The current level of traffic accidents in Indonesia is still relatively high. One of the most significant factors in traffic accidents is fatigue. Fatigue can reduce the level of alertness and response while driving. Therefore, countermeasures are needed to reduce the perceived fatigue. Listening to music is regarded as one of the countermeasures to fatigue. This study aimed to determine the effect of music on driver fatigue. ANOVA method was used in this study to assess the significance of driving fatigue by listening to music (Pop genre). This study used the experimental design on 30 respondents with an age range of 20 - 44 years, using an Electroencephalogram (EEG) and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The results of this study indicate that music has a significant effect on driver fatigue with a percentage decrease in fatigue after listening to music reaching 12% in the 26 - 44 year age group and 22% in the 20-25 age group. The fatigue dropped significantly occurs at minute 5 when the respondent listens to the music.

With the rapid development of logistics, customers can enjoy more convenient service. But meanwhile, the market has also put higher requirements forward the timeliness of cargo distribution. Traffic demand has increasing continuously, which has led people to tend to buy more motor vehicles. And the increasing vehicle ownership has brought great pressure on urban transportation, causing traffic congestion to become increasingly serious. However, traffic congestion sometimes has influence on the timeliness of cargo distribution. This article is based on the theory of automata and applies the real-time communication positioning technology of vehicle networking to simulate the running status of the distribution vehicles in the road network. Based on this, it designs a dynamic scheduling algorithm for the distribution vehicles' driving path, and it can optimize distribution vehicles' driving path in real time, and improve the efficiency of distribution.

Distribution centers of E-commerce companies have been under pressure as a result of the development of the Internet and E-commerce technologies. Therefore, the improvement of order picking efficiency and the reduction of logistics cost rely on the optimization of order picking in distribution centers. In this paper, a picker-robot collaboration order picking system has been proposed. The human pickers are assigned to different zones, while the automated guided vehicles (AGVs) pick the orders from different zones. To optimize the collaboration scheme, the mathematical model together with a two-stage heuristic algorithm is proposed to solve the problems, including order batching, AGV routing and zone scheduling. The case study results have shown the effectiveness and the computation efficiency of the proposed two-stage heuristic algorithm.

Indonesia's logistic performance index in 2018 was ranked 46th in the world, and 5th in the ASEAN region, with the infrastructure sub-indicator was the second lowest of six others. The government added new 200 to the 760 kilometres Trans-Java toll road. It will be equipped with 61 rest areas along the road. In Eid al-Fitr holiday, where traffic increased up to 460%, rest areas were full, resulting in heavy congestion. In this research, Integer Linear Programming (ILP) is used to model the parking layout to determine the optimal parking angle and the parking lot number. The objective is to maximize the parking area capacity. The decision variables are the number of parking rows (Xet,θ,Xep,θ,Xe,θ,Xip,θ,Xi,θ) and the number of parking vehicles (Net,θ,Nep,θ,Ne,θ,Nip,θ,Nip,θ) both based on five parking angles (0°, 30°,45°,60°,90°). The constraints are the width of the parking lot (W), the length (L), and length of area in the middle line (L') and non-negative constraints. The study was conducted at rest area km 207A in Palikanci toll road. The existing parking area was divided into 15 areas to fit the model. The result showed that Integer Linear Programming can enhance the parking capacity, from 41 to 105 buses/trucks and 258 to 473 cars. This research will give impact to business profit of the parking management, reduce toll road traffic congestion, and improve the comfort of the rest area.

Capacity planning being an issue when companies implement a closed loop supply chain strategy to reduce production costs. Market influence on product demand patterns changes the company's perspective in planning remanufacturing capacity strategies such as when and how to do when the phenomenon of technology transition occurs by diffusion of innovation and substitution of old generation products to the new generation. The purpose of this study is to explain how the behaviour of closed loop supply chain systems is influenced by product technology transitions and determine capacity strategy planning to achieve cost efficiency.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in economic growth in Indonesia, both in terms of job creation and contribution to Indonesia's GDP. One of the five industries that contributes the highest to Indonesia's GDP is the textile and apparel industry. However, most of the businesses in this industry have not considered sustainability strategies due to challenges in measuring the sustainability of their business. Based on that, this research aims to design performance measurements and strategies to be carried out by enterprises to determine their performance, conditions, and business position in the industry. The method applied in this research is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method to gain weighting of each performance indicator used to measure the successful achievement of sustainability. This study succeeded in providing a design of performance indicators & six main business strategy recommendations that exist in each of the key performance indicators and have been measured in one of the clothing service businesses in Indonesia based on sustainability aspects which include economic, environmental, and social. All business strategy recommendations on each of the key performance indicators are prioritized based on the weights for each key performance indicator.

The consumption of electronic equipment will increase in line with the growth of population and technological development in electronic equipment. Unfortunately, large consumption of these electronic products leaves the consequences of waste from electronics that are no longer used. Moreover, coupled with the fast obsolete of electronic equipment, the generated of WEEE is increasing faster. WEEE that accumulates can cause problems to human life, so efforts are needed for the recycling process. But to do a good recycling process, it is necessary to do WEEE collection continuously, so that the input of the process is stable. This study aims to conduct an analysis of consumer behavior in disposing of WEEE. This study was conducted using online and manual surveys. Respondents in this study were 403 people in 6 provinces of Java and data processing was carried out by statistical analysis especially chi-square. The results of the study revealed several finding of disposing behavior. After the Chi-Square test, it was found that the demographic factors of the respondents that had a significant effect on the habit of disposing of WEEE include: marital status, position at home, and location. Furthermore, demographic factors that have a significant effect on respondents' knowledge of WEEE include: gender, age, education, occupation, income, location, residence ownership, and residence size.

Maintenance performance assessment is important to be done because it is considered as one of the biggest costs in a company. Maintenance turns thing into its best performance so it is necessary to do maintenance. There are many tools to evaluate maintenance performance, one of them is Maintenance Scorecard. Combination between Six Sigma and Maintenance Scorecard can help evaluate maintenance performance with the calculation of DPMO and sigma level. Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard has been proven to be an effective tool to evaluate maintenance performance according to previous research. Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard used European Standard Maintenance Key Performance Indicators. There are 21 relevant indicators to the company, but only 9 were included in this research because of limitation. Results were measured using temporary Six Sigma Maintenance Scorecard in PT X Aircraft Services. It was still a temporary scorecard because there are some indicators that should be included too. Furthermore, this research also gives recommendation of aspects that should be improved and suggestions for both future research and PT X Aircraft Services.

The reliability of equipment is one of the important factors to ensure the production process. In flexible production line, the reliability of equipment will decrease with the use of time. In order to ensure the continuous availability of equipment, multiple equipment maintenance methods are introduced. Firstly, this paper establishes a scheduling model for scientific problems, introducing objective function, constraints and solving algorithm. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is proved by case study.

It has always been a classic and important topic to study how to improve the efficiency of picking in warehouses. In addition to the walking path and picking method of the picking personnel, it is also essential to improve the efficiency of picking. In this paper, the EIQ analysis method is used to divide the ABC grades of the sales items of a small wholesale company and the available storage spaces, and the goods and the cargo spaces are respectively corresponding one by one according to the level of the grade. Using flexsim to model the old and new schemes, and setting the same condition to run the model, the experimental results show that the picking efficiency after the optimization of the cargo space can be effectively improved.
