When it comes to AI and ML, precision in categorization is of the utmost importance. In this research, the use of supervised instance selection (SIS) to improve the performance of artificial neural networks (ANNs) in classification is investigated. The goal of SIS is to enhance the accuracy of future classification tasks by identifying and selecting a subset of examples from the original dataset. The purpose of this research is to provide light on how useful SIS is as a preprocessing tool for artificial neural network-based classification. The work aims to improve the input dataset to ANNs by using SIS, which may help with problems caused by noisy or redundant data. The ultimate goal is to improve ANNs' ability to identify data points properly across a wide range of application areas.

This study investigates the impact of employee engagement on firm performance within the small industrial sector in Syria. Drawing from a sample of 269 managers, the research utilized regression analysis to test the relationship between these two variables. Findings indicate a significant positive relationship between employee engagement and firm performance, contributing to the understanding of human resource management practices in this specific context.

Background: This research mainly consists of determining whether concrete with the addition of fiberglass helps in its physical and mechanical properties and properties on the compressive, bending and adsorption forces of concrete in Iraq. Aim of project: this paper aims to modelling of sample beam concrete when added fibre glass to know flexural strength. material and method: In this study, 4 samples were collected were distributed on (control sample - and 3 samples to which fibers were added in different proportions with dimension1000mmlength -150 width-150height ).The tests applied in this experiment were based on the discipline positioning test at the age of 28 days and The L.V.D.T deviation reader was relied upon until a failure occurred the sample ,The modelling of concrete beams was based on the according blender program. Results : These obtained data were analysed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS. result showed compressive strength test of concrete beams had an increase compared to the control group when added 1.5% with 9.2%. It was noted that there were statistical differences between samples to which glass concrete fibers were added with the control group at p value <0.001 .the tensile strength achieved the highest value increase when glass fibers were added with 1.5% to become 5.3 MPA, The results of the three-dimensional modelling of concrete beams using the blender program appeared Great accuracy and convergence compared to the laboratory results of the research samples Conclusion: Reinforced concrete beams reinforced with glass fibers showed greater tensile and compression resistance compared to traditional reinforced concrete beams in order to achieve them and modelling the results helped in obtaining more accurate results, although there was no significant difference in the extracted result.

Domestic tourism is practiced worldwide. It greatly contributes to the number of visiting tourists and the national economy as well. However, it is still invisible and inadequately documented. This study intended to bridge this gap of knowledge by investigating the factors influencing domestic tourism using Arusha City, Tanzania as a case study. The study employed both qualitative and quantitative methods in data collection using semi-structured interviews and questionnaires respectively. A sample of 80 people was selected from a total population of 400 employees in eight different institutions in Arusha City. The Statistical Package for Social Scientists (SPSS), inferential and descriptive tools were used to analyse data. From this study, it was found that the major factors affecting domestic tourism in Tanzania include relatively high tax rate in the country compared to the other neighboring countries’ safaris, the cost charged for tourism services is generally unaffordable, the cost for food and drinks at attraction sites was found unaffordable, and there is low awareness of the available tourists' attractions. The study concluded that the major challenges facing domestic tourism in Tanzania are low awareness, poor quality of services provided to domestic tours, and few people having less interest in visiting the tourist attraction. The study recommends increased awareness on part of the policymakers, involvement of many stakeholders in the tourism sector, and academic institutions to develop new programs which allow students to have time to visit different attractions present in their region to instill enthusiasm in tourism industry.

Money and credit fluctuations, financial crises, and governmental responses have come into the spotlight as a result of the crisis that lasted from 2014 to 2018. The primary objective of this study was to investigate the non-financial elements that have an effect on employee performance in the Kurdistan region of Iraq in general and in Erbil in particular. In spite of this, the researcher came up with five assumptions about study that needed to be evaluated and quantified in order to assess how well employees performed amid financial crises. It was found that job security had the highest value, which indicates that job security has the most powerful and positive association with employee performance during financial crisis. On the other hand, job enrichment was found to be the least powerful factor that influences and is related to employee performance during financial crisis in the Kurdistan region of Iraq. The researcher used simple regression analysis to measure the developed research hypotheses.6

The study investigates the effects of human resources training practices on employees’ performance at Dar es Salaam Water and Sewerage Authority (DAWASA). Specifically, the study examined if employee’s engagement, motivation and job satisfaction have effects on employee’s performance at DAWASA. The study employed pragmatic philosophy with a mixed research approach and descriptive research design. Data were collected using questionnaire and interview guide. Analysis was done through descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings depicted that HR training practices enhance internal communication, enrich employees with decision making skills, increase employees’ commitment and participation/involvement in various issues increase employees’ capacity in meeting deadlines increase the feelings of ownership and handling of employees with care. Also, human resource training practices have found to motivate employees and increase performance as it boosts of employees, develop employee’s personality, reduce supervision level enhance employee’s pro-activeness, reduce absenteeism, increase ability to defend employer and lastly enhance organization image. Lastly on effects of job satisfaction on employee’s performance, the study conclude that Human Resource training practices enhance job satisfaction as it increases employee’s devotion time, team working, ability to cope with changes, ability to meet work standards, and reduced supervisors’ supervision. The study recommends the management of DAWASA to having enough budget and supportive policies for training issues. Secondly, there is a need of budget allocation by the government or authority to enable DAWASA to be able to acquire experts and trainers who will enable proper implementation of Human Resource training practices at all levels

In recent times, the issue of employee job satisfaction has been crucial for developing and achieving the aims and goals of organizations. This study examines contribution of employee’s job satisfaction on organization performance with particular reference to Mkombozi Bank in Dar es Salaam. Specifically, the study aimed to investigate the impact of talent development, to determine how reward influences employee job satisfaction and lastly the study examined how career promotion of employees affected Mkombozi Bank performance. Descriptive research study was carried out, the research used a sample size of 30 workers. The data for the study is largely obtained via semi-structured questionnaires. The study employed analytical descriptive statistical approaches for analyzing the relationship between the indicators of employees’ job satisfaction and organization performance. Inferential statistics, particularly correlation matrix and multi-regression were the statistical instruments employed for the study analysis. Findings of the study document a weak or no relationship between employee job satisfaction and organization performance. These findings might contravene by other background variables like age of employees, gender, experience, type of jobs, education, etc.) or measurement methods. Depending on the outcomes of this study, the management need to understand that, there is a connection between employee job satisfaction and organization performance. Even though the link has been found to be weak here, it was simply contravened by other variables and measurement methods employed. The management is advised to look at these findings as an eye opener for it to reflect and work on the employee job satisfaction factors in the efforts of improving organizational performance.
