is anchored on Systems Theory Framework of Career Development. Descriptive qualitative research design was employed and utilized total enumeration purposive sampling. Respondents were interviewed and data was gathered, transcribed, and thematically analyzed. Findings revealed that employees shared positive and negative outlook on career growth and development citing promotion, annual salary appraisal, and skills enhancement. Furthermore, challenges included demographic factors like age, educational background, market competition, lack of vision and personal purpose, slow promotion process, and management support. Therefore, the outlook and challenges of the employees focused on the career planning intervention, especially in ensuring that employees are given enough exposure and awareness on professional development and training to acquire skillset and qualifications to advance their careers and provide robust development of core policies to ensure everyone is treated fairly and just with regards to career advancement. Self-awareness, self-development, inclusive work environment and management support will help employees in their careers and professions.

Background: This research mainly consists of determining whether concrete with the addition of fiberglass helps in its physical and mechanical properties and properties on the compressive, bending and adsorption forces of concrete in Iraq. Aim of project: this paper aims to modelling of sample beam concrete when added fibre glass to know flexural strength. material and method: In this study, 4 samples were collected were distributed on (control sample - and 3 samples to which fibers were added in different proportions with dimension1000mmlength -150 width-150height ).The tests applied in this experiment were based on the discipline positioning test at the age of 28 days and The L.V.D.T deviation reader was relied upon until a failure occurred the sample ,The modelling of concrete beams was based on the according blender program. Results : These obtained data were analysed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. result showed compressive strength test of concrete beams had an increase compared to the control group when added 1.5% with 9.2%. It was noted that there were statistical differences between samples to which glass concrete fibers were added with the control group at p value <0.001 .the tensile strength achieved the highest value increase when glass fibers were added with 1.5% to become 5.3 MPA, The results of the three-dimensional modelling of concrete beams using the blender program appeared Great accuracy and convergence compared to the laboratory results of the research samples Conclusion: Reinforced concrete beams reinforced with glass fibers showed greater tensile and compression resistance compared to traditional reinforced concrete beams in order to achieve them and modelling the results helped in obtaining more accurate results, although there was no significant difference in the extracted result.

Domestic tourism is practiced worldwide. It greatly contributes to the number of visiting tourists and the national economy as well. However, it is still invisible and inadequately documented. This study intended to bridge this gap of knowledge by investigating the factors influencing domestic tourism using Arusha City, Tanzania as a case study. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative methods in data collection using semi-structured interviews and questionnaires respectively. A sample of 80 people was selected from a total population of 400 employees in eight different institutions in Arusha City. The Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), inferential and descriptive tools were used to analyse data. From this study, it was found that the major factors affecting domestic tourism in Tanzania include relatively high tax rate in the country compared to the other neighboring countries’ safaris, the cost charged for tourism services is generally unaffordable, the cost for food and drinks at attraction sites was found unaffordable, and there is low awareness of the available tourists' attractions. The study concluded that the major challenges facing domestic tourism in Tanzania are low awareness, poor quality of services provided to domestic tours, and few people having less interest in visiting the tourist attraction. The study recommends increased awareness on part of the policymakers, involvement of many stakeholders in the tourism sector, and academic institutions to develop new programs which allow students to have time to visit different attractions present in their region to instill enthusiasm in tourism industry.
