Library and archives management in Bondowoso Regency faces various challenges that affect the quality of services and administrative effectiveness. These challenges include a lack of clear guidelines, inadequate infrastructure, and the need to increase staff capacity. To overcome this problem, the Bondowoso Regency Library and Archives Service is implementing a standardization program which aims to improve the quality of library and archive services through the implementation of standard procedures and structured policies. This research aims to evaluate the implementation of standardization in library and archives management and analyze its impact on the quality of services and archives management in Bondowoso Regency. This research approach uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, participant observation and document study. Interviews were conducted with department heads, library and archives staff, and service users to explore their perceptions and experiences regarding standardization. Observations are carried out to observe the management practices implemented, while document studies include regulations, policies and annual reports to analyze existing policies and procedures. The collected data was analyzed thematically to identify patterns and relationships between relevant themes. The research results show that the implementation of standardization has had a significant positive impact on library and archive management in Bondowoso Regency. Standardization has helped in establishing clear operational guidelines, increasing staff capacity through training, and introducing information technology that supports efficient management of collections and archives. Service users reported an increase in the quality of information and satisfaction with library services, while archives staff reported an increase in understanding and better application of procedures in archive management. However, the research also identified several challenges, including limited resources, resistance to change, and the need for further support from relevant parties. In conclusion, standardization is an effective step in improving the quality of library and archive management. This research suggests that the Bondowoso District Library and Archives Service should continue to support the implementation of standards by providing adequate resources and building an organizational culture that supports change. This research aims for two main purposes: firstly, to assess the average learning achievement of fourth-grade students at SD Maitreechit Wittayathan School before implementing the Index Card Match method, and secondly, to evaluate the changes in the average learning achievement after the implementation of the Index Card Match method. The research method employed is a classroom action research conducted in two cycles. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the Index Card Match Learning Method can enhance the Arabic language learning achievement of students. In Cycle I, the average student activity reached 54.99%, which then increased to 73.93% in Cycle II, showing an improvement of 18.94%. Additionally, the average student learning outcomes in Cycle I were 61.78%, increasing to 67.5% in Cycle II, with an improvement of 5.72%. Despite the improvement, the percentage of students achieving a score ≥75 still falls short of the desired target of 85%. Based on the research results, 12 students have achieved or exceeded the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), while 2 students have not yet reached mastery. Therefore, further efforts are needed to increase the percentage of students achieving scores above KKM to meet the desired indicators.

In the Ahlussunah manhaj, the parameter in interacting with ḥadīṡ is understanding ṡubūt al-Sunnah, namely being able to determine the authenticity or knowing the accuracy of a ḥadīṡ. Apart from Ahlussunah wa al-Jama'ah, there is a large group in Islam called the Shia group which has its own manhaj towards the sunnah or ḥadīṡ Nabī ṣaw. Shia is a firqah in Islam which still exists today. They believe that the Imāmah, like prophethood, does not exist except with a text from Allāh through the word of his Rasūl, or the word of the Imām who is appointed with the text, that is, he will convey the text of the Imām who serves after him. This research aims to determine the authenticity of the ḥadīṡ sanad according to Shia and Shia attitudes towards ḥadīṡ-ḥadīṡ originating from other than Ahl al-Bait. The problem in this research is: What is the authenticity of the ḥadīṡ sanad according to the Shia and what is the Shia's attitude towards ḥadīṡ-ḥadīṡ who come from other than Ahl al-Bait. The type of qualitative research with the main reference is the four ḥadīṡ books which are considered the most ṣaḥīḥ according to Shia, namely: Al-Kafī, Man Lā Yahdurhu al-Faqīh, Tahżīb al-Aḥkām, and al-Istibṣar. The secondary references are the ḥadīṡ books, namely the al-Sittah pole, the book 'Ulūm al-Ḥadīṡ, as well as books on the science of kalam. Data collection in this research is a documentation method. In analyzing the data that has been collected, this research data is then processed and analyzed using a qualitative presentation. This study involves an analysis of the factors that influence leadership in private educational institutions, including the role of leaders, characteristics of institutions, and internal and external dynamics that affect organizational performance. Through a qualitative approach, this study explores the perceptions, experiences, and views of stakeholders in the environment of private educational institutions to provide a holistic picture of the leadership context in them. The results of the study are expected to contribute to the development of leadership theory in the context of private educational institutions and provide practical guidance for leaders and managers of private educational institutions in improving the quality of Education.

The strong dominance of secularism in modern science is the biggest challenge in Islamic education. Islam is essentially not just a religion. Islam does not only deal with ritual matters. Islam also talks about science, justice, good deeds, and professionalism. In other words, Islam is not only about religion but also civilization. This research tries to explain the relationship between modern science and secularism as well as its impact on society, and also explains the solution in the context of Islamic education. The method used is a qualitative method, with data collection techniques in the form of documentation. The result of this research is the importance of integrating religious knowledge and science in the context of Islamic education, to create a unified concept, because all knowledge comes from Allah SWT. Socialization is not limited to higher education level, but also includes primary and secondary education, especially those under religious authority.

Islamic Education has a very important role in shaping the character, morality and spiritual values of Muslim individuals. This article aims to explore various strategies and approaches to increase the effectiveness of Islamic religious education through the implementation of a competitive curriculum. Through a literature study approach, we present an in-depth review of concepts, challenges and solutions that can be applied in the context of Islamic religious education. This research aims to explore the impact of integrating Science, Technology, and Arts in Islamic Education on the quality of learning and student development. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed with a case study approach in several secondary schools in a specific region. The research findings indicate that the application of audiovisual learning media, multimedia technology, and a scientific approach in teaching Islamic Religious Education contributes positively to students' motivation and academic achievement. Furthermore, the artistic approach in learning demonstrates that art can be used as a medium for a more profound and comprehensive understanding of religious concepts. This study also highlights the importance of balancing technological advancements with Islamic values in developing the Islamic Education curriculum. The development of a curriculum that considers the integration of Science, Technology, and Arts is expected to enhance the absorption of course materials and student creativity. A qualitative descriptive research method was employed with a case study approach in several secondary schools in a specific region. The research findings indicate that the application of audiovisual learning media, multimedia technology, and a scientific approach in teaching Islamic Religious Education contributes positively to students' motivation and academic achievement. Furthermore, the artistic approach in learning demonstrates that art can be used as a medium for a more profound and comprehensive understanding of religious concepts. This study also highlights the importance of balancing technological advancements with Islamic values in developing the Islamic Education curriculum. The development of a curriculum that considers the integration of Science, Technology, and Arts is expected to enhance the absorption of course materials and student creativity. Tahfiz Al-Qur'an has an important role and remains relevant in the context of today's life. Therefore, research was conducted on tahfiz Al-Qur'an at one of the educational institutions that implements tahfiz Al-Qur'an in its learning curriculum, namely at ZAD International Quranic Boarding School (IQBS) Cianjur High School. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of tahfiz Al-Qur'an and its supporting and inhibiting factors. This research is qualitative, data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and document review. Tahfiz Al-Qur'an is the core of the Islamic Religious Education curriculum at this school. In its implementation, SMA ZAD International Quranic Boarding School (IQBS) has provided reliable human resources such as teaching and education staff, as well as qualified Al-Qur'an tahfiz tutors, adequate facilities and infrastructure, curriculum, methods and evaluation of Al-Qur'an tahfiz Good Qur'an. There are also several supporting and inhibiting factors. There are several follow-up suggestions, including the need to carry out an in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of the tahfiz curriculum applied in memorizing the Al-Qur'an and a daily schedule that is valid for 24 hours, examining parental involvement in supporting children's Al-Qur'an tahfiz process. them and conduct an in-depth study of the supporting and inhibiting factors.
