The tremendous development of technology affects rapid growth in the use of ICT devices and services. However, the number of devices usage directly increase the Waste of Electronic and Electrical Equipment (WEEE), causing various environmental and human health problems. Previous studies showed that Closed-Loop Supply Chain (CLSC) is one of the solutions to solve the WEEE problem. Nonetheless, this CLSC concept is quite challenging to understand because of its complex material structure, terminology, mechanism, various collection, and treatment strategies. This research has a specific purpose of helping higher education students understand the CLSC concept more effective by using a Serious Simulation Game (SSG). As a result of this research, the author proposes an attainable conceptual design of SSG to help students extend their learning experience to understand the CLSC concept for solving the WEEE problem.

This research project proposes a supply management model in a consumer goods company in Lima, Peru, to improve stock control and avoid raw materials stockouts and overstock. A Kraljic matrix was used to identify products based on their criticality considering material segmentation, warehouse capacity and times, and ABC segmentation to classify products on each quadrant of the matrix. This project also focuses on defining purchasing and supply strategies in each quadrant of the matrix. This model involves the development of three processes that are related to a new purchasing strategy: economic order quantity, lot-for-lot ordering, and just in time. This new system is based on a more accurate inventory because continuous improvement attracts employees' attention and engages them in reducing the number of manual notifications made by operators every month. Moreover, after implementing the new procedure for recording inventories, the inventory record was 87% accurate, whereas, in the past, the inventory was not counted and was performed by employees of other areas.

The concept of "Internet +" is gradually infiltrating into every industry, and the education industry will naturally be affected. In the positive perspective of the "Internet +" concept penetration, "Internet +" provides a wealth of information for education. In the opposite direction, the "Internet +" concept has changed the thinking mode of contemporary college students and has made it more difficult for teachers to carry out ideological and political education. This paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by ideological and political education in colleges and universities with the influence of "Internet +" on the effective ideological and political education. On this basis, it explores the innovative path of efficient ideological and political education. The improvement of the quality of education provides a theoretical reference.

Food and beverage industry in Indonesia has shown significant growth of 8% each year-consistently from 2015 till 2018-and contributing the largest portion to sectoral GDP for manufacturing by 34,33% in 2018. With this growth, Indonesia's government has put this industry as one of the priority sectors to adopt industry 4.0 technology under a national policy roadmap: Making Indonesia 4.0. The adoption is expected to increase production capacity that yields the increase of production value, helping the nation to actualize its economy objective. This paper aims to conceptualize a systemic relationship structure that could highlight the interactions between policies and key variables of technology 4.0 adoption in the food and beverage industry in Indonesia. The result shows the hypothesis that economic profitability has an active role in increasing number of industry 4.0 adopters in this industry.

Electronic money or virtual cash is rapidly becoming the currency of the world economy and its financial markets. Indonesia itself has seen keen to adopt this technology realizing that the young population of over 250 million people and 30.9% use mobile phones, which in the last two or so years revolutionized the retail and transportation sectors. In 2018, 38 electronic money licenses issued and potentially more to follow. This paper aims to conceptualize the key variables that could drive a better electronic money adoption using the conceptualization stage used in the system dynamics approach. The conceptual model shows that electronic money satisfaction rates, and switching rates as the key variables and gives a positive effect on the adoption of electronic money.

This paper attempts to understand whether the 3PL firm who has a partnership with manufacturer could share the risk with the retailer and improve the supply chain performance through purchase service. Comparing with the performance of the supply chain in which the loss-averse retailer purchases from manufacturer directly, we find that 3PL firm offering purchase service could help the retailer reduce risk with designing the option contract which is valid only when there is a reasonable profit sharing interval between the 3PL firm and the retailer. Furthermore, with the cooperation between manufacturer and 3PL firm, the wholesale price and option price is lower, which causes the retailer's order quantity to be approaching the order quantity of a centralized supply chain. However, when the cooperation reaches a certain level, the interests of the manufacturer will be impaired.

China military has been one of the most powerful in the world. The purpose of the current study was to evaluate the existing China military camouflages using camouflage algorithm, Camouflage Similarity Index (CSI). CSI ranges from 0 to 1 and the best value 0 is achieved if the selected camouflage perfectly merges with the environment. Eight existing China military camouflages were evaluated under six different backgrounds (20x50 pixels). Post-hoc Tukey test found that there was no significant difference between each existing military camouflage indicating that all camouflages had the same level of concealment in the selected backgrounds. This study represents the first attempt to investigate the effectiveness of China military and the results can be very useful for China military organizations, textile manufacturers, and academicians particularly related to the enhancement of the existing design.

The development of the aviation industry has been more highly regarded than before. Airline companies should improve service quality to increase consumer satisfaction and consumer motivation to attract more potential consumers. This study aims to explore the correlation among service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, using corporate image as a moderator between service quality and customer satisfaction. This study developed the framework and a questionnaire through the literature review. Questionnaire data was analyzed by SPSS. The analysis methods were narrative statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis to test the research hypotheses. This study offers some contributions to the aviation industry with regards to service quality and corporate image, and provides suggestions for further based on the research limitations.

Under the background of the volume of online stores with original brand increasing, the influencing factors of online consumers' purchase intention have been paid more and more attention. This paper collected online reviews for empirical analysis by constructing a big data mining framework based on chameleon clustering algorithm, and obtained hotspots about online reviews. Analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of factor. The results show that online reviews hotspots have several different degrees of impact on consumers' purchase intention. Among them, product style and material quality have the greatest impact on consumers' purchase intention, while logistics and customer service attitude, as health factors to stimulate consumers' purchase, although they can only maintain existing customers, they cannot increase the sales of product significantly.
