Cooperative navigation is a promising set of approaches for increasing the accuracy of navigating of vehicles as well as road safety in difficult environment such as urban canyons. DSRC (Dedicated Short-Range communication) is the radio-communication standard for vehicles. Usually cooperative navigation is based on sharing GNSS and other primary sensors measurements between nearby vehicles via DSRC (or other telecom systems such as 3G/4G). In addition to communication, the on-board IEEE 802.11p DSRC receiver allows to measure the angle between vehicle’s building axes and direction of received signal (from nearby vehicle). DSRC signals could share GNSS measurements and mutual headings of other surrounding vehicles. On-board fusing of surrounding vehicles’ coordinate and corresponding heading angles measurements leads to increasing of navigating accuracy. Here the possible effect of proposed approach is estimated. (Abstract)

Article deals with research problem of an algorithm for single defect search in a continuous dynamic system of an automatic control class with depth up to a dynamic block is considered on the basis of a position change of the input signal based on integral estimates of signal deviations of model and object using a binary diagnostic sign for the presence of a defect. This approach simplifies the implementation of the algorithm, especially in the diagnosis of non-linear objects. The use of position change of the input signal can reduce the hardware or software costs associated with the implementation of sensitivity functions or trial deviations of model parameters and simplicity of the algorithm calculating the normalized diagnostic sign. The results of the implementation of the algorithm, showing its effectiveness and to ensure high distinction of the defects.

The issue of creating high-performance computing systems based on heterogeneous computer systems is relevant, since the volume of processed information, calculations and studies with large data sets is constantly increasing. The aim of the work is to develop a model for predicting the performance of heterogeneous computing systems and its experimental evaluation in the simulation of access to the memory and in modeling fundamental parallel algorithms. As a result, the use of the developed model allows making an adequate estimate of the time of the parallelized task execution using heterogeneous computer systems based on graphics processors.

A new type of induction device for heating liquids and gases in electromagnetic fields is considered in this article. The constructive scheme of the heater includes an inductor and external coaxial cylinders. Based on the mathematical description of electric and magnetic processes the equivalent scheme is constructed. To perform analytical calculations, the induction system is replaced by a cascade equivalent circuit. The results obtained allow to determine the distribution of the input power between the cylinders and to evaluate the energy efficiency of the considered heaters.

definition of the function of instrumental contact establishing for short-range radio detection devices is introduced. Analytical expression for the function of distance change between object and the detection device is defined. Analytical dependences of the function of instrumental contact establishing in two-dimensional and three-dimensional coordinate system are obtained provided that object (or objects) and the device of detection move in space on trajectories of complex shapes. It is shown that the accumulating probability of detection of object is calculated on the basis of function of the function of instrumental contact establishing.

In the article was assessed the dynamic stability of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in case of decrease and interruptions of voltage in the supply network. The permissible values and durations of decrease of voltage, at which the stable operation of the ESP is maintained, were revealed. The structure of the guaranteed power supply source was proposed. Dependences of the capacitance of the supercapacitor on the load power were revealed.

Preferential attachment graphs with power weight function are considered in the paper. The dependence of vertex degree distributions in the graphs on the weight function parameter is analyzed. The purpose of the analysis is to identify such ranges of the parameter values that cause the homogeneous (within the ranges) types of vertex degree distributions, and to determine the asymptotic properties of these distributions. The paper shows the effectiveness of the approach used for the first time. The approach combines the application of found by the authors exact recurrence formulas of the investigated distributions with approximate explicit expressions of the distributions. The application of obtained results and the approach developed in the study makes it possible to increase the adequacy of modeling of growing networks, whose properties, as is well known, depend significantly on the asymptotic behavior of vertex degree distribution.

This paper presents an algorithm enhanced mixing of audio streams for computation on GPUs, which combines multiple stages of mixing by using two-pass rendering, which significantly reduces the switching time between buffers. Methods of computer experimental comparative studies were carried out evaluating the performance of the developed algorithm. The purpose of the present paper is development of an efficient algorithm for mixing audio streams for processing on GPUs. The method of transfer operations computing on graphics processors with the use of Shader programs was developed. Novel features presented solutions is using a two-pass rendering. The results showed that the application of the developed algorithm leads to an increase in computational performance up to 6 times. Presented solution can be implemented as software in the telecommunications multiprocessor systems.

The analysis of hidden channels of information leakage with respect to role-based access control includes monitoring of excessive permissions among users. It is not always possible to completely eliminate redundancy. The problem of ranking permissions arises in order to identify the most significant, for which redundancy is most not desirable. A numerical characteristic that reflects the value or importance of permissions is called the "severity level". A number of heuristic assumptions have been formulated that make it possible to establish the dependence of the severity level of permissions on the structure of the role hierarchy. A methodology for solving the problem is proposed, using analytic hierarchy process and taking into account these assumptions. The main idea is that the decision tree of the process will be the role graph.
