Asymptotic Analysis of the Stability of the Angle of Attack in an Atmospheric Descent of a Spacecraft with Small Mass and Inertial Asymmetries 小质量和惯性不对称航天器大气下降时迎角稳定性的渐近分析

We consider the problem of an uncontrolled descent of a spacecraft with a small asymmetry in a low-density atmosphere with small values of the angle of attack. The aim of this study is to obtain the stability conditions for the angle of attack of a spacecraft with small mass and inertial asymmetries, descending in a low-density atmosphere. The motion of the spacecraft relative to its center of mass is described by a nonlinear low-frequency dynamical system. We linearize the low-frequency system, taking into account the small values of the angle of attack. The application of the averaging method makes it possible to substantially simplify the linearized equations and to obtain an approximate analytical stability condition for the angle of attack. The reliability of the obtained stability condition is confirmed by the results of numerical integration of the equation for the angle of attack.

Synthesis of Algorithms of Adaptive Signal Processing for Tracking Meters Using Nonlinear Blocks with Feed-Back 非线性反馈跟踪仪表自适应信号处理算法的综合

We considered the issues of the synthesis of algorithms for adaptive nonlinear signal processing using the feed-back blocks of nonlinear transformation under the influence of non-Gaussian broadband noise and band-pass noise with unknown density of distribution of instantaneous values or their envelopes. It is shown that probabilistic iterative algorithms and algorithms with measuring the coefficient of noise suppression can be used to plot the adaptive feed-back blocks of nonlinear transformation. Note, that to implement probabilistic iterative algorithms, the ability to differentiate the target function on settings is required. We proposed the algorithm of measuring the actual coefficient of noise suppression using the pilot signal in the blocks of nonlinear transformation with arbitrary amplitude characteristics. The conditions of consistency of the estimator of the mentioned coefficient are defined.

Some Properties of Saw in Piezoelectric Structures with Inhomogeneous Coating 非均匀涂层压电结构中锯片的一些性能

A problem on surface sh-waves’ propagation in a piezoelectric structure with a coating from a functionally graded material is considered. As a "base" material, a piezoelectric of 6mm class hexagonal syngony is used. The problem solution is based on the approach, which combines analytical methods of constructing the solution for homogeneous components and numerical methods of constructing the solution for inhomogeneous components of a heterogeneous structure. For problems with an electrically open or closed free surface, the transformation of the surface wave field, depending on the character of the change of the coating properties, is studied. Peculiarities of the surface waves’ behaviour at different combinations of the coating and substructure materials are investigated. It is demonstrated, that by means of a special change of the coating properties it is possible to obtain the structure, on the surface of which Love waves or Bleustein–Gulyaev waves (BGW) are propagated, or the structure in which surface waves are absent in a definite frequency range.

the object of study is obtaining of experimental dynamic characteristics for new materials – magnetoactive elastomers under exposure of different loads from magnetic fields. Characteristics of magnetic field force effect on increase of resonance frequencies. The characteristics of the effect of the magnetic field strength on the increase in the resonant frequencies. Method of detuning from resonance frequencies by means of active control of the damper support of a magnetoactive elastomer has been developed. For these purposes dynamic test systems equipped with virtual devices with a computer screen output are used.

Evaluation of Using No-Load Wind Wheels in a Flow Accelerator Body for Wind Power Plants with a Vertical Rotation 垂直旋转风力发电厂气流加速体中空载风轮的应用评价

The article presents the research covering the long-term period of scientific and practical search for determining the most optimal confuser design for a wind power plant with a vertical rotation axis operating in the climate zones of small wind pressure. In the course of the work, tower-type installations with free blades in the body of the concentrator, hexagonal conical geometry with internal flow guide planes and a smooth-conical design with spiral chambers having a bounding bottom plane in the form of a spiral tray were presented. Analytical studies of the proposed installations are carried out, the dynamics of improving the system efficiency is estimated. Recommendations are given for the further development of scientific search within the framework of optimizing the initial design and the conditions for its operation. As a result of scientific and practical search, presented by mathematical modeling and laboratory tests, optimal geometries of wind flow concentrators with maximum acceleration coefficients were determined.

Rapid Technique for the Calculation of Loss Probabilities in Queueing Systems 排队系统中损失概率的快速计算技术

An effective technique for the loss probability calculation in queueing systems with heavy tails is developed. The technique is used for analysis of queueing systems with power-law distributions which are widespread as models of network devices operating under fractal traffic. Dependence form of loss probability on a buffer capacity in the systems is analyzed. The effect of the channel number in queuing systems on the dependence is examined. In practice, the developed rapid technique and obtained results of its applying might be used for solving of engineering problems of analysis and design of modern computer networks.

Modeling the Optimal Path for QoS-aware Routing in the Over-Constrained Case 过约束情况下qos感知路由的最优路径建模

In our previous paper, we introduced the approach to solve the multi-constrained routing problem in the over-constrained case and proposed the algorithm for the particular case of this problem when all constraints used are concave. This paper is devoted to a software implementation of this approach. We present a system for modeling the optimal network path subject to the specified constraints that reflect quality of service requirements. The system allowed us to experimentally evaluate the complexity of the proposed algorithm. Simulation results and some concluding remarks are provided in the final part of the paper.

Signals Filtering Using Characteristic Function 利用特征函数滤波信号

An equation for filtering mixture of signal and noise has been studied using Lyapunov’s characteristic function. An algorithm for digital filtering the additive mixture has been developed based on the equation, and this algorithm has been simulated. The power of "white" noise after filtering is established to be reduced by five orders of magnitude, and the signal-to-noise ratio is increased by an order of magnitude.

Efficiency Analysis of the Usage Of Single-Channel Radiation Thermometers with Different Spectral Characteristics in Dusty Environment 不同光谱特性单通道辐射测温仪在多尘环境中的使用效率分析

In the article the results of temperature measurements performed by five one-channel radiation thermometers with different spectral sensitivity characteristics under dusty environment conditions are presented. The dust influence on the random and the systematic measurement error is estimated. We examined the efficiency of two approaches of evaluating and inputting the external correction coefficients into the radiation thermometers for the purpose of minimizing the effect of the non-stationary dust cloud. It is established that the correction coefficient value used to compensate the effect of dust presence should be estimated fairly accurately (±0.04) for the specific environmental conditions. It is proved that the calculated short-time standard deviation of measurement results can be considered as an indicator of dust cloud presence in an active phase.
