At the moment, healthcare services, such as dental clinics, have the same opportunities as other industries of utilizing ERP systems to escalate their activities. Unfortunately, ERP systems still have to go through problems associated with clinical personnel, who interact with the system using its UI, before it can be fully utilized. To solve this problem, a user interface redesign was needed so that ERP could fully satisfy the needs of clinical personnel. Therefore, design thinking was chosen and used as the design approach with its user-oriented nature that has been proven with various forms of successful interventions within healthcare services. The prototype of the redesigned user interface was made to visually deliver most of the previously unmet needs from personnel. Furthermore, by incorporating UT and PSSUQ survey as measurement instruments into the design thinking, researchers were able to justify the prototype for its improvement in usability after scoring lower time on tasks while preventing some errors, also for increased satisfaction perceived by users compared to the current UI.

Leading the car market in the Southeast Asia region, Indonesian automotive industry is considered as one of important pillars of manufacturing sector due to its significant contribution to national economic growth. Along with the presence of the next wave industrial revolution, Industry 4.0 creates an opportunity for the Indonesian government to not only stimulate further growth of the sector, but also increase energy efficiency simultaneously. However, the complexity of structural challenges that exists in the automotive industry has raised a question, what aspects or factors that could accelerate the technology adoption process? This paper aims to explore the policy structure that could influence the growth of Industry 4.0 technology adoption in improving energy efficiency in the Indonesian automotive industry. The exploration will be explored through a qualitative conceptual model, developed within system dynamics modeling approach, to provide an understanding of the causal relationship and dynamics between factors included in the fourth industrial ecosystem creation in Indonesia.

Public hospital owned by the government is responsible for providing good healthcare services to the community. In this case, the hospital must carry out its activities efficiently so that it can take advantage of the limited Indonesian government budget. With these financial constraints, planning and allocating efficient inpatient beds as an effort to save on hospital service costs is more challenging. One of the government-owned public hospital located in South Jakarta, Indonesia has not planned and allocated inpatient beds efficiently causing a high cost of inpatient bed provision. So, it is necessary for the hospital to plan and allocate inpatient beds properly. The inpatient care unit consists of adult, child, and obstetrics inpatient units. This research develops an optimization model using the Integer Linear Programming (ILP) method which aims to minimize the cost of providing beds in each inpatient unit. The results showed a reduction in the cost of providing beds with different numbers of beds allocated. Afterwards, the number of nurses needed was also calculated. The results also show a reduction in the number of nurses needed and it saves nurses' costs. The model shows that it can save the total cost up to IDR7, 286,400.

Unsafe behavior of workers can cause a high risk of workplace accidents, especially in construction projects in DKI Jakarta. Safe work behavior can be influenced by organizational factors and psychological factors. This research aims to identify the relationship between organizational factors and psychological factors for improving safe work behavior. The method used in this research is bayesian network (BN) model. The BN method is very useful in predicting the effectiveness of various strategies. The results of this research indicate that the psychological factors have a more significant direct effect than organizational factors. Based on the simple strategies, the most effective factors for improving safe work behavior are safety attitudes, management commitment, and subjective norms. Furthermore, it was found that the joint strategies between management commitment, leadership, intention, and perceived behavioral control were able to have the greatest influence for improving the safe work behavior.

As the global competition tightens, government and private sectors seek for solutions to increase the competitiveness of the textile and clothing industry. Industry 4.0 technology has been considered to bring significant potential by improving efficiency and reducing cost. Despite its potential, the implementation of Industry 4.0 faces several obstacles. Hence, the government issued a long-term plan for adoption of Industry 4.0 named Making Indonesia 4.0. However, whether those policies can succeed in the adoption or not, remains a question. This research aims to obtain the structure of policies that can push or limit the adoption of Industry 4.0 technology and its impact on overall energy footprint on the textile and clothing sector in Indonesia. The research explores the structural relationships of how the textile and apparel industry could faster adopt industry 4.0 technology by also considering the roles of stakeholders in the industry.

One of the main problems in SMEs is low human productivity, which may be attributed to the fact that many companies focus more on production and less on their human talent. That is to say, they do not give priority to the practice of knowledge management within their production chain. Therefore, a production management model is required to integrate the key elements for their efficient development. On the basis of this, a production management model was designed for this study and was focused on knowledge management in a garment production SME to achieve favorable results, both in the organization's performance and in workers' labor productivity. To validate the model, this case study was carried out at a clothing production microenterprise located in Gamarra, where low labor productivity was identified as the main problem, and one of the most affected areas was sewing. Labor productivity increased after implementing the model-in other words, each worker went from producing eight garments per hour to 12.

This paper presents the readiness factor of e-health systems in Indonesia based on hospital managers' perspectives. The need of information systems in healthcare activities in particularly to improve hospital service quality and performance is required. The objective of this study is identified the readiness factors including the core, structural, societal and engagement to measure e-health adoption. The descriptive analysis of the data obtained using a survey method on a-104 hospital managers in Indonesia is presented. Again, research respondent selected using convenience sampling. Finally, result of this study shown various indicators of readiness factors descriptively, in core, structural, societal and engagement have been identified. The core readiness was identified as highest factor in adopting e-health and the societal readiness was the lowest factors in adopting e-health in Indonesia. The further study is would be completed with empirical study toward e-health adoption in Indonesia's hospitals.

Development of mass public transportation in the capital city encourages a variety of needs. One of the needs is the need for service improvement in mass public transportation. Sound design is one of the things that can be tried to be able to solve the problems that exist. One of the problems that exist in mass public transportation is the accessibility of people with disability. This research was conducted using several methods such as in-depth interviews and measurements using a sound level meter to explore design requirements. There are 4 problems that are discovered based on in-depth interview. The problem is visually impaired people often miss the destination station, in a hurry condition, feeling restless, and choosing a wrong door. The four problems raised are the basis for making design needs that can solve the problems faced by the visually impaired.

The nutrition label is an important part in informing consumers about the nutrition content of food products. This study utilized structural equation modeling to derive the causal relationship between "Nutrition Label", "Nutrition Fact", "Reason to Check", and "Purchasing Decision" simultaneously. A total of 100 questionnaires were collected from respondents in Barangay 454 and 455, Sampaloc, Manila, Philippines. The results indicated that "Nutrition Label" had significant effects on "Reason to Check" and "Purchasing Decision". In addition, "Reason to Check" also had a significant effect on "Purchasing Decision". Interestingly, female respondents and respondents with higher income had significant effects on "Reason to Check" which subsequently affect "Purchasing Decision". Our SEM results could provide valuable theoretical foundations to identify the interrelationship among "Nutrition Label", "Nutrition Fact", "Reason to Check", and "Purchasing Decision" particularly for nutrition researchers and food manufacturers.
