This study aims to investigate how work engagement of the employees of PT X in Jakarta, Indonesia, may be influenced and promoted by psychological capital and job resources. Work engagement is a unique, positive, satisfying, work-related state of mind characterized by vigor, dedication, and absorption that eventually will lead to positive outcomes, such as work performance. Bakker & Demerouti (2016) [1] conceptualized that psychological capital and job resources consist of factors that may predict the work engagement. In this research, the influences of psychological capital and job resources will be measured partially and simultaneously to find out how significant the influences that both of the two variables cause towards work engagement. Applying the non-experimental quantitative research method, data is collected by distributing the questionnaires to the employees and being analyzed by using single regression and multiple regression analysis method. The result of this research shows that both variables contribute significantly towards work engagement (p= 0.039 < 0.05, and job resources p= 0.014 < 0.05), and partially psychological capital contributes 4.3% and job resources contribute 7.7% towards work engagement, while simultaneously both psychological capital and job resources yield contribution as many as 8.5% while proving that it is also significant while being developed together (R = 0.085 and p = 0.014 < 0.05).

This study aims to see the meaning of nationalism in the photojournalism of football sports on Peksi Cahyo's Instagram. As we know Instagram is a social media that is made attractively using publication technology that is very easy and scalable. Instagram's presence allows people to express their ideas to be creative. Meanwhile, photography is an art that is reflected in a photo. Photography and Instagram are very closely related because Instagram is used to publish photo works. This study uses a qualitative approach using the semiotic analysis method of Roland Barthes to see the meaning of nationalism in soccer photos. The results showed that the denotative meaning of the photo was the meaning of an athlete's struggle to defend the country and make the country proud. The meaning of the connotation of the photo is to want a sense of love and belonging to the country. And the meaning of the symbols of nationalism from the photo is that there are many symbols of nationalism such as the eagle which has a big and strong meaning. The Indonesian flag which in red means bold and the white color means holy. The facial expressions that sing the Indonesia Raya song have the meaning of national unity and integrity. Also visible are the gesture of respect and the red and white colors that are characteristic of the Indonesian state.

The values in the customary law of “Larvul Ngabal” consists of 7 articles and divided in to 3 groups. “Nevnev” law is part of articles 1 to article 4, which regulates human life. “Hanilit” law consists of articles 5 and 6, and regulates about morals, while “Hawear Balwirin” law regulates rights and social justice in article 7. This study was conducted in the Kei Islands, Southeast Maluku, Legal research method used is descriptive empirical analysis of approaches to conducting research based on field observations and interviews. Data were analyzed by a qualitative method. This study provided a detailed situation of land disputes towards the customary law of “Larvul Ngabal” in Kei Islands, Southeast Maluku. This study aims to evaluate the land disputes through customary land courts, especially the effectiveness of customary law in resolving land disputes in the Kei Islands. Customary judges' decisions are recognized by the customary law community and regulations. Therefore, every decision by a customary judge must be concerned; however, court decisions have more legal force than customary court decisions. The benefits of customary court decisions need short time and save costs for dispute resolution, especially in the land sector through customary law. There is mediation through the customary land court. This problem always resolve with a repressive approach. It reveals that dispute process must be resolved through the courts. Dispute resolution is conducted through deliberation. Family mediation along with customary justice institutions consists of Soa , Orang Kay , Tuan Tan , Mitu Duan , Hukum Duan , Marin , Wak-wak . After the mediation process takes place in peace, then Hawear (prohibition sign) revoked by the Father King through customary procession. Implementation of customary law is still conducted these days by indigenous and tribal people in Kei Islands, Southeast Maluku because it is considered effective in resolving land disputes. The approach to resolve land disputes through customary courts is a form of state recognition and respect for indigenous peoples and their traditional rights as long as they are still alive and in accordance with community development and the principles of the Republic of Indonesia. Judging from the norms governing the judiciary in Indonesia, traditional courts are not well known, but according to Article 25 paragraph (1) of the Law on Judicial Powers, it is possible to make it a special court or at least an ad-hoc court.

During pregnancy, a mother will experience physical, hormonal, and social changes that affect the mother's psychology and emotion. When the mother's psychological and emotional state changes, the baby's development will be affected. Expecting mothers in the first trimester are prone to anxiety, one of which is pregnancy-related anxiety which will be further discussed in this study. Anxiety in expecting mothers can be suppressed by providing social support to expecting mothers. In this study, the authors wanted to further investigate the effect of social support on pregnancy-related anxiety. This study aims to determine whether or not social support has an effect on pregnancy-related anxiety in first trimester expecting mothers. This study used non-experimental quantitative method with a snowball sampling technique to select participants. Total first trimester expecting mothers who filled out this questionnaire were 184 participants who lived in Jakarta and were 18-30 years old. The results of the linear regression test show a significance value of 0.034 <0.05. It can be concluded that there is a significant effect of social support on pregnancy-related anxiety. With the regression equation of Y = 2.453 - 0.081X and the amount of influence as much as 2.5%, the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The regression coefficient value in the regression equation is negative, indicating that social support has a negative effect on pregnancy-related anxiety.
